I told some whos large truck had broke down to give them a call. I was only the person that recommended and gave the driver a ride. While I sat in my car was watching how well their responses was with the truck . Machinics came out to check truck over. Everyone looked like they were all right on it to help. Was very impressed. Definitely recommend this business.

We took our 4 wheeler to Burdicks in mid June to have the carb replaced and a tune up. After two and a half months (and many phone calls and a few impromptu pop ins - because they never called to let us know the status) we got our machine back. We barely had it home before we noticed several issues.Like the fact that the throttle cable came out of the carb that they installed, the carb wasnt tuned properly, the clamp on the gas line wasnt installed properly (in fact it wasnt even the right part, didnt fit the hose correctly) and all the gas we put into the machine ended up on the ground. When my husband called and talked to the male owner, the guy acted was upset that his technician did such terrible work, told my husband to bring the machine right in and theyll get working on it right away to make everything right. He said theyd get it in right away and go through the work that they did to ensure everything was done properly. Two weeks later when we called again to find out when we could expect our machine to be fixed, the female owner blamed us for the machine needing to be fixed again. She insisted that they did a great job on the repair and that we just broke it right away. We simply went and picked our machine up. So yea, more than $500 and over three months later and we still dont have a machine that works properly.Unfortunately Burdicks did shoddy work and provided even poorer customer service and we would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Needed a belt for our snow blower, as it a specialized part and there are no stores in our area that carry it in stock. Burdick was able to get it ordered at a great price and had it here fairly quickly.

I had very high hopes that this would be a quality power sports repair shop that I could take my ATV and other power equipment to. I took my ATV in because it was blowing smoke out of the tailpipe. I told Rick that the top end likely needed repair and I would like a complete inspection of the unit. I received a timely response from Rick telling me that my carb was stuck and it was not the head at all, it was blowing fuel into the exhaust, it needed a tire seal fixed, and a new battery. He assured me he inspected the rest of the machine and it was in great shape. I gave him the go ahead to fix it. After I took the unit home, I fired it up, and let it sit while I made a spot for it in the garage. 10 minutes later I went back to it, and it was smoking and over heating.... I called Rick and told him what was going on. He asked if the fan was running as my machine was air cooled and not liquid cooled... I have a Grizzly 700 that is most definitely liquid cooled. Obviously a Thorough inspection was not done. Otherwise he would’ve noticed the radiator and coolant overflow. He came out to the house that night to look it over to find out that it WAS a liquid cooled machine, it DID have a head gasket leak, and did need the gaskets replaced. He assured me I would have it back by the weekend...... no phone calls, no response to my phone calls, and of course on Tuesday the following week when I finally get ahold of him, he just started looking at it. I finally get it back the end of that week, after paying for the labor of fixing the issue I originally took it in for and the labor for a SECOND oil change, I finally get it home. I start it up, and it dies. I start it again, rev it up, and it blows smoke..... I call them AGAIN and am assured they will be out to pick it up that evening..... it’s almost a week later and I finally got ahold of someone who has no clue who I am, or why I’m calling. I’m assured Rick “might” call me tomorrow (he has been too busy plowing)..... if not, the lady who answered my call will call me back. At this point I’m $1,300+ deep on a quad that I now am going to take to a reputable dealer and have them fix it.My recommendation to anyone looking to have work done here is don’t, unless you are ok with them learning on your equipment, terrible communication, excuses, and not actually having them fix your unit.Communication and follow through would have went a long way with me. Mistakes happen, make it right!
