Nichole was great! She promptly responded to to all my email and phone inquiries and followed through with everything she said she would do. I found my vehicle on the Cargurus website and had responded to that advertisement. We had begun the process, but before I could physically arrive at the dealership, the site increased the price by $1000. She made sure the price advertised when I responded was honored. I think that was the correct thing to do, but Im sure there are people and dealerships that would not have done so. It was a concern I had before arriving and worried that I would have to argue my case, but that never happened, it was just done with no hassle and made the experience that much better.The car was shipped to the dealership with a few smaller issues like the display for the radio did not work, a small amount of paint transfer from some incident and one of the tires had a defect in the sidewall. She made sure all of the items were taken care of during the detailing and mechanical inspection process.The car is a 2015 Nissan Sentra, but looks, feels and drives like it is brand new. Buying a newer vehicle is a very personal experience and does have some stress because its a lot of money you are investing. Nichole was friendly, reliable, professional and attentive to all the details. Im sure you will receive the same great service and experience as I did getting your next car with Nichole as your sales agent.

I bought a cute lil used 2017 Kia Soul from this dealership and they were great. No pressure from Eduardo who we worked with and he was sweet as pie and super helpful. The whole process was very convenient and quick and I am really happy with the price I got on the vehicle. The only one thing I noticed was that the manager said hed fill up the tank for us and it was nearly empty. No biggie just a note. My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Cadillac of Portland. Eduardo was our sales guy. He was low pressure, extremely knowledgeable, and great to chat with. He and his boss, Dan, really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we were looking at. Ultimately we ended up purchasing the vehicle and trading in our old one, which was also a seamless experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here in the future when the time is right.

I bought a Mercedes Benz from them, besides from some chips and scratches, later found out a broken pipe exit, I told them that the rims were very damaged, the sales person told me they will going to absorb half of the cost of the repair, I told them I had a travel to LA and be back in two weeks. When I came back was just to find out that they are not covering anything, so, if your buying a car from them be very sure, and on paper, that they are going to fulfill their promises.

We walked in to trade in our truck for a newer one that was about 32k, but we ended up leaving with a really awesome car for 10k less. Travis Zea was our salesman and the process was pretty quick and painless with no pushy salesmen gimmicks. Most people would have tried to convince us to go with the truck because of commission but that wasn’t the case with Travis. He was incredibly knowledgeable as well and super helpful even after we drove it off the lot. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle with Cadillac of Portland. Everyone there was professional and friendly. Overall a great car buying experience.

I recently bought a car from Cadillac of Portland and they assured me that the car was inspected and came back with zero issues. The dealership stated they did a “routine check.” Less than 24 hours of ownership the cars check engine light came on. I immediately took the new car in to the audi service center and not only did it have an oil leak but it also had a water pump leakage. Cadillac of Portland either had the worlds most incompetent mechanics that can’t detect these basic issues or they were trying to cover it up and sell it how it was. They are more worried about making as much money as possible rather than taking care of the customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I started with an on line search of a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE and chose one with low miles from Cadillac of Portland. From the very beginning the team there was great! Our buying experience at Cadillac of Portland met expectations but the finance department has been extremely unresponsive and has not followed through with their obligations.We decided to purchase a vehicle for our son who is attending college in the state. We had researched the Portland area market prior to flying into town. The salesman was able to answer all our questions and we made a deal on Friday evening, 07/30/2021.We were turned over to the finance manager (P.M.). We indicated that the vehicle was to be title in Iowa and asked if we could register the vehicle when we returned home. He indicated that they needed to take care of the registration. He had my wife and I sign a blank Iowa DOT Application for Certificate of Title and/or Registration form as well as other paperwork. We left for dinner with my son driving his new to him vehicle.At dinner, PM called and dropped by with a form that he had not printed for us to sign. The next day, PM called again indicating that we needed to return to the dealership to redo the Iowa DOT Application for Certificate of Title and/or Registration form.Near the end of August, I spoke with our county treasurer staff who indicated that they received and returned a grossly incomplete registration form in mid-August. Vehicle milage, bill of sale, damage disclosure form, dealership identification, and co-owner information was missing, and the accompanying check was filled out to the wrong party. Over the next few days, I left voice and text messages as well as emails with multiple return addresses. PM did not respond to any form of communication.In mid-September, I called and asked for PMs supervisor and had a discussion with DK. DK promised to investigate the status of the registration application and get back to me within a day. To date, I have not heard back from DK or PM.It is now early October; my lender has requested that the vehicle title. I have spoken with the county treasurer indicated that they have not received an updated form.The Cadillac of Portland finance department staff never answer the phone and have not return any forms of communications.

