First off my artist was pulled away from me to ring people up at the register, I had an appointment and engagement photos I needed to get to. Secondly you guys are way over price for the service I got, it was a 60 degree day and by the time I got home all my make was smudged! My eyeliner was uneven and not complete, my lips werent even drawn to my lip line and my foundation was blotchy! I had to fix my make up myself to make it be acceptable. Why didnt I say anything to artist? It was clear she wasnt very good and I didnt trust her to fix it, better to get out of there and do it myself. An hour sitting there and to leave in such disappointment and money wasted. When I fixed it is when I got compliments on it

Ashonti helped me out today! I am a professional makeup artist, I work for a wedding company called Blossom & Beauty. I was really thankful she was there today as I’ve been trying to expand my makeup kit to accommodate all skin tones! She was very knowledgeable and took her time showing me lip shades, concealers, and a contour palette that would would be suitable for clients with deeper skin tones. I also came in with a lipstick shade I got mixing two lip colors that I needed matched to an actual lipstick for a bride. She really spent a lot of time helping me find a shade that matched. I have the pro discount, and there are only two locations in Oregon that I can use that discount. This store is definitely my favorite one to go to. I always get great customer service and am never pressured to purchase anything.

Ive never written a review for a makeup store before, but in this case, I must: Made an appointment here to get my makeup done for a wedding last weekend. (Mind you, I barely wear makeup, so its slightly intimidating to walk into a place thats selling it.) From the second I walked in, everyone was welcoming, warm, and definitely didnt care that I didnt have makeup on. The dude who was standing at the cashier was super nice, and then introduced me to Shannon, who would do my makeup. Shannon is THE BEST. I repeat: THE BEST. In addition to her wonderful demeanor, shes off-the-walls talented. Shes got an impressive background in the makeup industry, but did not even remotely boast, and only brought it up when I asked. (Think Hollywood.) I was SO happy with the result when she was done. (The result being my face.) I looked natural, but flawless and eye-catching. THANK you, Shannon and everyone!

I love mac cosmetics. The store is always busy but if you like to see the product and try it on you have to go.

Very impressed. Lacie helped me with any questions I had and didnt make me feel rushed even though I think they were about to close. Also she made me want to buy products she trialed on me but not making me feeling pressured into buying. Would recommend. :)

As a man with rosacea, it can be intimidating to even enter a makeup store but my experience here was exceptional and I felt very comfortable asking questions and was treated with such kindness and warmth by Keyan? I cant quite remember their name but her she made me feel instanly at easy and was so helpful. Definitely will be back to this location for my skin care needs.

I always get grade A service at MAC. I came in and wanted a custom neutral palette created. Lacey took her time to create the perfect palette just for me.

Excellent staff that also are well trained!I went here for bridal makeup for my wedding I couldn’t of been more happy with the results!

This place always has at least a 3 client to 1 SA ratio (Id never go on a weekend in the summer), and it is tiny to boot. The specialists dont seem terribly knowledgeable or interested (and I know it shouldnt matter, but if youre in the makeup biz one would hope that youd apply your own makeup correctly). Theyre probably just overwhelmed; theyre incredibly busy. But the MAC line can be overwhelming--esp. the lipsticks--and Ive personally had much, much better experiences with an online video consultation than going there. Its pretty disappointing. But if you know what youre looking for, its a good place to pick up some product.
