I brought my sons ring in a couple years ago with a jade green stone, to b cut down an put into his ring as I lost the original stone,U quoted me $200.an when I got $100.pd U uped the price to $300.This was so wrong when U give a quote an then raise it up, thats wrong. Im sorry if U treat Ur customers this way,I have no idea if u even have the ring anymore.As I said its been couple years an this has discouraged me in coming back to U All.Im sadden to of had this experience with yas.To think Im out THE RING,THE STONE AN THE $100. BUCKS ALL 3,ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO MAKE THINGS RITE,U HAVE MY EMAIL

The owner, Leslie, is super helpful and friendly. We paid extra just because of her attentive, prompt, and courteous service. We made a big purchase to put windows in our new house and her communication was amazing. It was an excellent experience and we would use her services again! The windows installer who works with her is also incredibly friendly. Wished I had more money and projects to work with them again.