I financed a Subaru Impreza on May 8th, while I love the car the whole experience with this dealership has been severely disappointing. Prior to actually going to the dealership, I submitted an application for financing and was told there was an offer. Multiple times I had asked about the details for the loan before visiting the dealership to know if it was worthwhile. I didnt know about the loan details until after the test drive days later. I still really liked the car and decided to move forward with financing. Months later, with no further contact from the dealership, 3 days before my travel permit expires, I receive a check refund for the registration fees and a note saying that after several attempts to contact me about providing DEQ they were refunding the registration fees and were unable to complete the registration process. I specifically signed a document releasing special power of attorney over to them to handle the process. Not once was I told I had to provide DEQ and after reviewing the finance documents I had been sent by email, they never even put the dealership name on the special power of attorney document.

This was a very bad experience. I bought a used fiat that was previously stolen and was bought at auction. There were some problems with the car and lots of back and forth with the dealership. They told me I had to take it to fiat. I took it to fiat who told me part of the system dealing with the coolant had been taken apart and put back together. His opinion was that if he had done the inspection like they said they did, he would definitely notice the problem. The service department assured my they inspected the car and didnt see anything.Th e general sales Manger ed Kriegalwas incredibly rude. He spoke about me to the service tech in the third person. I asked him not to and he said, i wasnt talking about you, I was talking about how much money I was willing to spend to make you happy in a very rude tone. Im not sure why he felt he could be so condescending to a customer.UPDATE: I have read the reply and havereached out repeatedly this week but have not received a call back.

The entire experience was one of our best experiences with car buying ever. I had done a fair amount of research on all aspects of our potential deal where ever it might have taken place. The day before we were at another dealership. I felt the vehicle was over priced, the trade in value to low, they wanted too much down, etc.I felt confident about how things were going to go right from the beginning with Russ. We were very pleased with the first vehicle and felt it was very competitively priced. Before we took a test drive I asked Russ to get our trade in assessed to help with time. I wasnt concerned about showing too much interest.When all the paperwork came back we were pleased with almost all of it and the rest got worked out with Scott in the financing portion. I really didnt need GAP insurance or other packages. I did want 4 years of maintenance not 3. Scott got it all done for us.On the way home I told my wife it was a vehicle and a deal I could feel good about!Thanks Russ & Team!

After spending fruitless hours with another place, that required a loan application, and 2 hours, before even being 1 shown a car (a new not used as requested), my daughter contacted Mustafa, whom she’d dealt with previously. What a delight to be listened to about what I wanted. He had a match for me in under 5 minutes. I was shown the car, test drove it, and -then- a loan application was made.The whole experience was pleasant, and such a relief after the “other place”. My wife and I are as skeptical of car dealerships as you could possibly be, and I dont write reviews unless an experience was particularly special, but by the time we got home after getting our van, we were talking about how Dane was just the perfect person to have worked with, and we ended up writing him to tell him so. It was the right car for us, sure, but we would have walked the moment the sales process didnt seem just right. We had called to see a used car and got Dane on the phone, and feel super lucky we did (though Im sure the other salespeople are good too). Dane and was considerate beyond what Id expect anyone to be, and is a true car guy. The rest of the staff was patient with us as doing the paperwork meant their days ran long and they were as pleasant as could be. Seriously. If they have a car you want, Im pretty sure you can trust them to take care of you. Totally surprised by how good of an experience we just had.

