I highly recommend this business, they did a wonderful job on my car after I scraped up the door and tire pretty severely. They ordered me a new door and had to repaint, fix my tire and wheel. Even though they were not contracted with my insurance and quoted me higher than my insurances estimate, I did not have to pay more than my deductible and they assured me not to worry as they would handle the rest of this with my insurance directly. I feel comfortable that they would not over charge and that I can trust them. They returned my car looking fabulous and cleaned the inside as well!

Last week my RAV4 door was damaged. Fortunately, the next day I went to the VIP Collision Center in Portland. Laya was very courteous; she examined the damage and recommended replacing the door. Being an engineer, I asked Laya whether the door can be repaired, instead of being replaced. Laya was again very courteous; she called on her technician (Teno) to talk to me directly. Teno agreed to try to pull out the dent, although he wouldn’t guarantee success. Yet Viola, I was amazed when I went to pick up my repaired RAV4. See the “Before” and “After” photos for yourself. Teno did a wonderful job; bordering on being “A Magician!” (At 20% of the cost of replacing the door.) I highly recommend the VIP Collision Center in Portland, Oregon.

From the first phone call to the return of our Honda CR-V VIP Collisions team was super professional. Laya and Ed took the time to take our phone calls as well as provide guidance before we brought the car in. The estimate was spot on and we were very happy with how they handled repairing and replacing some of the damaged body/trim/bumper of our car. We were paying it all out of pocket and they listened to us when we said we didnt care much about the look but wanted a safe, fixed vehicle and they delivered.Damage was to our bumper, tire alignment, inner fender and they were able to get it all fixed up in ~7 days. By the way this was all during the crazy wildfire times in Portland and they did a great job at communicating and helping us get back on the road.

I went in for some paint repair/touch up in prep for having a clear bra/ppf put on the car. Ogie and Laya were fantastic! Always demonstrated a can do attitude with sincerity and complete follow through. I stopped by while they were finishing up and asked about a couple of other small things unrelated to the paint work. Ogie was very welcoming of my questions, took the time to review them with me, and then went above and beyond by taking care of them! VIP delivered beyond my expectations! I am extremely happy with everything they did for me and I would absolutely recommend them!

My mechanic recommended this auto body shop to me. My car was rear ended and the cost was paid for by the other parties insurance. The customer service staff Laya did an incredible job in coordinating with the insurance company and rental car company. She made perfect arrangement and kept me in the loop. I needed some rust repaired on my trucks windshield channeling due to water getting into the cab. Great price for the light body work, primer and replacement windshield. They had my truck in and out in no time! I highly recommend their services! A+++++

I have never had to get my car fixed, or sort out a claim, but VIP Collision made it so easy and simple. I got a quote and Laya was able to talk through the process with me which was really helpful. They told me when they estimated it to be ready and it actually was! They also cleaned and detailed my car. Overall really happy with them and will definitely go back to them if I need anything else done with my car!

This shop is my go-to for any damage. They do such a good job with color matching and have extreme attention to detail. Even better is that they actually keep the schedule they say their going to keep. I brought my Truck in after someone hit it from behind in the ice storm last year. The whole shop was full up. They told me Monday at noon and that is exactly when I picked it up. It look looked so incredibly good and there was no drama. Over a year later the paint job still looks great, like it never happened. The owner is a good guy and isn’t below chatting with customers as they wait. You never want to have damage, but they are pretty good at making the experience as pleasurable as it can be.

I have used VIP Collision three times in the last ten years to repair my vehicles. I live in Washington so it is not the most convenient auto body shop for me to patronize based on location. I have chosen VIP over more convenient options because I consistently find they offer the best price and are very easy to work with. The folks at VIP are up front and honest about the work that needs to be completed and the time for which it would take.Laya is great to work with! The folks at VIP Collision Center are true professionals and did a fantastic job restoring my car to its old self. In fact, they made it look even better. To my eyes it looks brand new! They went above and beyond to repair and retouch even the smallest details on my car. The estimate process was easy and quick and then when they got to work it was in a reasonable amount of time. Another nice touch was that they washed and cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me.I wont take my car anywhere else now for body work. Being new to the area I selected VIP randomly through a list of providers from my insurance. From the first contact to the last the staff (i mostly worked with Laya) was very professional and helpful . They listened to all my concerns and addressed each one without making me feel like I was asking silly questions (which Im sure some of them were!). They returned all my calls in a decent turnaround and provided me periodic updates (when my insurance wasnt). When it was time to pick up my car they were helpful in getting my rental returned and my vehicle looked as good as new. Id take any of my vehicles back if/when the time comes and Id recommend VIP to anyone.

I have a 2016 Honda Accord. A year ago a got in a accident. The insurance was debating if the car was total or not, I was hoping that they do but they didn’t. After searching around I took it to VIP Collision. They fixed the car, everything looked good I just didn’t know how the car was going to preform after such a bad accident. I have been driving the car for more than a year now and it feels like it was never been in one. The costumer service was pleasant as well. I just got lucky with those guys ,they know their business.

Went in for an estimate the same day of my accident. The guy behind the desk responded promptly. However, took no time to look into other estimate options and gave me the most expensive choice. I got another estimate for 75% less.

Ive gone to VIP 4 times in the last 3 years because: Portland Drivers. Every time has been awesome! Laya is awesome, she held my hand through everything and took care of it all. She called my insurance, set up my rental, and followed up with me and them! She made it so painless! The work they have done is flawless and if there is any issues they take care of it ASAP. First off, they dont require you to set up an appointment for a quote?! Unheard of and Im still trying to collect my jaw thats fallen after hearing such pleasantries. They were able to fix my car the day of and seemed 100% genuine about giving me the most affordable option. I was devastated after I tore my bumper on some stupid-ass curb but VIP Collision helped turn my frown upside down without financially pooping on me. Thank you!

Laya and her team were excellent to work with. Completely hands-off for us. She took care of all the insurance proceedings and communications and even ensured our rental car was paid by the offending partys insurance and that the car was ready when we dropped off our truck for repairs.As far as the repairs go, Id really call it a restore. Our trucks front end had to be replaced bit by bit, and when the cost began to inflate, Laya worked it out with the offending partys insurance company. Our truck is better now than it was before the accident! Really its like new.Couldnt be happier with VIP.

I had another mechanic recommend Ogi, the owner of VIP Collision Center, because the first mechanic was unable to determine the problem. Ogi quickly found the problem, worked with me to minimize the cost to me (it was out of pocket), communicated with me promptly and clearly about issues that came up. At the end of the day, Ogi did a fantastic job restoring my Audi to its pre-collision condition. I highly recommend this shop, and, should I be in another collision, would go to them first.

Literally called explaining my situation with a minor fender bender told they dont work chrome (thats fine) go on to explain that my bumper is pre fab and is not chrome and am literally cut off with a stomping No..... It was so assanine I literally laughed aloud and when the gentlemen realized he infuriated me with his utter apathy he gives me the explanation they only do urethane. Then say that..... Dont say We dont do Chrome if you dont do essentially anything that doesnt require some hot water and a compress. This isnt a company worth bothering with, especially when there is over a Dozen competitors in the general area of Woodlawn. Great job attracting customers. I was interested in paint decal but Im pretty sure you all dont do that either. No........? Prove me wrong then you unprofessional Shmucks.
