Received a quote from Tate who was great, and patient as it took me a while to work through various quotes and figure out what I actually wanted to do. Then had two new windows installed by Karl and Keith. Both were terrific. On time, very friendly and courteous, answered several questions, and no pushiness at all. They were also quite detail-oriented, which I appreciate. And cleaned up well afterwards. The windows look great!

Tom and Solomon installed my new windows and sliding door. They were efficient and very competent. But especially they were friendly, kind, and respectful. I am grateful to them and appreciate how well they cleaned up the sawdust both days they worked. And I love my new windows!

We got a quote from Tate who was able to guide through getting what we wanted in new windows, sliding doors, and exterior doors. The installation was done by Kai, Karl, and Sal. All of them were very professional, answered all our questions, did a clean install, and minimized the interior dust in our house. We had issues with the sliding screen doors not being available with the sliding doors, and sliding door adjustment issues. Ed and the Milgard service rep were able to square us away. Would do business again.

Working with Tate was a great experience. He listened to what I wanted, and made suggestions I hadn’t though of to accomplish the look I was going after. No high-pressure sales tactics, either! He was responsive via text and email every time I reached out, with empathy and honesty. Definitely felt like Tate was working for ME. Pricing was up front and very reasonable, and installation timeline was actually shorter than the competitors I spoke with.

I would recommend Lifetime to family and friends. I was looking for a reliable company, considering the money involved, and didn’t necessarily want to go with the lowest price (however, their price was competitive). These people have been in business quite a while and have the process down. The initial salesman was knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell me. The estimator ran all the options by me, had all the paperwork lined up, and was easy to work with. They scheduled a date and stuck to it. Tony and his partner (employees not subcontractors) did a very good job on the installation and took time on last minute details even though they had another job waiting. Sio, the operations manager, took prompt care of a last minute problem and is a real pro.The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was that the communication with the office wasn’t good when the problem (the factory didn’t drill the door properly) came up and delayed the job.Of course I won’t know for sure until that east wind starts blowing but so far so good.

I recently had 15 windows replaced at my house. I was only going to replace 5, after receiving several quotes from some other local companies. after getting a Carls quote I figured that I could afford to replace every window! It was such a dramatic difference in the appearance both inside and outside of my home. I am kicking myself for not having done it sooner.The crew that came out and worked on my house were great. Nice guys who worked all day. They took extra care not to damage my landscaping,. and I really appreciated that. When the job was done they cleaned up the place better than it was before they had arrived!I plan on doing my doors next year and I will for sure be using Lifetime.

The quality of the siding installation on my home was exceptional. The crew is very experienced and professional. The Milguard windows are beautiful and were installed quickly. Tate went above and beyond to not only get us incredible, high quality Milgard fiberglass windows that fit our budget and matched the home, but he even took another trip out with additional samples just to make sure we knew EXACTLY what we would be getting.The installation was as smooth and quickly done as you could possibly ask for and when it was done they looked even better than the originals, and keep our house so much quieter and warmer on the cold days.I think of the 10 windows we did, only two of them there was MINOR bending to the screens but they immediately ordered a free replacement and had those here asap. I just painted up the trim they put in no problem and I couldnt be happier with the windows and service provided.I 100% recommend Lifetime Windows & Doors for what you need. We had 11 windows replaced at our home and the Lifetime crew was extremely professional and did a great job. They identified several areas with dry rot due to an error in the flashing on the original windows (and the 40 years of use) and they brought in additional support to replace the damaged area without additional time added to the job and for a very reasonable price.Enrique, Solomon and Mike were so courteous and worked around my family who was of course home the entire time because of the pandemic. They even worked through a brief snowstorm, while suspended on scaffolding 3 stories above the ground.I would definitely recommend Lifetime for windows and will be using them again soon for some door replacements!

Wow just WOW. We bought our home in Sandy recently and had 5 windows replaced this week. We had several estimates and Lifetime came in lower than all of them. Our experience began with the woman who made the initial estimate and ended with the installation and throughout the process we dealt with excellent professionals. We vasilated in our decision and made changes more than once, and they handled our decision making process with patients and understanding. It took the installers two days to complete the work and the results are impressive. Our new windows have made home look and feel extraordinary. The installers communicated well and cleaned up after themselves which is extremely important to me. The neighbors are even impressed. The compliments are flooding in. My daughters bedroom is better insulated from the elements and we dont have any more condensation on the inside of the windows. They make our home dazzle. Lifetime installed windows across the front of our house 3 years ago and they did a great job, made the process easy and hassle free. Because of this experience I reached out to them for a new front door. Even though their price seemed pretty high I had some level of trust because of our previous experience.For some reason Tate, our salesman did not want to honor the $250 door installation promotion that Lifetime was advertising, because I felt like he was not being honest in his excuses I then reached out to their competitor in Portland and got an new front door installed for 1/2 the cost, I literally saved $2300. Just a fair warning when dealing with this company, always get more then one estimate, Caveat Emptor

