I got a wheel alignment done here. I called around a bunch of places in the area first, but were all booked out for days. Ace fit me in first thing Sunday morning. They were quick and the price was reasonable; I couldnt ask for more.

My first time at this tire shop and I went in around 11a.m. today to get my left rear tire patched up because of a nail. I parked my car parking lot, explained to them what and where the problem was, and they went straight to work. I asked how much, the guy gave me a fair and reasonable price! I am amazed by how fast they were and how great the price was. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely come here again!

I went in for a 6-Spline Lug Nut key. The key they retrieved was from the garage and looked like it had some use. They offered to sell me this key for $25 dollars. This is four-five times the amount of the average price of this tool. I got it down the street for $5.99 at a different shop. Very respectful and nice guys. Shop is clean. I had an alignment done from them a few months back with no complaints which is why I came back. This really felt like a predatory attempt to inflate the price of this basic tool.

I found out this place on the Google due to the high rating, and its my first time to work with Shah. It turns out to be the most wonderful experience that I have ever had in the Portland. Shah is very patient and educational. He replied to all of my question and provided the supporting information for me to understand the car better. He is quite honest about the service and cost he can make sure his quality is always great and safe. I would love to pay a little bit more to trade the quality of service at AceTire again.

Im very happy with replacing all 4 new tires here. Everyone was professional, honest, and provided very reasonable price. They also did wheel alignment too. Shown, one of the installation guy, was able to explain to me what he did and told me what other maintenance I need to do on my car to keep it running smoothly. Bought 4 new tires and an alignment the tires are good Ive gone back twice now to get the alignment done and its still not right idk why my steering wheel would not line up like if I go straight my steering wheel is turned now I have to come out of pocket and find a new alignment shop for something that should have been done correctly the first time not to mention the second time ....but the tires are good

These guys have always been great. I have been to them three times now, once for use tires, once to get a flat fixed and ones to get a tire swapped out. The service is quick, the guys are super nice and dont try to upsell. Prices are VERY reasonable for tires. No sticker shock. Very pleased with my experience.

I had a flat tire on the way to Portland from the coast and desperately needed to get it fixed before heading back. These guys were the only ones open to 6pm i could find on a Saturday nite. They had the tire i needed, replaced it, put it on my car and i was back on the road in 35 minutes. Very friendly sevice, prompt answers and a very customer service oriented attitude in watching them deal with several customers before me. The owners are two brothers so you would be helping out two people who are trying to make their business a success. I highly recommend going there if you need any type of work they do.

Shawn and his staff took very good care of me and my vehicle. I am happy with the customer service that they provide and the service. Theres a small comfortable waiting room to wait in while your car is being serviced. You can also leave your car and pick it up later.

I had a screw puncture my tire on a Saturday afternoon and wasnt able to get a new tire until the following day. Little did I know that finding a tire on a Sunday was not an easy feat. I called around to a couple of the bigger tire places that I could think of only to be met with poor, tired attitudes and reports that they were either too busy to help me or closed.I was running errands in addition to trying to find a tire for my car and by the time I found my way to Ace Tires and Wheels, I was hungry (hadnt eaten all day), frustrated, and feeling a bit defeated. When I pulled in, one of the guys was sitting on a stack of tires eating a perfectly popped bag of popcorn (Ill get to how I know this in a sec) and as soon as I stepped out of my car, he walked over to see what he could do to help me out. I told him I had punctured my tire and just needed a replacement and asked if it was something they could help with that day. He smiled, handed me half a bag of popcorn for me to snack on and asked for my keys and took my car right then to fix the tire for me.Everyone was really friendly and the service was so fast and the prices were easily much more reasonable than the quotes I was getting from some of the other places I had called before finding this place. I left with a good tire, popcorn to cure my hanger, and a smile. These guys totally turned my day around and when I replace the donut spare in my trunk with a full size spare, Ill be coming back to Ace Tire and Wheel to get it.

These guys where amazing to us ( my wife and i) . We needed to take our 26inch rims off our 07 GMC yukon denali , and put 20inch rims w new thick tires on...since summer Is coming to an end now. And one was loosing air fast, we found out the rim was cracked. They said they can order us the 1 replacement 26inch rim when we are ready.They where so fast . So helpful. And very Honest. Also Reasonably priced ...I put 400$ down total in cash and financed 850$ ( No interest if paid in 3 months, very low interest if paid in under a year.)They even were willing to hold my 26inch rims and tires there at the shop for us till we get to go back to our home in Tacoma WA on the 3rd....for free .. just to b great guys . And they gave us FREE tee shirts ! We will definitely b back for new tires and rims on our lowered turbo vw wagon ! Very pleased customers !! Thank you guys !
