For the most part the service was great. The technician was friendly and explained everything that was going to happen for the tub resurfacing. There are a couple of things I wish would have happened or been told about. First, there is an immense amount of dust with the process and It was in part left to us to clean up. It would have been good to know beforehand what to expect. Second, there was some scraping of the tile around the tub and I wonder if this could have been avoided with a thicker masking tape and paper. Overall we are very happy with the results and I would recommend Miracle Method for this service.

Counters look great. The material is mostly durable. It will scrape or chip if you are not careful. It only took 2 days to do all kitchen counters. Prep work was done very carefully. Technician was great to work with. We recommend this company to anyone.

We were referred to Miracle Method for repairs on our shower enclosure on our Fifth Wheel. There were a few chips and a crack on the corner from installation of the enclosure at the factory.Their tech Dewey contacted me prior to driving over to let us know what time he would arrive, he was courteous, prompt and kept his work area clean and contained, the office staff were very professional, and the repairs were quick and flawless.We were general contractors for many years, so we know what is or isnt great customer service and repairs. My bath tub looks brand new! Great restoration job.

I ha cracks in my shower pan they put some layers of sealant on the pan and it looks like new. I am glad that I did not need to replace the pan as there was no dry rot underneath. Excellent service, very professional and clear about what they were doing.

Our 32 year old fiberglass shower, in dawn beige, is in good physical shape, but the color has been out of fashion for some time. We considered various ways of updating it to white, including DIY options, but in the end we chose to have Miracle Method refinish the shower using their epoxy coating process. Carlos did an excellent job in every way, from prep to new shower door installation, and we are happy campers for sure. Brighter, whiter, current and no longer an embarrassment. Money well spent.

Well this was an interesting experience... I gave them 2 stars because in the end our tub looked good but the whole process was NOT GOOD.We have been remodeling our home for the last 2 months and spent a lot of time and money to make our bathroom the show piece of our house. Miracle Method asked to be the last people in the space making it sound like they would be clean and tidy and make our bathroom pop.I showed up at the end of their work and walked in to an absolute mess.-The bathroom was covered in dust (they didnt put up any plastic or paper it doesnt look like) all over our brand new light fixtures, tile walls, and windows - I spent an hour cleaning up after them.-The silicone job was atrocious. We didnt ask them to silicone. They didnt ask us if we wanted them to silicone. They didnt as what color to use. They just smeared (emphasis on SMEAR) shiny white silicone into our black tile floor grout lines. Into our grey tile wall grout. They left finger streaks and gaps in the silicone. Every person that saw it said it looked like the person had literally never caulked anything in their life before this.So we called them and had the supervisor come out to look. He agreed it was an absolute hack job and not acceptable. This was day 3.Day 4 they spent 6 hours between 2 people taking the silicone out.Day 5 they spent another hour re-finishing the tub.Including the weekend their 2-day refinish took a total of 7 days and required me to call off several contractors and pushed back our ability to finish the bathroom. The technician apologized for not checking with us about the silicone color or about siliconing at all. He was very nice and upbeat the whole time and made it right in the end.When it came time to collect payment I asked about a discount due to the mistakes, delayed project and the fact that I had to personally clean my bathroom after their first attempt. I spoke to a manager named TIA. She told me that the technician called us to ask about silicone and we didnt answer so they would not give us a discount. Literally the opposite of what the technician apologized for not 10 minutes prior. She accused me of lying and that she would not give us a discount. She had TONS of attitude and was very unpleasant to talk to. She interrupted me and talked over me throughout the call. Ultimately they gave me a whopping $45 off. I promised to leave them, and TIA especially, a very thorough review of their work.Check out the photos and see if youd be happy with them leaving your bathroom like this. The people who I met on site were all very nice and took care of the issues that they created. Had TIA not been so snotty I would not have left this review. Hi Tia.Overall I dont think you have many options for this work here in Portland so if you DO hire Miracle Method you better keep and eye on them and walk them through step by step what you expect.Had I not called them out on the poor quality they would have left my bathroom like shown in the photos below. Now imagine beautiful tile on the floors and shower walls, a nice green tile backsplash/wall behind our sink, with brand new fixtures and faucets and lights and they leave the silicone looking like the photos here. really??

