Beltone was my saving grace! We had a set of hearing aids that needed to have new Tulip Tips for each end of each hearing aid. After running all over Kalamazoo and Portage, to numerous hearing aid centers/stores, and being told......they could not help me, but if we wanted to come in for tests or new hearing aids, we were directed to Beltone. Within minutes after walking in and explaining my dilemma to the associate at the front desk, she immediately took my hearing aid and came back out with the doctor who had already replaced the defective tip. In addition, to replacing the defective tip, he also gave me a bag with several extra tips in them, and would not take payment for anything. This speaks volumes of what an excellent place of business that Beltone is and has won over another customer for life. Safe, clean, great people. I can only hear from my right ear. I was born deaf in my left. Without my hearing aid, I cant hear anything so my hearing aids are very important to me. Thankfully, they can always get me in, even without an appointment, to get my hearing aid cleaned.
