This is my go to spot for all my pressure washing needs. I’ve been coming to Portland Compressor over in Tigard for about 5 years now and they have always steered me straight.They show a huge interest in helping answer any questions I’ve had, along with researching info for me then getting right back to me by email and phone.They are very responsive and went above and beyond to make things right when I had what I thought was an issue with a surfacer but it was just a clogged jet.They fixed it for me ( free of charge) and showed me how to do it myself when it gets clogged again. Portland Compressor is definitely a good local company that I don’t mind supporting.

So first off, I dont typically leave reviews unless the service is either horrible or amazing. Both situations ive been in I have been absolutely blown away how knowledgeable and friendly not only the staff is but also the service department. I would highly recommend these guys for any Sprayer/pressure washer/compressor needs.

Very cool company that has in its stock the entire range of the company Graco. I think they have the best prices for Graco products. I bought several sprays from them. Their service department has always been great. Dave has been servicing our compressor for 15+ years and its always ran like a champ. Well need to upgrade in the next couple of years and will definitely be using them again. They seem to be really responsive to service requests and the folks we talk to have always been friendly.

Ive done business with this company and Jacob has been my point of contact for over a year now. Always gets back to me in a timely fashion and has provided excellent pricing for compressors and other various HVLP parts and equipment. I will continue to do business with them for years to come!

I had my Titan airless serviced here. I never had any issues with it just trying to be proactive. Used it once after they replaced all the internal parts, it didnt work right but we hadnt used it within the 30 day warranty so had to pay $200 again after the other $500+ spent. We used the sprayer 3 times and it doesnt hold pressure. Had to take it to someone else since I would probably be charged again and get the same results.The other 2 sprayers they serviced work fine but we probably wont be back.

Dont know about their servicing of equipment but I do know they carry parts that are hard to find. Was surprised when an item at their shop beat anywhere else I could find online. Im local and they are just down the street from me so its great.The other great thing about this company is most if not all items are available to look at ONLINE with pricing. Cost is a factor to me and I like to know how much Im paying before I buy.I hate being ripped off at stores when I can buy for 50% cheaper online, these guys are actually trying to be transparent and compete with real world global competition.Their online resources are valuable to say the least. A+++ for online presence and resources for equipment owners.

Ordered a part on 5/12/13. paid 3 day shipping. i understand that the order was not filled until the 13th because of the late day time of order, BUT i paid 3 day shipping, over $20 to have it in 3 days. No where on their site do they state in oregon that ups does not run. In NC ups delivers on weekends. If the part wasnt going to be her in 3 days they should have not charged the for it!!!!!!!!!! called and all they had was excuses and said i was irate...i just want my hard earned money back because they did not deliver on time. i could have got it here for less.DID I SAY THE PART WAS ONLY ABOUT $2 AND THEY CHARGED ME $23 TO SEND IT. Horrible service regarding shipment of 3000.00 product. List 100s of dollars due to their inability to carry out shopping as promised. It is now 4 days past promised. Nothing offered to rectify this poor service. Never use again!
