Gary my sales representative was very helpful in providing the information I needed to make a decision for home security. The service tech was on time for the install and made very good recommendations and the equipment. He did a very professional job.

The technician was awesome. Very friendly. He explained everything to us in detail. Answered all of our questions to the extent that we understood everything that was going on and how everything works. Very pleased.

They will not take no for an answer and keep calling ---since I have called inquiring about a system I have spoken to over 6 people.........all not willing to take no when I tell them I will not give them a credit card over the phone for $99-----they will not quote out a system without you providing a credit card. Yesterday when I called I was passed from person to person 4 in all----each giving me a different promotion with different numbers and wanting a deposit of 99...........when I told them no I would get transferred to another person. I finally just said enough---today I get a call from them.............same thing............I was passed to 3 different people. I finally just told the guy I am so uncomfortable --your numbers are completely different than yesterday and I will not give you any money over the phone.............he said I could give him $49 ----I told him nicely I was hanging up. These guys are a hard sell and shady-----I will not be using them at all!!! Not sure why they cannot just come and quote out a system???

Canceled with these guys over the phone they said there wouldn’t be any fees to cancel then wow surprise I owe $800 what a scam