These folks refinished our old Formica counters and the result is fabulous! Their team is very professional and they came when they said that they would. I think they offer a great product that anyone should consider before splurging for new countertops.

Miracle Method refinished our porcelain bathtub. The technician, Carlos, communicated with me regarding his arrival times, arrived promptly, was considerate, polite, professional, and efficient. He took Covid precautions and also informed us about his process and what to expect from the refinishing project. The tub is sparkling white with a textured finish in the bottom to prevent slips. It looks brand new, and we are very pleased with his work.

Miracle Method was one of the only companies who were ready and willing to resurface our cast iron tub rather than just plop something on top of it. It is now BEAUTIFUL! The team was responsive and great with following up when I requested a quote. The quote was also true to the final cost as well. They were careful to also tape up and protect the rest of our bathroom, and made sure to leave everything clean post-job.

Miracle Method resurfaced/painted our old cast iron avocado green bathtub. They did an amazing job. It is bright white and looks fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have a “His & Hers” shower in our master bathroom that after 28 years developed some serious cracks in the fiberglass floor of the shower. We decided to have Miracle Method repair the flooring and refinish the entire shower afterwards. After agreeing on a start date for the work, we had to push the date out a couple of weeks due to some plumbing issues with the new fixtures we wanted to install. This required scheduling a plumber in to deal with these issues. Tia and the folks at MM were very understanding, and once the plumber was finished with his work, I was able to reschedule. Unfortunately on the first day of work, another plumbing issue was discovered. Miguel (The MM technician) cut out most of the bottom flooring in order to provide a firm mortar base of support. He had everything prepped and ready to start the repair when he noticed the shower drain pipe was broken. Miguel explained that it would be necessary for me to obtain the services of a plumber to fix the problem as MM is not licensed to do plumbing work. It took a week to get a plumber in to repair the drain pipe, and Miguel was willing and able to complete the job by working Saturday & Sunday of the same week! Again kudos to Miguel & everyone at Miracle Method for their patience! Miguel did a fantastic job, and my wife and I love our new shower!

Hired Miracle Method to re-glaze the enameled cast iron bathtub in our 1926 Portland cottage. Matthew T. arrived on-time, was professional and courteous, and made the bathtub look new again. Process took just over a day to complete. Chips and stains were sanded out and the new finish is glossy, thick, and smooth. The curing process had a strong odor but it was done in about 24 hours and Matthew did his best to ventilate the bathroom. Miracle Method was not the cheapest quote I received but I am really impressed with the quality of Matthews work, the scheduling and payment process, a the follow up after the job. I would easily recommend Miracle Method Portland to others.

Miracle Method refinished our guest bath tub-shower. On the first day, Mike called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know when he would be there. He was took time to answer all my questions and even removed the shower bar I wasnt able to. He did great work keeping the bathroom clean and keeping us in the loop at the end of the first day about what to expect. The second day was also really easy- again, he answered all my questions about how long we would need to wait to use the tub, etc. The smell did take a few days to dissipate but its well worth it! Our shower-tub went from a terrible pink-beige to a beautiful sparkling white! Though we did research doing this ourselves since it was a bit pricey, it was well worth it for the quality and warranty.

We had a bathtub with a crack and small hole on one side. I was afraid wed need to have the tub replaced which, because of the tubs placement in the room, would have resulted in necessitating a full remodel.Miracle Method was able to do a repair that is flawless! Im so glad I found Miracle Method! We bought our house in 2017. We loved everything about the house, but the kitchen counters were tile. Refinished bathtub: Work on tub is excellent. But the customer service is lacking. I chipped the tub and called and spoke with Danielle who let me know that they carried repair kits. I asked if they could ship me one and she said NO! I asked if they might have a technician coming to Salem that could deliver one to me. She said NO. But I could set up a service call to have a technician come and look at it, for which I would be charged. This company is located in Portland out near the airport and I live in Salem. Very inconvenient for me to drive 50 miles to get a repair kit that they charge $25 for. Seems to me after spending thousands of dollars with this company to have 3 tubs redone the least they could do was try and accommodate me. Danielle didn’t even apologize! I’ve recommended this company and I will never recommend them again. No customer service at all!

