I love this place. Usually not busy so we get helped right away. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. We have been going to this location for a few years now and have not had a bad visit. We always go in for a few scoops or few pints. I have never had a wrong order, but then again we always order in person. I would recommend this place.

They need to update the location operating hours on the google and the sign. Google says they close at 10pm and I got there at 9:40pm. The 2 workers were shutting down and had locked the doors and mouthed no to the 3 other people outside too and ignored the phone when i called to ask what time they actually close.I almost never go out for ice cream at night, so it was kind of a good thing for me personally but the workers shouldnt be shutting down the store 20 minutes to close. People drive there expecting to buy something and could have gone to dairy queen instead lol. Closing time is 10, lock the doors at 10, or update the hours of operation to when the doors lock.

Totally rude will not allow unmasked vaccinated customers into the store. I will not be back horrible customer service! Hours are not correct they close at 9 pm and not 10 like stated online.

I was supposed to get a sherbert icecream and instead I got vanilla and this was all a delivery I also tried to call and no one answered.

Beautiful girl assisted me and my African American Disabled Son. I appreciate the excellent hospitality I received, she made the Ice Cream so carefully and nice and sprinkled extra candy to make sure he was happy! :) thank you so much love you Baskin.

Ordered a turkey ice cream cake. Service was excellent with calls to confirm everything. Cake turned out great and was delicious!

I love this place! The ice cream is always excellent and they got me hooked on their coffee drinks. I think my favorite part of this location though is the customer service. The energy here is so positive and happy, great place for the family and friends. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!!

Love baskin-robbins! The cakes are also good but I hate the packaging. There is that plastic on the packaging to let customers see their cake that they bought. Please get rid of it we are in an environmental crisis, we do not need that extra plastic on that cake packaging. Please, small changes help.

I stopped by today to order a birthday cake. Very rude and unfriendly service. The woman who is the owner was so rude. I was here several time per year and always order BD cake here twice per year. Her husband and employees were nice. However today I came in the store and this woman didnt let customer have the choice to get the flavor of ice cream. Get out the store without order anything. Will not return to this store......

I love this place I love their daiquiri ice I love their cappuccino blast theyre a little pricey but its worth it Dairy Queen is pricey to so would you rather pay for a variety of ice cream or just a couple flavors you should give him a shot plus they got Punch Cards for Cappuccino blast

Worst places ever!!! Bought 3 pints of ice cream and was looking to buy some waffles cones, than they’re like sorry we can’t sell you them. But you can buy ice cream there and have it with a waffle cone? What’s the diff?. Anyways went to another baskin robins and asked they’re like why wouldn’t they? I don’t see why we can’t, that’s why we have them. So confused guess it all depends on which one you go to.

In my opinion this place is really horrible. The customer service is bad. The two women would take their sweet time. One man even left really mad. Although baskin robins is a an amazing place I think that they need to work on their customer service.

The young woman who helped me was AWESOME. And of course, the treats are ALWAYS very good.
