Nice options, but not very many of them. Poor communication. Slow to respond. Delays not communicated. When I went to pick it up, I had a broken foot and had to hobble in, but then was directed to the will call. When arrived, no one was there and I couldn’t get up the stairs.

My advice is go to the showroom and see everything you want to buy. Then go online and find it FASTER and CHEAPER. As a home owner, these people dont care about you. No one did anything to help me when I expressed my concern for needing my order after 4 weeks of waiting. In fact, it felt as if they did not want to complete my order at all. They said there was nothing they can do. A quick search on Amazon and most of my items arrived in within 3 days and I saved money

Not for the average homeowner. Nice fixtures but very expensive. Thought the person was very condescending. Think Ill be happier at George Morlan or Home Depot. Enough said.

I use these guys regularly. If its not in the showroom they will gladly find your choices in a catalog or online. Plenty of pleasant people to help make choices and offer suggestions for either design or price.

I would have given a much lower star rating for lack of inventory for what I was looking for and was not able to wait for a new shipment, but Wesley Garcia was so pleasant and fun to work with and so helpful that I left the showroom empty-handed but with a smile.

Couldnt ever get any help, sooo just left 😕