We used Miracle Method to resurface our tub and surrounding wall and installed a sliding glass door, floor, and up one side of our bathroom that was already covered in tile. Refinished bathtub and surrounding tile. Protected walls and tub fixtures carefully. Great attention to detail and gave my bathroom a new look. Also applied non-slip texture on tub. Gave good advice on how to care for the finish to maintain quality and beauty. Also refinished the floor of my shower that I could never seem to get clean. Now have a non-slip texture on flour of shower that was perfectly matched to existing color. I now know how to properly clean it without causing scratches.

My dated countertops were in dire need of a facelift or replacement. I couldnt afford new ones so I looked into resurfacing. I liked the reviews I had read on Miracle Method and also the length of time they had been in business. So we set up an appointment for an estimate. Much to our surprise it was very affordable. We then hired them and Tyler came out to do the job. Wow the work involved to spray the counters! The taping was extensive to protect our white cabinets. He was pleasant, and very professional. Got the job done in two days and we absolutely love it!!!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good way to update their countertops.

They refurbished our countertops. They were very professional, on time, and efficient. We love it. I can’t comment on how it lasts as it was just done. My only issue is that they did not tell us to sand the wood edging. There were paint drops that they put the coating on. I should have sanded them as the paint drips still show. I probably should have given 5 stars. I just wish I had known more about my part for prep.

As seniors living in a home with two bathrooms with tubs, we wanted a walk in shower that was easy for us to access. Our first call to a contractor gave us a bid over $8,000 to remodel and replace our shower. We were so pleased to find that Miracle Method offered a service to cut and refinish our current shower stall at a fraction of that price! Within two days we had a beautiful walk in shower stall that looks just like new! The entire process was done without any mess and without us moving from our bedroom. I could not be more pleased with the results.

Miracle Method refinishing process was used on our old fiberglass shower enclosure. The process went very well, the service technician was very friendly, conscientious of safety protocol, and was very careful to keep the area clean. The finish is spectacular. It changed an old brownish colored enclosure to a new looking marble/granite look. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Miracle Method again.

My experience with Miracle Method was quite pleasant. They came to my house ahead of time, looked at my old bathtub, and gave me a very fair bid. When the installer came to refinish the tub, he was very respectful, put protective plastic on the walls, and cleaned up after himself. He even re-caulked around my sink for no additional charge when he saw that I had removed the old caulking there.

My fiberglass tub had developed a multitude of small holes in the bottom left by the initial installers 20 plus years ago. Miracle methods filled the holes refinish the entire shower and it looks amazing now. It has a 5-year warranty but of course Im hoping to get many more years than that.

Just had Miracle Method alter my bathtub, making it extremely easy to get in/out of the tub. My first thought when I purchased this new home was to change out the tub for a walk in shower for my elderly mother. I am very happy that I went this route. Matthew did a wonderful job and I saved quite a bit of money and still have the safety and convenience of a step in tub/shower. Another great feature is, should I want to sell this home, Miracle Method, for a fee, will come back and replace the cut out portion and make it like a regular tub again. How great is that?

The tub and surround look incredible compared to what it was before and we are very happy with that. I did take off a star because we were not expecting to have to re-paint the ceiling and walls. A significant amount of spray primer got above the surround onto the ceiling and some paint got torn off of the wall. I would still recommend this service if youre looking for an alternative to replacing a tub solely for anesthetics.

The tub job was ok but the technician wasnt very thorough on taping off the bathroom. As a result white powder from him sanding has covered the entire place ( kids toys, computer, tv, floors, couches, tables, carpet, dishes) the technician offered to use Clorox wipes to wipe up the dust. There were a couple of other issues but I just chalked that up to lack of communication... in my opinion Miracle Method charges to much of a premium price for this type of incompetence.1. I recommended miracle method to building owner2. Technician did not mask off properly. Apologized and offers to wipe down with Clorox wipes as did manager Tia did when it was obvious my place would need more than that.3. I took to social media after giving, Tia, the manager the chance to make this right.I’ve also just learned that the technician, manager and owner are liars.

The shower pan of my shower was cracked all the way through. I thought I would need to tear the entire fiberglass shower out and that ended up not being the case. Miracle Method was able to make the shower pan like new! Thank you