I was in the process of locating someone to replace my patio door and some windows, I had two bids. The neighbors across the street had just replaced all of their windows and Patio door so I went and talked to them and looked at theirs I not only was impressed with the workmanship but I thought the price was very fair lifetime just finished my install and I couldn’t be Happier. Of the 3 companies I brought in for quotes on replacing all the windows in my home, Lifetime stood out from the rest. Even though they were a little higher than the others, they took the time to describe the installation process and how the windows could be framed to enhance their appearance. The whole process was great from start to finish. They are also the only company to tell me of the federal tax credit i could get and they did all the paperwork.Very professional, timely and courteous.

This is our second time of using Lifetime Windows & Doors and it wont be our last! Ben & Ryan did an amazing job replacing our entry garage door. Enrique & Ruben our Installers were very punctual, and friendly. They installed 8 windows for us and did a great job of cleaning up each day .They were very patient and friendly to our curious grandson during theinstall.

I found out about Lifetime Windows & Doors through Costco and I have never regretted using them to make my house and rental feel like homes. I needed 16 windows installed in my 1920 house. I met Tim when he came out to measure all the windows and I was very impressed with him. He took the measurements then sent me an estimate over email shortly after stopping by. I got other bids from other window installers, whose prices might have been a little lower, but it was really the overall professionalism and great customer service that I got from everyone at Lifetime Windows that made me want to give them my money and time. Tim was always available to address any questions I had about the pricing and he also told me that I could take advantage of the various state and federal tax credits that would be available. I set up the appointment, they told me when the windows would arrive and offered dates for installation. I got a reminder call a couple days prior to the installation with instructions on how far to move items away from the window and an estimate of how long the process would take. On the day of installation they arrived on time and since I have an older house, they made sure to follow all the guidelines for dealing with lead based paint. All 16 windows were installed without any issues and the curb appeal of my house went up so much so that strangers walking by game me compliments about how the house looks so nice. Even my neighbors were impressed with how the windows stayed in the period of the house. What a difference great windows and proper installation make in regards to energy savings and visual appeal. Needless to say when the time came to replace 12 windows in my 1920 rental, who did I call, Lifetime Windows & Doors and I will continue to call them again and again.

This was my second time using Lifetime Windows. 2 years ago we had all windows in our house replaced (29) and professional sales and installation staff were very impressive. So much so, we just had our 5 exterior doors replaced and had another great experience. Tim and Eric (sales) did a great on both of our jobs, ensuring that we had a great plan for the changes we were looking to make. For the windows, we wanted more airflow across the house for the summer evenings, and for the doors we wanted tight seals for the winter and nice screen doors in the back. Had my windows done by Lifetime Exteriors back in 2009 when we bought our house. Good price, quick and was happy with the service. Helpful when I called for additional services and they were happy to work with me and handled my requests promptly.

We had a bumpy install, but the owner Carl reached out to me personally to make things right. It is obvious that he is committed to his company and his customers. I believe our experience with the bumpy install was not the norm for this company, and I would comfortably recommend working with Lifetime Windows. Mistakes happen, but Carls commitment to making sure we were happy with the work his company did shows a great deal of integrity. If we ever need new windows, I would absolutely use this company again knowing that they would go out of their way to make sure everything was done right.

3 months and 3 1/2 inch trim is all that stands between a great review and not so great. Overall I am very very pleased. Alvin was wonderful. He listened to my concerns about my east and south facing doors and recommended the right doors. He also saved me a lot of work when he explained why the factory coating was superior to painting. I was told 3 days for install and it was done in 2. Was especially pleased with a problem that was addressed with one window. The problem arose with a large corner gap between the door molding and the new siding on one door. It was just filled in with caulk. I was told to paint it and itll be fine more than once. I was not concerned with appearance, concerned about gap. Two attempts to correct - again told to paint - it will look fine. I felt like - Pat the old woman on the head and shell paint and go away. So, I am now going to buy 3 1/2 inch molding and replace it myself - than it will be fine after its painted. Would I recommend them? i think I would because even though they werent able to resolve a problem in 3 months so much was done right.

