The staff here is excellent. Both Josh and Sierra helped me with my eyewear purchase here as my partner and I both needed new glasses. I had to make an appointment due to Covid restrictions but Im so glad I did. We had an hour to ourselves to shop the store and try on all sorts of styles.Sierra and Josh made the entire process extremely easy and fun! They were honest about their opinion (which is something I highly value), detail oriented, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.My first pair of glasses arrived with some very minor flaws on the lense and they were quick to correct it without any question.I would highly recommend SEE Eyewear.

Best optical shop in town! Amazing service and glasses selection. Cierra was so helpful and detailed. She quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested several great frames. She was friendly and knowledgeable. There are other optical shops nearby, but the service and frames selection dont come close to SEE.

If you want stylish glasses that are different from your standard run of the mill eyewear shop you need to go to SEE. They have AWSOME designs and 😇 Im pleasantly surprised that a lot of these styles fit my flat Asian nose.The people at the store are awesome too. I accidentally left an item I purchased from them and they chased me down to make sure I got the item.❤️ From Josh to Cierra they both patiently helped me find the perfect pair of glasses from SEEs collection.Now that Ive found SEE I think Im gonna need to up the number of glasses I can get insurance to pay for 😆

My salesman Joel was the BEST! I have 3 pair already b4 I went in so I knew the styles and quality but you still need a great salesman to guide you through the shop. I know my personal style and Im not usually swayed by others suggestions and Joel could tell that and adjusted accordingly. he was so relaxed and zen, pretty much like me lol, and brought one or two frames to me ,,,slowly and didnt push them on me. he explained my discounts carefully, made sure I got signed up for the rebate offer, called to keep me informed of the arrival of my glasses, and was just great in general about discussing Portland since it was my 1st visit there ( I was there for 6 weeks for work). The store was clean and neat all 3x I went in.

Joel was so helpful and I love my new glasses! If youre interested in getting glasses that are more unique than Warby Parker, this is a great place to do it. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than WP, but not as expensive as most traditional optometrists offices. I have a high prescription and am used to paying a lot for high index lenses. SEE has 1.74 index lenses (the thinnest you can get), and they were pretty affordable. They are also higher quality than the WP glasses I have gotten in the past.

Unfortunately I’m rating the most recent experience with Joel one star. My mom purchased two pair of glasses with him over the phone and through email being that she doesn’t live in Portland. My experience with See was nothing short of amazing two years ago doing the exact same thing with a different sales representative. When speaking with Joel he was very professional and took all of her information and her script was emailed, she has progressive lenses so at that point Joel should have informed her he couldn’t take the script because she would need to come in the office to be measured and fit for the appropriate pair of glasses, he took payment of over 800 dollars for two pair of glasses and took it upon himself to convert my moms glasses into readers ( something you can get at your nearest CVS). now she’s stuck with a credit at the location for something she cant ever use again because they refuse to refund her money and only give a store credit. This will definitely be the last time we ever use this company ever again. This was completely unacceptable. Still waiting for a manager to call.

I got a very cool new set of glasses at SEE -- all plastic, clear, with lovely silver embedded in them. They came with a separate set of snap-on sunglasses, which I love. Team than helped me was super nice and responsive ) gave me excellent advice. Glasses were ready -- and perfect -- in one week. Thanks, SEE!