My wife & I walked in & Nicole was available to provide a quick search for what we thought we were looking for, but nothing was really available. I was not feeling incredibly energetic that day and was a bit apprehensive about the daunting process of purchasing a new/used vehicle. Despite that vibe I was putting off, Nicole remained cool and patient with us. As we were headed towards our car, she was recommending options for us & our conversation continued right in front of a nice BMW, something we had never anticipated getting. Long story short, as my wife and I cruised through the process, Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable, present in the moment and was never pushy or assumptive that we may get the vehicle. She seemed to know the exact moment to grab Dan, the GM, who was also a really cool guy with a non -salesy kind of vibe. Overall, my wife and I were mostly attracted to the energy of the this Lithia dealership b/c it was the EXACT opposite of most dealership & sales team vibes, where you can tell they are just trying to sell a car. Nicole was a ROCKSTAR throughout the entire process, which is very detailed and energy consuming. When we purchase the vehicle, its not just the car were buying into, its the collective factors that make about the entire dealership. If another car is available on this lot at a time we are looking, well definitely work with Nicole, Dan & Dane, as they made our experience really comfortable. The price on the car was very competitive & we were able to get aggressive rates with a great monthly payment. We saw a pre-owned Acura MDX online, came in to see it in person, took it for a test drive and then ended up making it ours. One of the easiest, painless and pleasant car buying experiences weve had! Travis Zea greeted us the minute we walked in and we were in his capable hands from that point forward along with his manager, Dan. Both were low pressure, straight forward & honest and provided us with financing options that made the purchase a slam dunk and made us feel comfortable as consumers. The finance manager, Brian, was great too and just continued to bring the same high level of customer service we had already been experiencing. Since our purchase, Travis has continued to follow-up and has been a resource for us. We will definitely choose Cadillac of Portland for any future vehicle purchases (we are already looking at another one to replace our second car now!) and we are happy to confidently share their stellar services with those we know.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I tried for weeks to resolve my issues with this dealership but ended up getting nowhere. I received very poor customer service working with Dane in sales and Kenny in service. I recommend you have an independent mechanic check any used car you purchase from this dealer, they may not honor the 60 day dealer warranty they include if you have a problem.Within the first week of owning the car I noticed a problem with the operation of one of the second row seats making it difficult to access the third row.The service dept took a look at the problem and told me I would have to pay for the repair, the part needed was not covered under the limited dealer warranty.So I read through warranty info that I received when I purchased the car and it essentially stated that everything mechanical and electrical is covered with few exceptions. The exceptions were listed in some detail, nothing was noted about seat parts. So I called service back and asked why it wasn’t covered, they avoided answering my question and directed me to speak with my salesperson Dane about it.So I email Dane and he tells me he can’t help, it’s a service issue tells me to call the service manager Kenny to talk to him about it. I leave Kenny a voicemail requesting a call back, hear nothing back so I email him a week later. No response to my email after a week, so I follow up with another email. Finally Kenny responds with the same answer, “it’s not covered” and points the finger at the salesperson Dane, implying it’s not a service issue, it’s a sales issue.Even with multiple requests no one would take any responsibility, no one would tell me why the part was excluded, no one would tell me what part it was on the seat that was broken.Needless to say, I do not recommend this dealer at all for sales or service. Customer service is poor and seems to be a very low priority at least where warranty work is concerned. They just give you the runaround to keep you off their back. If you do purchase from them hire an independent mechanical inspection first. I wouldn’t trust them to honor any used car warranty offered. Lucky for me I am not dealing with a more serious mechanical problem.Update: despite the reply below I have not heard anything from the dealership regarding my experience. Read the other recent negative reviews and you will see a clear pattern.

