Did a random search for a morning bite and (cold) brew. Currently on a trip from MI, but if I lived here this would be one of my favorite local haunts. The breakfast burrito absolutely slapped, had a great oat milk latte (recommend adding white chocolate and peppermint, even in July) and the staff was phenomenal. They saw we had a pup and brought out a cup of whipped cream without us even asking or knowing it was available. Seriously, stop here if for no reason other than I’m too far to.

Great cold brew here! Awesome coffee and fantastic pastries and breakfast sandwiches .The family (I think? They seem like a family at least 😄) are always very friendly, fast and helpful. The cafe is really cute and well decorated and the outside tables are great. It’s exactly the kind of place six corners needed and am glad to have them in our community

Best avocado toast! But really put me off when I heard the owner boasting to customers about how he hates masks and won’t make his employees wear them. As someone with people near me who are compromised I can’t come here anymore unfortunately :( and there is a mask mandate currently - so there is no excuse.

This is the best coffee shop, ran and owned by the coolest people. Their coffee and food are top notch!!! I LOVE their avocado toasts (both kinds) and egg sandwiches are amazing too!

This place is hands down the best coffee/espresso/avocado toast and freshest made donuts daily! Family owned and ran by the most chill people. Friendly and cutest coffee spot in town! Oh and they have cocktails!I mean coffee and cocktails doesn’t get much better than that!! 💕💕

I run my business from a corner of my cramped apartment, and The Coffee Shop is my go-to place for in-person meetings with clients.The coffee and treats are always on point and OMG you have to try their cinnamon rolls! Theyre light, they have incredible flavor, and heck - Id chomp on a pine cone if it was slathered with that frosting. I know youll taste the same magical je ne sais quoi when you get one. (Pro tip: get 2)

Great vibe, friendly service, delicious coffee and the best tacos EVER. Last time I went, I needed something without caffeine and they concocted an AMAZING herbal tea/oat milk latte. Can’t wait for their Wine Shop to open next door!

Love the feeling of a community store with a sense of belonging. It’s one of Kilo’s favorite puppicinos, too! Service is great, coffee is great and they serve food as well. Highly recommended.

An okay coffee place. They offer the basic espresso, drip, and tea drinks. A few pastries and breads. The staff are pleasant, but slow.The interior is nothing special and no inside seating.

Went on opening day. Very cute place and the drinks and breakfast items were reasonably priced. Ill be back! Nice having a coffee shop that isnt a Starbucks in the neighborhood.

Just moved to this side of town and was looking for a new local coffee shop. I think I found it. Kind and friendly staff, good strong coffee, and I had the most incredible pastry that Im told was made from scratch. Didnt take a picture because I had to eat it immediately and get it all over my face lol I will be back!

Seriously, the best coffee in the area. My favorites are the matcha and just a normal latte. They have such a great menu and healthy alternatives as well! They also making incredible food. The Greek avocado toast is to die for and all the pastries! Highly recommend going if you havent already!

Besides having excellent coffee drinks and fabulous service this place is so well organized and clever in their set up. They have a quaint annex to enjoy your drink or the fabulous breakfast burritos (do not miss out on these). The merch is great too... lovely simple but adorable retro like logo. No grandiose bells and whistles just purely eye catching.This is the kind of place where they almost have your order figured out before youve finished speaking it (and Im a picky orderer). These people know how to run a business and they are definitely in the right one!

Best latte in town. The hot chocolate looks incredible, too, featuring a homemade marshmallow fire roasted. Support your local coffee shop and you won’t be disappointed.

Ive been a regular at this place for maybe a year and absolutely adore it. The employees are really good people and make delicious coffee as well as some tasty breakfast items. Last school year this was a favorite spot for my son and I to hang out in before school in the mornings to read and finish schoolwork. Even though we are bummed we havent been able to do this due to Covid, the team at The Coffee Shop have taken proper sanitary measures and our only allowing take outs. I am happy that a small neighborhood business a lot of people love has been able to survive this pandemic.

Burnt coffee and overpriced. If those are the things you enjoy and your tired of how sweet tasting that burnt coffee is. This place is a good alternative for those that enjoy Starbucks.I paid $3.75 for a small hot burnt coffee and my wife paid $4 for a much larger cold coffee that tasted burnt.

I really wanted to like this place but it was awful. Service was lacking, I felt like I was interrupting their gross bloody movie that they were watching and screaming at while I was waiting. The coffee was acrid like the espresso machine desperately needs to be cleaned. I found myself ordering another coffee after it was undrinkable.

My husband and I took a trip to Portland and this coffee shop was really close to the AirBNB we rented. The owner was super nice and gave us recommendations on a place for lunch and another coffee shop on the coast (which was closed for the day when we arrived). The owner is super friendly and we have great conversations with her. The coffee and pastries were delicious, too. The place was clean and inviting. Highly recommend that people visit this place when in Portland.

Local business at its best! Craft coffee drinks and a clever menu of breakfast and lunch items that appeal to tastes young and old. (Kitchen Sink breakfast sandwich is a home run for the big appetites - fun breakfast cereals and other treats score with the kids). Great spot for a coffee meeting if you are interested in hearing what the other person is actually saying. Bloody Mary’s and mimosas here are also on point if coffee isn’t your thing ;-)

Had the best experience at The Coffee Shop today! Ordered the sausage sandwich and my mum had the avocado toast. We had a chai and protein shake as well... they were all perfect! While the food was fabulous, its the owners that will bring us back. They are knowledgeable and kind were so lucky to have them in our community.

Small, clean and efficient place focusing hard on coffee but with a decent selection of food as well. Easy-to-access location and a good amount of seating. Lots of local regulars and the staff is super friendly.
