Disappointed is an understatement. My family and I have bought three Acuras from this dealership, and we were ready to make our fourth purchase. All experiences in the past were pleasant, but I cannot say the same after today. We set up an appointment to discuss buying our fourth Acura with Shawn, a supposed Senior Sales Representative. Well, contrary to what it says on his card, he represents anything but sales excellence.We enter the establishment and are not greeted by anyone, so we browse until were approached, approximately five minutes later. Once Shawn comes over, he immediately is frank and short. Instead of showing us the new models and discussing the features and packages we are interested in; he retreats to behind his desk for several minutes. After gathering very little information from us and not seeming interested in what we have to say, he sits us down, and we start discussing our options. We mention that we would like a specific exterior and interior color combination, which seemingly irked him for whatever reason as if this was an inconvenience. In the past, we custom ordered our MDX and waited a couple of months for it- which was okay; we were ready to do that again. But, after offering zero discounts, no trade deals, and flexing his 15 years of experience, we decided we wanted to take our business elsewhere. Never in our years of buying cars have we experienced a salesman who talked in such a condescending manner like our business was a disturbance to his afternoon. He was rude, unhelpful, pretentious, and hostile. After being loyal Acura customers for over two decades, we are extremely saddened by this behavior and will never return to this dealership.
