The roast beef sandwich was good but the cutting board isnt cleaned between orders. Cranberries(?) sauce on my bread that I had to pick off. I was the only customer so I know there was time to clean. Cant imagine how the kitchen looks. But I ate my whole sandwich because I was hungry. Still not going back.

Cafe food, yeah, very satisfying. I often meet people here to talk. It has a great atmosphere.

I was really impressed with the next-day catering service Bridge City Cafe provided for our 17-person all day meeting. Staff was quick to follow up on my order submission and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They have a ton of options, but I went with the sandwich trays which were a hit with our vendors and internal partners. I will definitely be turning to Bridge City Cafe for catering services in the future!

Bridge City has the freshest, tastiest food. The cookies are melt-in-your-mouth amazing.It is our favorite outside caterer. The staff are very friendly and always on time.

I like the food here but the customer service is awful. Almost all of the staff is unpleasant and act like helping you is the worst experience of their life.

Great cookies! this place is good at what they do - but you can grab a sandwich or Salad too.. Bread to go.. All delicious. I wish I didnt have to go all the the way in the mall to get it!

If youre going to work in the customer service industry, then keep your personal opinions about certain things to yourself. regardless if Ive been there twice or twenty times, Im still a customer. If I want to say something is annoying, just wait till I walk away and then have whatever you need to say, said to your coworker.Foods good and so is a majority of the staff. But honestly Im put off from this place.

Good sandwich! Soup was bland. The people arent friendly. I get you dont like your job but dude, youre in customer service, no one like their job in customer service.
