When I bought my new sectional from them in May 2019 I was over the moon. They sold me a 5 year protection plan, they said it covered anything top to bottom, side to side.WELL they lied.First it’s like pulling teeth to get help when something did go wrong. Believe me many things did. Now it November 2021 and I still trying to get things fixed.I’m now in the process of contacting The Better Business Bureau.Go somewhere else!!

I had a wonderful experience at Generations today. Everyone was friendly and Melissa was extremely helpful. I am happy with my choices and cant wait to have the furniture delivered. After the new furniture is in place I am sure I will be returning to Generations to fill in empty spots in my living room. The employees where very helpful in showing me what they had in stock didnt try to sell me something over my price range. I asked for a certain color and she showed me all of what they had in stock. I did find a couch I liked but didnt know if it was to tall for the wife and to my surprise she asked how tall she was and then she called another sales lady over that was the same height as wife to sit on couch so I could have a visual . Now to me that is service. I thanked them both and I did buy the set that day. So I know this is where I am going back for all my furniture needs no questions asked.

Needed more furniture in stock, most of the furniture we liked was on show room floor but not in stock,to long a wait for it to be ordered. Sales lady was extremely polite and helpful. Some furniture was over priced & cheaply made. Sorry, just being honest! RDL

Very helpful and located out by the movie theater. Selection was great and even have a marked down room in the back where they sell the staging props theyve used. Artificial flowers, rugs, some furniture, ect.

Bought our first new matress!

Everyone was very courteous and helpful, making our selection an easy choice. The prices are very reasonable best in town.

The bed I got my mom hear is a memory foam matress with adjustable baseboard. She loves it so much. She is disabled and she had been experiencing pains in her side her hips shoulders and knees. Since sleeping in that bed she hasnt grunted getting up one time after a full week. She thinks it solved some her health issues. Ask for CHARLENE! She was a great professional saleslady and and a very patient helpful person.

I bought some bedroom furniture from this business ,paid in full,got my bed frame and headboard and footboard ,after a month and a half,still have not got my chest of drawers the date is always moved further into next month,after I get the last item,I will never shop at this business and if anybody ask about them,I will refer them to some other furniture place.

They are ready to assist you as soon as you walk through the doors. I was able to find the mattress I was able to find a mattress I was looking for and it was hundreds less that other mattresses I looked at. Definitely worth the time to stop and look at their furniture! The owner himself assisted me with my mattress.

They dont even deserve 1 star! The $1900 worth of furniture we bought broke down 2 months after delivery. Now 1 year later, the furniture has broken down again and wont make repairs. They sell poorly made furniture at outrageous prices. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

On 6th week I called to see why no delivery the ladies that answered phone said we told you 3 to 8 weeks that was a lie when I told her I never heard 3 to 8 weeks she got snappy and said it’s on your paper work🤬now 8th week no call so I called and they don’t have all pieces they could deliver what they had and I could come get rest when it comes in this is last time I ever purchase anything from them 100 percent JOE HEFNERS!!!

I fell off my bed because it to tall and hurt my hand and stomach. Can I lower the bed. I am an elderly woman before buying a bedroom suite ask about the height before you buy a mattress because they will not volunteer any information when they were here delivering I commented on the bed being too high. Now I got to find out if can lower it.
