Outstanding customer service by Andi. She went above and beyond to diagnose the issue with my furnace and get it fixed as soon as the part arrived. Repairman Karl also did a great job of efficiently solving the problem and explaining the work to me. 10/10 would recommend!

Very happy for all the work Pat did when he came out to change leaky valves and seats and seals on faucets and my toilets and a tub. He was very nice to deal with and explained what he was doing and he showed up earlier than expected because they knew I had to go into work today! My air conditioning wasnt working and they were able to tell me the problem over the phone. Took him 10 minutes to fix the problem. The repairman was incredibly nice and professional.

We have used Terrytown Plumbing for three different residences, and on a number of things, and they are exceptionally competent and skilled in everything we’ve asked them to do. I know when they do work for us that it will be done well and we won’t have to have them redo anything. The prices are reasonable and the gentlemen are all exactly that—gentlemen. I highly recommend them. They worked on a place of ours today which required work on putting in a vanity, checking out a sewer line, putting a sink system up to code, andpreparing an ancient line for a washing machine. Had a broken water line in the wall behind the shower. This company was quick to respond and the two gentlemen that came out were very efficient and personable. Very reasonable in cost. Would definitely call them again. This was for a cabin in the back woods about 30 mules out of Portage.

The Hot Surface Igniter went out on my furnace, and the temperature was dropping to 60 degrees. Terrytown Plumbing was the only business that would service my needs, and had a universal replacement in stock. Thank You for your dedication and response to the needs of the household. The furnace is back up and running again! ! Thanks Again!!

I called for two specific reasons. The good thing is they were able to come out in a reasonable time. The bad thing is, the guy left without doing either of them (first he got lost because he had my address wrong, and asked neighbors. There are only 3 houses on my road). I only got the two things partially fixed because I called him to ask if he was there, and hed left without doing any of it. I asked him to go back and do them, and two or three times for him to do what I told the woman whod answered the phone what the problems were. Well, they still werent done right. Now more problems. Not only that but the bill was exorbitant!!There are nothing but inept plumbers in Portage. Too bad my excellent plumber went elsewhere!!

Perfect service and reasonable rate for the installation of a gas cooktop.

Sent me a bill when they never even showed up and didnt do any kind of work whatsoever. They will ignore you calls no matter what you do and make excuses. Then hurt credit by sending this, for no reason, bill to collections.... STAY AWAY....YOU WERE WARNED!!

Called to have furnace and in-floor heating serviced after recent home purchase. Furnace was cleaned and filter changed, parts ordered. In floor heating was found to be damaged and parts were ordered. New parts arrived and were installed. In-floor heating was not cooperating but Karl with Terrytown made several trips back to my home to get the issue fixed, including working with the products manufacturer on troubleshooting. Now, system is operating as it should and I am pleased with the service and the product care. I will call them again for future needs.

Stay away from this company. Got a project assessed, they show up to break ground, tell me they “can’t,” and then send me bills for the work they didn’t do. If you try to get in touch with them, you only get a rude runaround. Again, stay away from this company.
