Our laminate vinyl flooring was installed by Macadam Floor and Design (Portland Oregon) some time in fall of 2019 and we moved into our new house at the beginning of 2020. The flooring looked OK, but we found one plank with a well visible bubble. I called Macadam flooring warranty department and talked to customer service representative (Kim) and she sent to us a service man to fix the problem. The man who came to us just tried to convince us that the plank was OK, but it was not. Im retired general contractor and a structural engineer and being in the construction business for many years. The service man did not do anything and just left without even telling us his name. Fortunately I replaced that plank myself. At the and of the year of 2020 we found that all T-moldings (total 5) which were installed at the entrances to the bedrooms and toilet rooms. Some of them broke and others started ugly squeaking. I called the warranty department again and I talked to Kim again. She said that service man is busy at this time and he will come to us in a few days. Yes, he came (the same guy) and he started nailing the one of T-moldings. Then he said that I can fix the T-moldings myself or replace them. We realized that that guy was absolutely unprofessional and we told him just to leave the house. I called the Macadam office again, but Kim told me that our warranty expired already and they will not do anything. That happened after we were patiently waiting for the service man long enough and our warranty was not expired. The contractor who build the house provided all new T-moldings and I had to replace all of them myself again. When I removed the old T-moldings, I found that all them were installed wrong and without the metal supports which come with the T-moldings to support the flimsy T-molding plastic. We are absolutely not happy with the Macadam warranty service and their service man. We will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Please see the pictures after I removed the unprofessionally installed and replaced the previously installed T-moldings.

We had been in the process of updating our home and searched many floor options. We finally went with Macadam Floor. We are so glad we did. Great selection and prices. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The installation went flawlessly (both times). The installers were courteous and wore face masks for our protection. I would use them again. We had the upstairs done in march 2020 and just now the down stairs Oct 2021. They had the same exact floor so matched perfectly.

Do not use them if U want quality…The house my dad built burned in 2013.The man in charge of any issues that went on… let me tell you how unprofessional that man was.Shut my music off during my house build. My house that was being built (a house that my dad built. He died when I was one. I stayed present during this build because this land is a Century farm) Told me to just fill in these gaps with putty!Well the first photo is ridge spot in my bedroom that is raised above surface level. If the installation was right they wouldn’t have let perfect flooring left over when there were knots and holes in the wood in main walking areas.The decorator was sweet and helpful. Flooring??? Please go somewhere else.. I keep finding more things with their flooring after moving furniture around were even worse then what what i expected .A year after the installation a hole in my daughters bedroom came to light. When contacted they said put putty in it.:.

Rick and his crew Ivan did a great job. Their communication is top notch and the finished job looked way better than I could have imagined. Really happy with these guys and will use them again for future projects.

I am super picky and have had great and meh experience with flooring. Rick Correa with Macadam is by far the best customer service salesperson I have ever worked with. The product I was sold and the installation was perfect. Nothing is EVER perfect but this time it was. I had purchased carpet with HomeDepot but Rick convinced me to come look at what they had before I couldnt back out of my HD purchase and not only did he get me better carpet (higher oz, better performance, better looking, softer) but the price he quoted included all the furniture moving as well. He came in nearly $2000 less than HomeDepot. I thought the showroom was too fancy for them to be able to beat a big box place like the depot but they did. I will ALWAYS go to Rick and Macadam for my flooring. Hell, if they did HVAC and plumbing they would have my business based on my experience with the carpeting.

She took time to understand our style preferences and went above and beyond to put together the right designs for us. She is super responsive. I recently purchased a new home from a local, wonderful builder, and was blown away by our Design Studio upgrades appointment. Tiffany Pays, our Design Consultant, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to understand our style, our needs and wants, and did it all with grace, patience, kindness, and style/design expertise. We were there for hours our first time, and then came back for a follow up to review everything to be sure it was just right. Even when I had some last minute changes, Tiffany was right on it adjusting everything right away to ensure a seamless process. Tiffany made this experience one of the best, most rewarding and satisfying. I am so excited to see our home come to life and will be thankful to Tiffany for years to come to make this entire process such a wonderful one! She is a true professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with!

