Quick, easy, fast, reliable, and cheap! I will never order books in bulk from anywhere else! I ordered 2 books in bulk of 50 each. The one book they had in stock was received within a business week of the purchase. The other book was not in stock, but they found it and provided it at less than half the cost of the standalone book. That one arrived within 3-5 business days after the first book. The customer service is outstanding! Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and I was treated like I was the only client they had...and they had the lowest prices out of every other place I looked into!

Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. She followed up when we were having communications difficulties about the payment. Their prices were very reasonable. Two of the books came rather damaged, but I contacted Heather and she got replacements out to us immediately.

Perhaps not an ideal place to order in bulk, if you need a guarantee of availability prior to placing an order. I received confirmation via phone and then placed an online order for 26 copies of a title only to receive an email the following day that there was no availability. If you have customer service people providing information regarding bulk availability, that information must be accurate!!!

They;re great - if youre buying 25 or more of a given book (say, to teach a class), they give you the a really nice rate. Excellent for the Official ACT Prep Guide, which I bought for my tutoring business...less than $500 for 25 of them (and its usually a pretty expensive book!).

I would not recommend using Bulk Bookstore. They seem to have some major communication issues with their distribution centers. I placed an order of 100 books on March 17th. They guarantee you will receive your books within 4-10 business days and that it may take up to 5 business days just to get the tracking number (which seems like a red flag now). When I reached the point of 7 business days and there was no update on my status or email updates, I sent an email. I did not receive a reply after my request of a status update. So I called and they assured me that the books had probably shipped. I let them know this was my first order with them. I run a nonprofit veterans foundation and these books were for our Vietnam veterans in honor of Vietnam veterans day. They told me they were positive the books had shipped and would arrive in time. I had already placed an order with Amazon just in case so i would have some books on hand. This morning, the 9th day after I placed my order, I was informed that the books were out of stock!!!! Why did they wait until the last minute to tell me? Why was there no communication with their distribution center? Now I am running all over town buying books from Barnes and Noble and I placed another order with Amazon. If you do decide to order from them, have a back up plan because they do not provide status updates. If I had not called, I would not have known that the book was out of stock. If they had told me earlier, I would have plenty of time to make other arrangements. They did provide me with a refund...since they took the money as soon as I placed the order...but having used a debit card, it will be a while before we have the money again and I am now paying for the books out-of-pocket. This has turned into a nightmare. Even though the customer service ladies were very nice on the phone, I would hate for anyone to have to go through what we are going through right now.

I purchased a large quantity of books from Bulk Bookstore. The books were gifts to those who attended our daughters wedding (she loves reading and it seemed like a great way to thank people for attending her special day).While the books were in good condition, we were not happy with the delivery time promised. We had paid a larger delivery (UPS 2 day) amount to have them arrive on a Thursday. Two-thirds of the books arrived on Thursday. The other one-third arrived on Friday. Very frustrated that I paid extra to have them arrive on a specific day only to have some of them arrive a day later.