I had a horrible experience here. I was a first time car owner and hadnt purchased a vehicle in over ten years. I was overcharged significantly for a truck and 6 days later the window didnt work. The dealership refused to help me fix it until my warranty kicked in two weeks later. Zero regard for my experience. I would not recommend buying a car here.

I been shopping for a New car for about 10 days. Test drove Porche Maccan, Acura MDX, Audi A4, Honda Accord, all 2021 models, I even test drove a 2021 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. I found my experience at Cadillac to be unique. The staff was knowledgeable and seemed more concerned I get into what I needed and not trying to over sell me a product. I test drove the Cadillac CT5 and CT4. The Cadillac product has really changed over the years. Style, luxury, a sleek new look, reaching the younger generation. I got my new Cadillac, I pick it up this Friday. Can’t wait.

Nichole Albertson the sales rep was friendly and accommodating throughout the process. I guess looks can be deceiving. They promised me a car 4 months ago (for when it would be done with a recall fix, which took way longer than they thought, though that wasnt their fault). I have a sheet with VIN and a committed price signed by the sales manager, now he claims that the piece of paper he signed is meaningless. Couldnt explain what the paper was for if it didnt represent any type of commitment. What a bunch of crooks. I would have bought something else if they had not told me that the price was fixed, only to jack it up $4000 after the recall got done.6/23/21: Charles, its been a week, and I still have not received a call back from you. If you dont want to honor your teams promises, then at least dont pretend that you care.

Kenny helped me when I was stuck in Portland after a vacation over the 4th. I almost lost my job, but he made it possible to get me on the road in time to get back to Colorado. My suspension went out on my XTS and was back on the road in 2 days. Every other dealership gave me a week or two, but Kenny saved my life. I have never experienced service like this, and I hope this sets an example that there are still good people out there. Thanks Kenny. You da man!

I had my caddy in for transmission replacement cost was over $4,000 it took over two months and I never got a call from the service advisor at anytime I had to always contact him and now I have my caddy in again because they never diagnosed the traction control and speed control components which I pay for it. Once again Im not hearing anything back its very non- professional and a slap in the face 😈!!

I was looking for a used Chevy Bolt and on Dec 29, 2020 went to this dealership as they had a few used Bolts on the lot. Nichole approached as my wife and I got onto the lot and we tell her why we were there and she shows us the Bolts they have. We find one that we like, but were not able to test drive it due a recall. I did my homework and I knew there was a recall on the 2017-2019 Bolts, and this vehicle was under that recall and that GM dealerships are not allowed to sell this car until the recall was fixed. We were willing to wait as this was the car we want. We start talking price and Nichole hands us off to Dan. We finally agree on a price ($13,400) and he writes that price on the back of his business card, puts it in his desk along with the keys and says we are good. I ask if we could put down some money to hold the car until it was fixed, but Dan said there is no need. Now, here is my 1st mistake, I did not get the price in writing. My wife and I leave, happy that we found a car that we like.As the months pass, I keep in contact with Nichole to see if she has any updates. No, nothing yet but will keep checking and let me know as soon as she does. During this time, I occasionally check out the car on their website, and one day I notice the price went up on the car. On April 17, I call Nichole and ask about the price increase and she says not to worry, the car is reserved for us at the price we agreed on. Here is my 2nd mistake, calling her and not getting this response in an email.Finally on May 29 I get a call from Nichole and she tells me that she has good news, the car is scheduled to be fixed June 2nd and will be ready for me to pick it up....but the bad news is that the car is now $4500 more than the price we agreed on, now it is $17,990 and they have someone that wants to buy all of the Bolts on their lot but are giving me the courtesy of right of first refusal. So, you can imagine my response, but Nichole just says that she understands, and that it is not her fault, it is the owner’s, and any other excuse she can think of. Never once taking any personal responsibility. So, obviously I am not happy so she passes me on to Dan. Again, not his fault, the owner’s are the ones that are raising the price, blah blah blah. Again, not happy so they pass me up to Ed. Again, not my fault, nothing I can do, it is the owner’s decision, there are no oral contracts in the car business...more blah. Long story short, they did not honor our agreed on price. I guess I really should not be surprised, but it still upset me.During our conversation, I tell Ed that I am going to leave an honest review about my experience, and I am fairly certain there will be a response from Cadillac of Portland, but I promise you that what I have written is factual, and I have the emails and call logs to prove time and dates. I even have a text to a friend of mine that I sent him on Dec 29, 2020 after we left the dealership that includes the agreed on price of the car and how happy we were to be getting this car.These people are in the business to make money, PERIOD. They are not in the business of being honest or trustworthy, or providing quality customer service, or even being nice to people. We had a deal, they would not honor it...just bad business, and bad people. If they would have explained from the beginning that if the market price goes up, the cost of the car would increase as well, then I get it. But they didnt. And what makes this situation even better, is that during the time I was waiting for this Bolt to get fixed, I passed up others that were very similar, thinking that we had an agreement. And now prices have skyrocketed. I guess we are in a time where a handshake does not mean anything, and being a person of your word does not pay off in the end.So, if you choose to do business with these people, buyer beware. Or better yet, just dont...and take your business to good, honest, trustworthy people.