My wife and I fell in love with a specific flooring used while searching for our forever home. When we found our new home, we made sure to upgrade the planned flooring to those floors. It was the one and only design change we made to the house plans and we were incredibly excited about it.After construction was completed, we immediately noticed numerous issues related to the installation of the floors. There were lots of floor pops, squeaking/creaking in certain places and lots of glue marks that were incredibly hard to remove all over the place. These floor noises continued to grow over time becoming more and more annoying to the point where you could actually feel the hardwood flexing when walking over the top. After years of back and forth messaging with Macadam and the builder, Macadam sent their best flooring installer out to help assess the situation. Russ Terekhov was absolutely incredible. He quickly understood our frustration and spent endless hours investigating the cause of the issues. He became a huge advocate of ours to help us get the flooring properly reinstalled to resolve the endless growing issues. Once the replacement was finally approved, Russ did most of the reinstall himself and assured that everything was done perfectly without any sort of blemish or issue. Our floors are flawless now! Russ provided incredible focus and detail under many challenges along the way. From then on he had become the only hardwood flooring expert that we will ever work with going forward. Russ is amazing. He was able to take a very frustrating situation and turn things around perfectly to make it right. We couldn’t be more appreciative of his persistence to resolve this issue.If you want things done perfectly, be sure to ask for Russ!These 5 stars are dedication solely to Russ and his incredible customer service!

Rick was an expert salesperson and definitely narrowed the options to exactly what we needed. We are thrilled with both selections. The installers were meticulous and even identified an area in the subfloor that needed some attention due to evidence of some past water damage. It was the easiest upgrade we have done on our house to date.

Such a great experience and great pricing! Rick and Caine were awesome and easy to work with. We had one small bump in the road that was no ones fault and completely out of their control. They still went out of their way to resolve the issue and get everything back on track very quickly. The installation team did a beautiful job and were so nice! Definitely recommend them for any flooring project!

After reading reviews of flooring suppliers, we decided to go with Macadam. The selection in their showroom is amazing. We were fortunate in getting the assistance we needed from Katie Stillwater. I have only praises for her enthusiasm, knowledge, creativity, customer service, attentiveness. A true professional. Angel was so helpful and got us in quickly when we needed it. He really went above and beyond! Edward and his install team were super friendly and did an awesome job. We love our new acacia floors- gorgeous! I thought Macadam would be more expensive, but it was not at all compared to other quotes we received. Very happy with their flooring, service, and pricing.

We have had a great experience with Macadam flooring this year from beginning to end. Rick helped choose the best hardwood for our home and always kept communication about the job throughout. Both times the installers came they did an amazing job (upstairs and downstairs). We hope to use them again at our business soon as well. We needed new carpet and wood flooring in our nearly new home. After a referral from my daughter in law, we decided to check out Macadam Flooring in Portland. I was almost overwhelmed by the huge and beautiful selection of everything in the showroom. Lots to choose from in just about anything you could dream of. Our salesperson, Darren directed us in choosing colors, patterns and quality. He was friendly, professional and patient. He definitely knows his products, and we were able to choose the perfect flooring for our home. I had many questions and Darren was always available, or returned my calls quickly if I left a message. He took a personal interest in what we were working on. It was a very comfortable experience working with him. Darren had Alex do the carpet install and I must say it was PERFECT! The transition from tile and wood flooring to carpet was seamless! Alex is a real pro. He worked until it was just right. Paul installed our wood flooring in our office. The room had several cuts to fit, including a closet and an angled bump out window. Paul did the cutting of wood on site and had it finished in 3 hours. It truly looks amazing! These installers left our home immaculate upon leaving, which I truly appreciated. They were all gracious, respectful of our home, professional, and knew their jobs well. If I could give less than one star I would. I had work done a few years ago and just recently pulled out my refrigerator. Long story short - the fridge got stuck in a ONE INCH CREVASSE (not crevice) where the old floor meets the new floor (I have pictures). Had to have a friend help push the fridge back in place. Just awful. Do NOT use these people.

