Actual star rating:5 stars for the water, tastes great.3 1/2 stars for the customer service which is fine once you manage to actually get ahold of someone. Lots of paperwork to get an account compared to Sierra Springs (which is also cheaper) but I understand that they are a smaller, locally run company. The first dispenser we received leaked and part of the plastic cover came off when you opened it but they were prompt in getting back to me and send someone out the next day to replace it. Water is delivered on time.0 Stars for the billing department. I filled out a form to have my credit card auto-billed and every single month the bill comes showing its overdue. Each month I call to confirm that they do indeed have my credit card info and Gabby tells me that yes, shes just behind with the billing. She assures me she will do it in the next couple days. Now my latest bill shows 3 months of overdue bills. Get your act together Gabby! This is no way to run a business. Im busy running my own and dont have time to call you every month. Ill adjust this review if things change but wont be holding my breath.

The reliability of service is terrible. My business has weekly delivery. I was given a calendar with the delivery dates clearly marked. I have had the service for 3 months now and have had only 2 weeks where I didnt have to call because our delivery day was missed and we were out of water. if I gave my clients the same service I would be out of a job.

I have been a customer for about six months and wanted to write a review because of my satisfaction with Koldkist. I was shocked to read some of the other comments and find them VERY hard to believe. First of all; The water adheres to the International Bottled Water Association guidelines as well as those set forth by the state and local regulators. Second; the water comes from Bull Run, one of the best fresh water sources for drinking in the country. Its by far the best water around. Absolutely do not believe for one minute the water tastes anything but phenomenal. As far as Im concerned, the other negative com-mentors are having a bad day. Try Koldkist if you REALLY want to know what the best water around tastes like. I guarantee it! P.S.> I have found through experience, what I eat or have eaten effects the way my water tastes?

I gave it 1 star only because it wouldnt allow me to review otherwise. -100 stars is what I would like to give.Koldkist drivers are normally pleasant and great to work with. However, Justin, delivered our water today and was so rude it is making me rethink using them for our business. First he called to have me go out and count our water bottles to see if he actually had to come out here, we are on a normal schedule, why should I need to do your job for you.We have had this company for years but I will be looking around starting today.

Have been a customer about a year now and never had a complaint. Water tastes great, friendly customer service and always on time. Best of all it is the most affordable bottled water that delivers in my area.

Unable to get the company to respond to my request for service. I call, the lady says someone will get in touch with you later today or tomorrow - nobody ever calls me back. Not ever. 3-4 months running now. Every time I call and say, Hi its me again I can hear the lady cringing. They know theyre horrible, they know their service is the worst, but they dont care. Unfortunately, there are no other ice distribution companies in the Portland area, so we are all SOL.

This is the worst water I have ever has the displeasure of tasting. It literally reminds me of water filled in a hose in a backyard with a dash of bleach for flavor.Oh - and when you cancel service, they will pick up your unused water and NOT give you a credit for it!!!

Whoever says the water tastes bad is lying. This is flat out the best water you can buy. My boy friend and I signed up recently and wished wed done it a lot sooner
