Owner took a $1k deposit on a truck I drove across 2 states to see. Truck was not as described and not ready to pick up. Owner stopped communicating with me and kept my $1k deposit. Buyers Beware! Contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

Had an issue with them making a due date for when they said a boat would be available for purchase. I talked to them and they had a guy call in because of the coronavirus so I understand that. They also gave me the boat with bad batteries that they had thought were good. I understand these problems because they are currently understaffed and incredibly busy. But the reason I put 5 stars is because they had the integrity to make it right which a lot of companies dont have anymore. Sportcraft has been around for a very long time and their success has not been achieved by poor costumer service. I would recommend Sportcraft to anyone. The boat that I bought has been running great and I havent had any issues since the batteries.

I bought a used Honda 90 engine 15 years ago and it still runs great. Larry and their service guys are real pros and do top notch work. Honest outfit.I will always do all my outboard work and purchases with these guys!

Zero stars is more accurate. Take my boat in for service and confirm it will be worked at the next day (owner confirmed). A few days later still no service or call. A week later unannounced visit to see them feverishly setting up new boats for sales and mine in the back corner with nothing being done. I pulled it out of there and was stuck with a $50 bill for them charging the battery. NEVER AGAIN, CAUTION IF YOU WANT MECHANICAL SERVICE!

Good Used Motor

I had shopped around for an outboard Marine repair shop and couldnt find anybody that works on Force Motors less alone outboards. One of my friends at work had referred me to Sportcraft so I gave him a call. I talked to the owner of Sportcraft and he was very helpful finding parts for the repair I needed done, he actually had them in stock. He was very knowledgeable (been in the business for a long time) and accommodating by answering all my questions and getting my boat in for service promptly. I got to talk with some of his staff and they were all very pleasant and helpful with any of my questions. I found my new Marine repair shop and I would recommend them to anybody.

Extremely helpful finding parts for an old Suzuki outboard.

We recently purchased our Arima 21HT from Ryan and Tim at Sportcraft Marina. We live 150 miles away so most of our business was done via phone and email. Sportcraft handled our transaction in a very professional manner. Responses to request for quotation were prompt and complete, phone calls were returned immediately and, most importantly, we got exactly what was agreed upon. Since the purchase, Ive had one mechanical problem with our boat and Sportcraft arranged for immediate service allowing me to travel to Portland, have the work done, and return home the same day. We couldnt be happier with the quality of their product, the professional installation of options, and highly professional service.

Minor engine repair estimate and timeline was far from the reality. Very poor communication with client. I was not kept in the loop at all and would have to call myself, days after each given deadline to find out what the heck was going on. The date of completion moved forward 5 times, and when the boat was finally ready it wasnt even river tested upon me showing up. So I did the river test on my own with my fingers crossed. Boat broke down for the 1st time 2 weeks later, Im taking it to a diff place to get looked at tomorrow