We had the experience of working with two design centers because our builder changed companies to work with Macadam. Our first experience felt rushed. There was conflict between the employees we worked with, and several questions they couldn’t answer for us. We left feeling uncertain about the whole process. The second time around we worked with Tiffany Pays at Macadam, who was amazing! When we arrived, she had samples set out and ready. My wife and I required a lot of hand-holding throughout the process, feeling like we don’t know a lot about design. Tiffany was knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions, gave us lots of guidance, and never made us feel rushed. I cannot say enough good things about her!

We met with Kylie Buley to go over the finishes and upgrade options for our new home. We had a budget to work within and Kylie was incredibly helpful and understanding as we went over the ideal options before adjusting several times to fit our essentials in. The store overall has an enormous number of options and Kylie was gracious enough to go over the benefits and features of each one we were considering as well as making recommendations on how best to blend various elements.

When I wanted to replace badly worn kitchen countertops in my 1940 home with something vintage, (namely retro-style formica with fluted metal edging), I ran into somewhat of a stumbling block. I was having difficulty finding the materials locally and also realized that installation of formica had become somewhat a “lost art”. My contractor and I worked on sources for the materials and were extremely fortunate to find Macadam Floor and Design to make the project a reality. We chose a wool Berber carpet at Macadam to cover our stairway and Jake McKowen arranged for an installer to lay it. Our stairs are curved and every step had to be cut by hand, but Jose did a beautiful job. It looks wonderful and feels sumptuous.

Working with Brian and his installation team was a great experience. Despite supplier delays, he and Andre managed to get the floor and counters installed quickly, cleanly, and at a high quality level. Looking forward to working with them again.

We had the pleasure of working with Macadam Floor and Design to replace most of the flooring in our house, both carpet and hardwood. From the beginning of the project, Ricks customer service set him head and shoulders above everyone. He made a point to ask us questions about our likes, dislikes, our lifestyle and pets, and made recommendations that fit exactly what we were looking for and was also within our discussed budget. He made sure he was available to answer any questions along the way and helped walk us through the process. He has even made himself available after the installation to continue to answer questions that we have regarding upkeep. He always put the customers needs first. In addition to Rick, the teams he sent (both carpet and hardwood teams) exceeded the high expectations that he set for them. They were polite, professional, hardworking, and made sure to immediately communicate any issues they found underneath the old flooring once the demo work was completed so there were no surprises and they ensured that they delivered the highest quality of work. We have future projects that need to be done in the house and will definitely work with Rick and team again. Phase one of picking out our finishes with Macadams went very well with Rylee C. As our designer! We were quite pleased with the vast variety of granite, tile, vinyl, and LVP.Rylee was patient and knowledgeable while helping us pick out our custom options for our home. When we left we had no idea it had been 2 hours! Rylee did not rush us in any of our selections and was happy to explain in more detail the benefits and disadvantages to certain products.In the end, Rylee helped us choose LVP, carpet, granite, and tile for the floor, tubs, and bathroom counters.Our experience was great and I would highly recommend Rylee for your future design needs.Rylee was also very receptive to our budget and ensured the items we chose were within reach of our budget.

