Great costumer service skills, Sue helped me and she went above and beyond to look at some ingredients. I highly recommend this place . All the staff had a big smile that helps a lot

I arrived 10 minutes before closing there were 2 cars ahead of me and there were 3 cars behind me the service representatives turned off the lights inside of the store and and refuse to acknowledge us. I drove half an hour here. This is ridiculously unprofessional, I understand it might be minimum wage work but you at least need to let people know that we cant serve you right now instead of letting us sit in line this is unacceptable absolutely ridiculous. I have run overnight shifts before And Im appalled at how poorly these workers take care of their customers.

My Super Perfect Donut Master tonight was fantastic yet again and everytime I go back I hope they are working because I know my experience is above the bar every single time! How could you not return?

Ordered donuts directly from their website to gift. Declined 2 cards. Charged 3rd card twice. Best they would do is refund the duplicate delivery/service charge. Never again.

My husband and I had a similar experience as another person that had posted a comment did.We went through the drive thru and bought a couple of donuts.I think for the amount that they charge the donuts should have all of the filling that they used to have.It was only half the amount. Pretty skimpy.We have found much better donut places closer to home.I have noticed that the lines at Krispy Kreme used to be all of the way out of the parking lot.Now,it seems like theres fewer and fewer cars.

Im probably going against the popular opinion here... I got one for free after vaccination. Their doughnuts are tasty as youre eating, but theres enough sugar that your teeth hurt while you chew. 😁 But for me, the sugary-oil aftertaste is something that gives me immediate regret. Plus, of course, theyre among the most nutritionally unhealthy things you can put in your mouth, but that isnt a showstopper for me (for things that are more worth it at least).

Went here this morning and Judy helped us. She was so sweet and had excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend this location. So cool to watch the donut process and they are delicious!

I ordered the special 1 day only Mars Perseverance donut dozen. They were delicious but a bit pricey. I ordered online at 12:15am from the online ad and picked up the next morning in store. It was fast and safe!

Whenever I am in the area I always have to stop and pick up at least a dozen donuts. Wish there was a store closer to my home. But, its always a good day when I do come across a Krispy Kreme!

There is everything right with Krispy Kreme! First, they make donuts, which is always a good thing. Second, their Reese’s donut is to die for. And Third, the original glazed (aka Golden Orbs of Heaven) are the best ever made. And the service is always good.

Great donuts at reasonable prices. Ive only been here when its empty. I dont think this place is ever crowded. There is also a drive through in case you dont want to leave your car.

Great quick cheap convenient place for donuts. Can’t go wrong with their classic glazed. They turn on their lights to indicate hot fresh donuts. Their website also list their times for that as well.

Who doesn’t like Krispy Kreme? I really enjoy getting a donut here after a long day of work. What a good reward! Good selection of flavors whether you like the original glazed Krispy Kreme or are a chocolate freak like me. They are also open late so that’s a big plus!

Fast, fresh, and warm. The sour cream old fashion was a perfect old fashioned donut, not dry at all, light and fluffy.

I dont believe others know you can go in to buy at the counter. Though seating is closed the display is great, Christmas decorative. I got 5 in a box to go and small coffee. Coffee was good, just right, black.

Folks here make great donuts and are very friendly. Last time we were there it was New Years Day and they were very accommodating to some folks who were obviously still celebrating from the night before.

Was very disappointed in my visit here. They were out of several donuts including 2 of their seasonal pumpkin donuts. No signage on the drive thru board to indicate this. The drive thru employee was rude when taking my order. When I got my box of donuts they were squished on top and the toppings had come off. The donuts themselves didnt have good flavor. The lemon filled had a bad lemon flavor and had very little filling. The pumpkin donuts I did get had very little to no pumpkin flavor. All in all I would say not worth the money. There are much better donut places.

Please she’s acting like where at Starbucks. Tapping her nails at the window, her attitude was terrible if she doesn’t treat customers right than she shouldn’t work there. And she had the audacity to say have a good day it’s 9O’clock at night they need to check there employees and test them to see if there on drugs.

I just went to buy donuts. The car in front can use coupons. Why cant I? Because I am Asian? If you can’t keep your promise, I hope you don’t post coupons online. I was so disappointed, it was the first time I encountered such a speechless thing 😠

I really enjoyed the free donuts last week and the employees were all so kind! It was really awesome trying so many donuts and I actually got to try their coffee for the first time and it was so good! I would highly recommend this Krispy Kreme and even though the donuts arent free anymore I may just have to come back for more!

I would like to sincerely thank this establishment for staying open to the public during these troubled times. We stopped in on our way home from shopping. Although the manager and I joked about being essential workers and it being essential for people to get donuts!. I was 15 min early to pick up so went inside. It was spotless as usual. Easy to read instructions on masks and where to wait. The staff was busy, but graciously took the time to work on the order I had done online not 5 minutes prior. Hrateful it is open!

Ive always had great service, but if you get a coffee, just double check to make sure its not chocalate cocao-powder, mixed with warm water.

I ordered oreo cookies & kreme, chocolate iced kreme filled, and a cup of caramel mocha latte. Love the doughnuts texture however the flavor and the icing were too sweet and didnt suit my taste. The coffee was too sweet as well. The staff was friendly and service was great.

Lured in by the “hot now” sign and served cold donuts. I live nearby and for months have told myself I’m only going to get Krispy Kremes if the hot sign happens to be on when I drive by. For the first time it finally aligned! But alas, no hot donut. At least the staff is nice.Turn off the sign when you run out of hot donuts please. I was mighty disappointed.

Gave this location a second chance, they havent had espresso drinks in ages. Today not only did they still not have any esspresso drinks but they diddint have multiple donuts. What kind of donut place doesnt have maple bars? Theres plenty of other donut shops around that have lattes and maple bars since this kk location doesnt.

Whoever is running this place makes no sense. You can go in but cant stay you cant use the bathroom either because the employees would have to clean it. So what the employees didnt clean it before. Other popular restaurants have dine in but not them

Got there just in time to get some I 💜 Oregon doughnuts (Marionberry). They started up the doughnut machine while we were there so that was fun to see! And got a drip coffee which was quite yummy at 8:30 in the morning. Just beat the rush that followed us in, but it seems theyre always making more so dont worry if you sleep in. 😉 We need to register for the rewards, too...
