I love them! Open late, open early. Sure, the rich guys can go over to you-know-who and get $10 organic toothpaste, but what do us normal folks do? No pharmacy in NW so Thurman Market has everything you need with no mark-up. I like them cause they know their customers, we need coffee and eggs and beer and toothpaste at weird hours and cant pay a lot. Good people!

The prices are inflated. They shop at discount stores and resell items at inflated prices. Sometimes items on the shelves are expired. The coolers barely keep items cold. The staff are hostile and abusive. The guy on the morning shift just verbally abused (classism) me when I tried to turn in a scratchcard.Dont shop here. This store is trashy, and the people are complete a-holes. There are plenty of stores that wont rip you off while treating you like garbage.

Honestly, theyre Lifesavers. They try to stock everything that you need.. Batteries. First aide. Full meals. Spices. Beer and wine. We asked for a cleaning product they didnt stock, and they gave us some from their bulk container in back.

I live nearby and go here all the time. The prices are low to normal for a convenience store, and Im always surprised by the cheap prices of their canned goods and related products. Nice staff, too. Theyre not usually super talkative, but theyll chat with you if you initiate. Looks rough on the outside with bars in the windows but, honestly, its fine. Never had any safety issues here. Heads up, they have a $5 spending minimum if you plan on using a debit/credit card, so bring cash or plan on spending at least $5. Its just because theyre a small business and need to recover the fees associated with debit/credit transactions.

They always close early, its ridiculous when I want to get a beer at 10 pm and theyre already closed

Neighborhood convenience store. The prices are high and the selection is limited. What they do carry is mostly garbage. Id use it more often if the prices werent so inflated and if the selection included things people can actually eat. The employees have always been nice.

I went in to grab 2 cokes, price was on the inflated side. Guy at the register was drinking water from a gallon jug, water running all down his shirt. His phone rang as I came up, he took the call and never acknowledged me or stopped his conversation. Either lower your prices, or hire better staff with the extra cash.