We recently had several different flooring projects completed by Macadam flooring, including new carpet, laminate wood, and tile. It was very easy from the very beginning to get started on the online estimate form. Rick got back with me quickly and set up an appointment where someone came out and measured our spaces. Next we set up a showroom estimate where he was very helpful in recommending and helping us pick out quality materials, brands, styles, and colors. He is an expert at this even down to automatically knowing which of the many grout colors will work best. Installation was easy to set up and the installers were courteous, fast, and professional. Rick even helped us find and coordinated with a painter because we wanted to repaint our stairs before they were recarpeted. The painter did such a fantastic job we have now booked him for several more projects. All the work was expertly done and we couldn’t be happier with how our house looks with all the new flooring. The materials are quality and the color choices that Rick suggested were spot on. We will definitely go with Macadam for any future projects.

We had old carpeting that we needed replaced in our house. We went to Macadam Floor and Design after reading multiple positive reviews. Rick provided us with some excellent options all for a very reasonable price. The installation was flawless; the team moved the furniture (and our piano) with no dings. The carpet looks amazing. So soft! We havent seen any errors in how the carpet was placed. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. Well most likely reach out to them when we have to update our countertops!

My husband and I are in the process of building a new home. We worked with Olivia on picking out finishes. The entire process was really organized and well. Olivia helped us pick out everything from laminate flooring, tile for our bathroom floors, counter tops for our kitchen, fixtures for the entire house, cabinets, etc. She did an amazing job looking at our inspiration from Pinterest to help pick things that would go well with the modern look we were looking to achieve. I researched several vendors around town before selecting Macadam for my finish the unfinished basement/utility room project. Angel was wonderful to work with: patient, helpful, and responsive. The project ended up costing more than I wanted, but Im confident that the work was done properly and will be guaranteed. When we had old floors removed and new floors put into our house we dealt with Macadam Flooring and Design. They made it so easy for us. We had terrific help at their showroom helping us with our selection of flooring. Randy VanLant and his team are terrific. Every issue, the few that there were, was taken care of immediately. What we thought would be a huge burden turned out to be an enjoyable experience. It was all done in just a few days. We replaced a carpet for a home we bought before move-in. The time window was tight (only 2 days.) They were able to accommodate the schedule so that the carpet could be replaced right after closing when there was no furniture. The price was also cheaper than home depot for the similar density/quality of carpets. Even they fixed all squeaks during the install. It took them couple of more hours to finish the work they made it everything within a day (until late evening.) I really appreciate their quality work as well as the carpet itself.

We were helped by Katie and Olivia from Macadam Floor and Design for the design of our home. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We did not know what to expect and were a bit nervous, but Katie and Olivia were extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Our meeting was quite comprehensive and lasted over 6 hours; not once did we feel rushed -- they were thoughtful and helpful the entire time. And their expertise was incredible! If it were not for their help, we may have made some choices we regretted later. We are so happy with the end product and would recommend these two to anyone for any design-related project!

I recently purchased my first home, and wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived at Macadam F&D to finalize all of the decisions I needed to make. Luckily I left feeling excellent about my experience. Kylie Buley made the experience enjoyable, and really made me feel at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of my build options, specifically in selecting cabinets, carpet, and laminate. She worked to understand what I was envisioning, offered guidance when I was stuck, but I never felt pressured to go a certain way. During the process I made a few alterations to my electrical plan, something I was a bit confused about, and she was a great help in answering all of my questions. If I ever go through this experience again, Macadam Floor & Design will be my first choice, and I will ask for Kylie.