I installed 6 windows with Lifetime two years ago and had two more installed today. I want to thank the installers- Ed Tos and Jim Langston- for doing a fantastic job! Very nice guys, on time, cleaned up perfect. They also went the extra mile to fix an uneven and large gap found when one of the old windows was taken out of my 1928 house. Highly recommend!

Eleven years ago we had new siding and windows installed by Lifetime Windows and Doors. This fall I noticed some issues with a portion of the siding and they came out and verified the problem. A few weeks later Jaime came out with a crew out to fix everything. They replaced some studs, put up new plywood sheathing, siding and paint. The final result looks wonderful! All this was done under warranty which shows they stand behind their work.

I recently purchased my second home and in the past five months have worked with so many different companies to accomplish so many different tasks. Getting my windows replaced has been by far the best experience out of all of these. These guys were so friendly and incredibly timely and punctual! They got me in right away and had my windows ordered, delivered, and installed in what I wouldve expected to be an almost impossible time frame. I had my home windows replaced the last week of August. While there were some issues along the way in working with Lifetime Windows And Doors, The feeling that I am left with is that I have just worked with a business that is Honest and can be trusted.I went through the process of getting four bids from different window Installation companies. One bid was way too high at $20,000, another was way too low at about $4700, another was just about the same price as Lifetime Windows And Doors for triple pane windows, however did not feel comfortable with how the windows would be installed and the quality of the installation, and also the support after the install.With Lifetime Windows And Doors, I felt very comfortable with Matt and his sales presentation, though he seemed new to that side of the business and was lacking in some knowledge. I was very impressed with the two installers, Tony and Hugo. They did a quality install, were concerned about the details and doing things right, and we’re very careful and considerate.There were a couple warranty issues with two of the glass units, however within three weeks of install, it was addressed. Michael the manager of the Portland office was very good to work with and set up a schedule to have the Simonton window representative and Ed the service tech come out and fix the 2 issues.I am happy with the quality of the Simonton Madeira Windows and overall pleased with my dealings with Lifetime Windows And Doors and would recommend them to anybody.

LIfetime Windows and Doors is awesome. From the information gathering/getting a bid process with Joe, critical measure with Chris, scheduling with Tracy, and install with Manny and his crew, I am impressed and happy. They exceeded my expectations. This was a big job, and they added extra members to the crew to get it done in one week. Each day they covered/protected the areas around where they would work and then thoroughly cleaned up before they left. Their communication was great--I always knew what to expect each day, and each afternoon Manny would let me know what they finished that day, what theyd be working on the next day, and what time they would arrive. All members of the crew are friendly and they worked HARD in the hot sun. And my windows are beautiful! We can already tell how much quieter and cooler it is inside. And they added trim to the floor and door frame for our slider. Great job.

It is unusual that I recommend anyone or any product, but these folks from their office staff (thats you Ruth), sales, the installers and the two owners treated us with friendly, enthusiastic, professionalism. I had two experiences with Lifetime, one great and one bad. With the first, the planning and execution went well. However, with the second, the door did not fit and I had to call Milgard direct myself and do the followup as Lifetime never inquired after that as to how the door fit. Also the molding around the door (done by Lifetime) was shoddy at best and I had a handyman come in to redo it as I did not feel like I would get the response I wanted from Lifetime.

A mix up on some pentagon windows caused a delay but they get 5 stars because the installers were total pros. Everything looks great. Professional prep & cleanup. Thank you.

Great experience from start to finish. Replaced 7 windows and 1 sliding glass door in our sunroom. Alvin Chan was very knowledgeable and personable. He was the only rep that told us about the energy trust rebate and the Milguard window rebate. The final bid was very competitive. The installers were very professional and courteous. Job was finished right on schedule and work site was immaculate afterwards. Would use again.

I hired Lifetime Windows and Doors to reside our house and install new windows and doors. The crew chief, Nik, and his crew Simon, Alex, and Andy did a fantastic job removing EIFS siding and installing new siding. These guys arent just installers, they are craftsmen, and they do an excellent job of daily cleanup. Likewise, the crew chief for the windows and doors, Ben did an excellent job on the install. The crew was very careful and the outcome was great!