From start to finish, everything was professional with none of the surprises people typically associate with used car sales (warranty sales pitch, extra charges for unwanted services/plans, questionable rates on loans, etc.). I did a test drive and then everything else we did virtually until to the end, when Tristin brought the car and paperwork out to our home to sign, as my husband was in quarantine prior to a surgery. Great experience. Bought a 2019 pre owned Grand Cherokee limited from Dane. He was Super professional from start to finish. Knowledgeable, helpful, and zero stress/pressure. Very disappointed overall. We traded in our van and got an older suburban. We put a substantial amount down to make this deal happen. Due to the fact we’re right in the middle of closing on a home and we needed to make this vehicle transaction to close. We signed papers and did the deal March 2. At no point in time did the employee, Todd Iverson say anything was missing from the paperwork. I had my husband drive to Portland twice from Salem to bring him the signed paperwork. He said everything was complete. A couple weeks go by and the van loan still wasn’t showing it was paid with my bank. I hear fromthe dealership who says the day we signed one of the computer systems was down and they needed another signature. (Annoying, because we’re already on a time crunch and we were told everything was completed.) So the finance manager sends paperwork with 1 day air mail. I sign and sent back the same day. It’s not almost 4 weeks since the initial trade and I checked with my bank who still has not received anything from Cadillac of Portland. But Cadillac of Portland was sure quick to deposit my $12,500 check to pay the difference of my van, as well as the paperwork to my bank for the suburban. Not only do I have both those car loans still in my name at the bank, but it’s almost a month out from this transaction. We specifically did this a month prior so there would be no issues & in time for us to close on our home. I called early this morning when they opened and left a message for the finance manager to call me. No word. So I called again this afternoon and he finally answered and told me since the loan for the suburban was competed 2 days ago, they’d likely be cutting the check to pay off the van today and send it to my bank and that it should get to them by next week. We needed this done by the 2nd (4 weeks from the time we made this transaction & signed papers.) I’ve owned many cars throughout my life and have never had this issue or dealership take longer than 2 weeks to pay off my old loan. They are quick to take your money but not make things right or be honest from the start. Had the paperwork been done right the day we signed, and employees knew what they were doing, we wouldn’t be here. I will never do business with this company and highly suggest you so stay away from them.

Was impressed with my car buying experience! My salesman was Tristin, A very nice and professional salesman! One of the things I really liked about him was no pressure at all. I bought a 2019 Cadillac Xts with 34k miles for 21k. A very good deal, no negotiations needed Very fare pricing. I’ve bought 4 different cars at different dealership and this one was by far the best experience! I would highly recommend salesman Tristin.