I have been looking for the right builder over the last couple years. The process is stressful and once I had a couple builders in mind I went with Holt. In selecting Holt I had the opportunity to select upgrades to my new home. This can be added stress and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am a single dad and the thought of someone pressuring me into upgrades made me skeptical. I went into the process with no expectations and came out so pleased Im actually taking the time to write this review. Here is a brief explanation of my experience at Macadam Flooring and Design. I was immediately surprised with how quickly Katie from Macadam emailed me. I work shift work on nights and she always got back to me asap on my time. I was already relieved prior to my appointment. I came into Macadam and was greeted by Katie. I remember noticing all the options and being a little overwhelmed but she kept me engaged and took me back to her desk area. I made half of my selections with her before running out of time. It was my fault. She was accommodating and setup the second half of my appointment with her colleague Olivia.Olivia blew me out of the water! I have a hard schedule to accommodate and Olivia was so relaxed and figured it out for me. Still not sure how. Im not a fan of the process but now I am. Olivia made me want to stick with my builder based on her knowledge of the upgrade process. She left no hidden agenda in her back pocket by being transparent about the selections and pricing. I consider myself green to materials and Olivia’s knowledge of the products was encouraging and helped me narrow down my selections. I highly recommend Olivia and Katie for someone’s selection process. I felt bad because I was stuck on a few options and Olivia made me feel like a friend rather than a business deal which in the end eased my mind so I could focus on what I actually wanted. Coupling that with their knowledge I would stretch out to say Katie and Olivia are the best team of designers out there. I encourage anyone working with them to write a review so they get the credit they deserve! These two pour so much of their time into the process from what I’ve seen firsthand! Im rarely one to leave reviews, no matter bad reviews. But after the experience with this company, it feels important to make others aware. At first, everything was good. They were knowledgeable, engaged, and receptive to my flooring needs. Things got scheduled pretty quickly (I did have to follow up with them multiple times to get things moving but I chalked that to 2020 and the pandemic home improvement boom) and the process was pretty easy. It was during installation and after that things went sideways. The install was scheduled for two days- when the installers got here, they said it would take one day. That sounds great, until your kitchen is torn apart for almost 11 hours with no way to access it. If I wouldve known, I wouldve still asked for two shorter days instead of one much longer day. Mask wearing was a big issue with the two installers- several times I had to ask them to wear a mask while inside my house. I even had to provide one of them a mask because he lost his. This is even as I wore a mask inside my house the entire time they were there. As they finished and we were doing the final walk through, I noticed that a chunk of my baseboard was torn off. They quickly tried to tell me that it was like that when they arrived and how dare I accuse them of damaging it. I was told that I was lying to them. After realizing quickly that the communication was going nowhere, I communicated that I would be contacting the installation supervisor the next day and figuring out the next steps. The installation manager was receptive and apologetic at first, immediately coming up with ways to resolve this. Even going so far to mention that he was appreciative that I wasnt biting his head off.Two months after the original installation, it was finally resolved. This was after weekly communication attempts asking for resolution to both the installation manager and the original project manager. Half the time I would get an answer, and it would be mostly- sorry, well contact you soon. My request to not have the original installers come back to fix the issue was not met, and the original installers proceeded to just walk into my house (the wood door was open but not the glass door) without knocking or announcing who they were, 45 minutes after their scheduled time.Overall, the installation and post installation communication and process were handled poorly by the company and its crew. I sincerely hope this is a singular issue, but based on the communication and their behavior, I will not be using this company for my future projects.

Macadam Floor and Design, and specifically Brian was SO wonderful to work with. We absolutely love our finished product. We had beautiful flooring options to choose from. Brian was great and providing us samples that were in our price range. While some big companies projected months out to begin our project, Macadam Floor and Design worked with our schedule to make our project happen fast. We will definitely be using them for all of our future projects.

From choosing the flooring to installing the floor, they guided me and answered all my questions. I hired them to replace the carpet with Luxury Vinyl planks. The crew consisted of two. They arrived at 9 am and finished the job at 4 pm. Every step of the process was done non-stop. They even asked me what pattern I desired. They are professionals with knowledge whom delivers quality service and great customer service.

Great experience with Jake, Sean, and Sean’s crew. Project manager Jake knows his product and helped me make the best carpet decision for my needs. Sean was very responsive with scheduling, and shout out to Sean’s crew, who did an incredible job. They finished ahead of schedule, and they were considerate and professional. An unexpected plumbing issue came up on the same day as their installation, and they were exceptionally patient and and willing to work with a houseful of extra people and interruptions. Can’t thank them enough for making the best of the situation and doing such great work throughout.