We had a great experience with this company. Tate Woodford came out on a weekend to give us our estimate because we didnt have time free during the week. He quoted us a good price and was very prompt in responding to our questions while we were figuring out the details to our order.The install date ended up being almost a month ahead of what we thought it would be which allowed us to have all the windows in our home replaced before the summer heat.Edward Tos and Tim McEntire were the installers who came out to our house. They were efficient, kept the work areas clean and were respectful of our home and property. We were very pleased with the completed windows.My only slight complain about the whole project would be that the main office was not very good at communicating with us. I had to call them for the install date and again for information before the installation took place. They got me the information I needed each time with no problem, but it would have been nice for them to let us know without having to hunt down the information.Overall we would definitely recommend the team we worked with!

Lifetime is the best!I had them over to replace almost every window in my house as well as to replace our back patio and front doors.Windows: I had Simonton windows installed and a year later the windows are still amazing, beautiful, and keeping my house considerably less drafty than before! He also saved us money on rebates and incentives. Manny and his crew did the install. Every window was installed with such skill and precision. Even my patio slider, which is odd shaped, was installed and actually fits better than the original one did. Right down to the inside floor molding. Lifetime is an honest and fair business with integrity and very skilled employees. I have found a company I can trust for all my house issues if needed. Thats a comforting feeling.

Excellent Customer Service! Exceptional Quality!

We hired Lifetime Windows & Doors to replace the LP Siding on our house (which was long overdue for replacement). Additionally, we had a kitchen window replaced. The siding work on our 2 story house was done with attention to detail. The team of workers who did the job(led by a foreman) took pride in their workmanship, and the job was executed flawlessly. Some of the under-boards adjacent to our brick fireplace chimney had wood rot due to faulty installation at the time the house was built in 1991. The team replaced the affected boards at a minimal cost of $500.00. They neatly applied flashing to at the point where the chimney meets the roof lining, left a 0.25 in gap between the board and the brick chimney all along the length of the chimney. Flashing was liberally applied at all points around the siding as applicable (where none existed originally). The Siding work itself was beautifully done. They applied window accents all around our numerous windows (we selected the accent from a choice of 2 given to us. Again we did not have window accents originally). The caulking work around the siding was also completed with perfection. While they quoted 1 week to complete the work, the workers worked diligently each day, and actually completed the work in 2 weeks (its all bout craftsmanship & attention to detail). Our big concern was that they would do a rush job and leave - but much to our pleasant surprise, reality was quite the contrary. They took the time to do the job to perfection. Painting was quoted to take 2 days, but actually took 5 days. Again, they applied 2 full coats, and the job was done with great care to ensure that no spots were overlooked. They gave us ample opportunity to look for regions where touch-ups were warranted, and did the needful without complaints. The window installation was also done just right. Netting on windows & doors that were damaged during the course of the job were replaced and re-installed at no cost. Driveway and porch lights (we bought new ones to replace the original ones), as well as plug point covers, and the door bell were neatly installed. The property was cleaned of all debris & left spic-and-span after each days work, and left neat after the job was completed. A project manager (Lisa G) was assigned as project manager for our house. Lisa was readily accessible, and paid daily visits to the work site where she addressed any of our concerns. Lifetime Windows & Doors is not the cheapest, but neither are they by any means the most expensive quote - middle-of-the-road characterizes their quote. I am one Happy customer !! In hindsight, hiring this company was a great decision. They are worth every penny. I have no reservations giving a strong recommendation for Lifetime Windows & Doors for Siding and window replacement jobs. All in all a Very good experience. Thank you Lifetime Windows & doors !

Good to the lastpain

Disgusted with this company! They do not stand by their so-called Lifetime warranties! We are the second owners of a brand new house, one of their double paned windows literally exploded inwards. The product was faulty and this company refuses to replace the window.

The best service

This is the third time we have used Lifetime Windows and Doors. The first two times were in our old house and now we have started to replace windows and doors in our new house. Every time we have used them from the estimate to the team that measures to the installers they have been on time and gotten the job done well.Alvin did our estimate and he was amazing. He knew his products and explained why one product was better than another or why the ones we thought we wanted wouldnt work.Josh and Cole were our installers, they spent a week doing the 10 windows and a set of French doors. At the end of each day they cleaned up so well that you would never know they had been there. They were friendly and answered our questions as they came up. We have a lot of custom trim in our home and they were able to match it which was important to us.We will definitely use Lifetime for our remaining 22 windows and 2 doors when it is time to replace them.

We had 15 windows and a door replaced on our old farmhouse. These folks were fantastic from start to finish! We are so pleased we choose them! If you are looking for good quality windows with highly skilled installation, these are the people to call.