This is a review of the high quality of service that we received from Rylee Cutchin. We are buying a home in Oregon while still living in northern California. Macadam is the design consultant for our builder and we first worked with Rylee when we were in town in August. She helped us review all the options that the builder offered and made suggestions for some upgrades that we wanted to do. In September when we wanted to review our selections before the builders deadline Rylee met with us online so we could be certain about our choices. Even after the deadline had passed she helped us make an adjustment that was caused by some confusion in our Zoom review. We expect to make some additional upgrades once we own the home and Rylee gave us advice on these and answered all our questions. Heres hoping our choices look good once everything is installed and our home is finished!

You absolutely have to work with Katie Stilwater. My husband and I were originally sent to a different company before we switched to Macadam, and the switch could not have been better. Katie was so honest about our original picks, upfront, and communicated options so clearly--no information was left out. Before meeting with Katie I had so much anxiety (about the other company) and she really got rid of all of the anxiety. I feel 100 on what we finalised on and am so excited to see it all finished and share photos! We will definitely be back for our blinds!

Kylie helped us at Macadam choose all the materials in our new house from our hardwood floors, carpet, tile backsplash (kitchen and bathroom), tile flooring, quartz countertops and the tile around our fireplace. Karen King was an exceptional design aid for my wife and I. She gave us a great list of options that fit our budget and our design needs (hard to do both), but she did it. We have a very rustic/eclectic style, but had no idea on how that would look like with a brand new house. Karen took us through the whole design process from selecting flooring to the hardware on the cabinets, giving us exactly what we had envisioned in our heads. We had our kids join us as well and they had a wonderful time exploring the design center and giving us their ideas for their rooms. We are in love with our new carpet! I kind of had an idea of what I wanted for carpet and when I explained, Jake knew right away which one was a good fit. It was so quick and easy and I left with samples in hand. The day of installation, the job needed a little more work than anticipated and the guys did it all with no issue. I had been wanting to get my floors redone for several years now. With hardwoods in my entry, bath, and dining area, vinyl in the kitchen and gross carpet in my living room, everything felt very disconnected. I cannot say enough good things about Macadam. They worked with us to put vinyl plank down over some deteriorating slate tile in one room and replace the carpet throughout our townhome (lots of stairs). Rick was fantastic working with me upfront to choose the best products within my budget. Then the install teams were just amazing.My husband and I were initially planning to install the vinyl ourselves, but I am SO GLAD we had them do it instead. What would probably have taken us multiple weekends, buying new tools, etc., took these guys a total of 4 hours. The cost was super affordable and included moving all the heavy furniture in and out of the room. The result is fantastic. I love it so much. Easy to clean, much more comfortable than tile to walk on, and lots of compliments!Where they went above and beyond was during the carpet install. Our home had severe water intrusion issues a few years back, which we thought had a previous contractor had fully repaired. When the carpet install team ripped up the carpet, they found multiple places with black mold or dry rot. The install team stopped what they were doing, had my husband and I take a look, and provided exceptional support talking through the options of what to do. We ended up having them stop the install and having our previous contractor come out and fix the areas. As soon as the water intrusion contractor completed the repair, the team at Macadam went out of their way to get a team back in to do the carpet install asap. I couldn’t believe how communicative, professional, and kind both install teams were throughout the process.Thank you, Macadam Flooring. We love our new floors!

I manage a very large, full-floor, penthouse in downtown Portland and went to Macadam Floor and Design to get new flooring. We replaced the old Hardwood Laminate, which was literally wearing out, with beautiful new LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planking). I worked with Rick Correa to schedule installation and he was very helpful in getting everything set up. I love having a product that cleans easily with just a damp mop and wont scratch or damage easily. Well be having a firesale of our closest full of old floor cleaning products, none of which really did the job, soon.What impressed me the most was Ivan and his installation team. Holy Moly, these guys were impressive. We scheduled three days to finish more than 3,000 Square Feet and they had it knocked out in a day and a half. BEST installers I have ever seen installing ANYTHING. Super on top of everything. Keep them in coffee and Rockstar and they are a whirlwind of productivity. Even other residents in the highrise commented on how polite they all were.Highly recommend MF&D and be sure and ask for Ivan and his team. You will burn calories just watching them work.

We bought a new home and wanted to update the floors with luxury vinyl plank throughout the house with the exception of the bathrooms. Our realtor recommended Rick Correa at MacAdam flooring. Said they do wonderful work. Boy was she right. We met with Rick and brought pictures of the home. He talked with us to get an idea of what we liked then showed us a few examples. He showed us one we both really liked. They came out to measure and brought other samples so we could see them in the home. We still really liked the original one which was ‘Coretec Plus Midway Oak.’ Long story short the install team did a fantastic job and it looks great. We couldn’t be happier. We worked with Rylee (interior designer) who helped us pick out flooring, quartz, tile, cabinet colors, trims, & interior paint colors for our new home. Macadam Floor & Design has a large array of sample items to view and choose from and Rylee helped make our selections so much easier than we expected. She was prepared with samples/ideas before we came into the showroom, made great recommendations and provided us with various options from which to choose. She promptly responded to our questions, emails and to our contractor. Her design skills are impressive and we are sure our home is going to be stunning. My husband and I worked with Darby to design our first home. We scheduled an appointment at the Design Studio showroom in Vancouver and had up to 4 hours to discuss options and make selections. Darby was so helpful and was a great guide. She offered suggestions when we had trouble making our selections (especially with carpet, tile, wood laminate, and cabinets) to make sure everything coordinated. We felt that we could almost visualize our future home (as much as possible without a physical house). She was very honest with cost and let us know which customizations/changes could be done later if it wasnt in our current budget. I would highly recommend her and Im sure the rest of their designers are great as well.

I recently wrapped up my second home project w Macadam Flooring and happy to report both went well. The first was years ago when I the flooring replaced in almost every room in my house. The product I had picked was not available on install day. They upgraded me to another product that was at no additional cost. The installers were very conscientious.So when I started the process of new countertops, I was pleased to see that Macadam Flooring was actually the showroom where I could see the product I had chosen. Given that, I was an easy sell but Jake was very helpful in answering my questions and recommending a plumber to support the project. It happened in a timely many with excellent installation by Galaxy Stoneworks, Macadam Flooring’s chosen partner for the job. I, and all my friends who have seen the results, love the look in my home. I would recommend you consider them for your needs if your project fits their offering s.

Macadam did a great job. From the initial contact, to getting us a speedy quote, to scheduling and installing. Jake was the project manager and he was super. He was on top of everything, got back to us quickly on anything we had questions on, and was always friendly. The guys who came and installed the floor were also great. They arrived on time, they were respectful (both my husband and I are working from home during COVID), they work masks the entire time they were here, they kept the noise to a minimum, they cleaned up at the end of the day, and always checked with us for any questions. We couldnt be happier with our floor install.

After having THE WORST experience with Home Depot carpet installation, we quickly pivoted and decided to go with someone local. Thank god we did - Macadam Floor and Design was absolutely wonderful to work with. Rick was our project manager, and he could not have been more friendly or helpful. Wonderful experience BOTH times I have worked with them! Macadam Floor had originally put in the flooring of my new (to me) house a couple years when it was built. I called to see if they still had the flooring so I could have the same laminate for the entire first floor (why this builder thought it was a good idea to have carpet in a dining room is beyond me). It was an easy process of them measuring and the installation was a breeze! A year+ later, I wanted to update the kitchen countertops to quartz and update the backsplash. I was able to work with the same fantastic sales rep (Angel) and he helped me get exactly what I had envisioned for my kitchen. Fantastic price and fantastic customer service. A+++++
