Worst service EVER!! Never use them!! Paid for 5 appliances plus delivery, scheduled delivery only to get a call the night before to say that the refrigerator was given to someone else, which was not true because it was on the truck. Refrigerator did not work!!!! Was told they would bring me another one in 4 days (I have no refrigerator!) The DAY of delivery I get an email that it is not going to be to them until the evening, so they will not bring it to me for another 5 days!! I am getting NO help from anyone in the local store and the corporate office refuses to help also!! I will never use them again and I will make sure everyone I know avoids them also.

*****DO NOT PURCHASE AT ROSEVILLE, MI LOCATIONWaited for a sofa set that was back ordered for 3 months and when it did arrive, it was the wrong color.Salesman tried to tell me that it only came in one color until I pulled the picture up on their website. He reordered and told me that it was on back order for several weeks which actually was 3 months and that the sofa in my home would be picked up when the new sofa was delivered. Also, he said that the furniture shouldn’t be used??!!When the delivery date arrived, the guy stated he couldn’t bring it into my house because it was damaged on the truck. After a week went by, I called salesperson regarding when another set would arrive and he stated that he was never notified about this and would have to reorder.When it finally arrived 2-3,weeks later it was damaged and although I requested that I wanted a new, undamaged set sent, I was referred to someone “supposedly” in headquarters because the store manager in Roseville, MI refused to.This person from headquarters, was so unenthusiastic about my concerns, stating that since the furniture was delivered in the home, it could not be returned?? Although I had furniture in my home for over 5 -6 that they picked up.Also, before the sofa arrived I ordered a refrigerator and stove only to receive a call that the refrigerator I ordered was damaged. When the stove and refrigerator arrived both were damaged in the back.The service person damaged my entertainment center base dragging it. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS BUSINESS.Their customer service is horrible and delivery people are extremely unprofessional and appear to be under the influence of illegal substances.My problem still has not been resolved.It was stated by their company that my only option was to have furniture repaired.The repair company is “texting” me asking if I can send pictures of my damages. This is a real joke

ABC Warehouse promised an appliance by March 31, promise broken. They made sure though to take monies out of an account for the undeliverable appliance. They dont send confirmation emails, or any notifications to inform you of any changes. Unacceptable behavior if you want to keep customers. If said appliance wasnt available it should have been removed from online purchasing. ABC Warehouse should wait until customer has product before extracting funds for payment.....shame on you. Then not only is the customer disadvantaged having to search for another appliance, but also has to wait for the funds to credited to the account. Does ABC Warehouse understand and realize that without satisfied customers there is no ABC Warehouse? Just a suggestion....customer service training and treat others like you would want to be treated. Unfortunately its too late for this customer. Anyone I come in contact with will know the unacceptable customer service attitude and urged not to shop ABC Warehouse..

In regards to the Dearborn location.On June 22, 2020 I went in to this store looking to price out and see if I could afford new appliances along with a new dryer that I absolutely had to purchase. As I entered noticed a ton of sales people milling about all without any masks to keep their customers safe. I headed over to the appliance section to look at the products I viewed online. I was approached by a man, Junaid “JR” Umer, who as I was explaining my situation cut me off and told me he’s got a great price. Followed the gentlemen to the counter and awaited this information, it was a great price, so I decided to move forward. I confirmed the final price was including taxes, delivery, etc. because who likes surprise additions to their bill. I also confirmed the delivery date multiple times to make certain of it because I’d be taking time off of work to be home floor the delivery. JR said it would be coming from two different factories and confirmed the date.Delivery day was fast approaching so the night before I made sure to unhook all my appliances so the delivery guys could get them out easily and not take too much of their time. They were fast and professional however, they only had half of my order (fridge, dryer) and the fridge was missing a set screw for the freezer handle. The delivery guys had no information on the rest of the order and said I’d have to contact the store but they’d be back with the screw for the freezer drawer. A couple hours went by and no one returned, so I called the store to talk about the missing appliances and the missing part to the ones that were delivered. I was told that I’d have to wait to speak to my sales associate because the store manager had no idea. The woman I spoke with also laughed and said that no one was coming back out, “and really a part like that, you should just go to a hardware store and get it”. But I thought I purchased whole appliances that I wouldn’t have to repair on day one?The following week I was able to finally speak to a district or regional manager, Rob, who seemed disappointed in my experience and genuine in wanting to resolve it. He was able to work with my schedule and set another delivery up for the remainder items and to have the missing part sent via mail while also refunding me $100 for my trouble. The second delivery never showed up during the time it was supposed to because the delivery guy, Matt, lied to his boss saying he called twice to attempt delivery and I declined...false. Through threatening disciplinary action Matt did finally come back up around 630/7 pm that evening with the items and get them in.A few days later the missing fridge parts came, wrong screw and an Allen wrench. So from my original purchase on 6/22/20 to today, 7/15/20, I still have not received everything I purchased.I will never shop with ABC Warehouse again and would never recommend this option to anyone. In retrospect I would have loved to pay a bit more to be respected by a sales associate and receive the items I purchased on the day that was committed and also in tact.

I would like to start our experience from the beginning. I am very blessed to have my wonderful parents still here. I get the awesome gift of helping them with certain daily things. That being said, they are 86 and 84 years young and have some real pains. I wanted to help get them, more restful nights, we starting bed shopping. They wanted immediate action. Needless to say, we started elsewhere but ended up at ABC warehouse. We called and was greeted by a man named Paul P . He seemed nice enough. He was helpful. He was promising (a bit too much) Our goal was to find a suitable bed, and the fastest delivery. So far so good. Paul was very promising. Checking his computer, and told us we would have next day delivery. We left the store. Talking it over for a few minutes, we returned to the store and told Paul we are going to take the bed and next day delivery. Bless my mothers heart she was really just filled with excitement and my father was happy, knowing how happy ABC just made his love. Personally, I was very happy for them both and it was great seeing their Happy. Fast forward to early this morning, walking in their house, looking at my father so upset, and slightly shaken, was most upsetting to me. My mother was just as upset, about in tears. This was heartbreaking. What could have happened? Well, Paul P called to tell them they would not be delivering today. That their delivery would not be until next wed. WHAT? This is the good part. I could go on about Paul P. Instead, I want to focus on the end result. The good. I was upset and decided to let the corporate office hear how we felt. I called and spoke with Katie ( I hope I spell her name correct) She was very polite and kind. Helpful. She heard me and took all of my information and told me that she was going to call Joe the regional manager. That I will hear from Joe soon.She sure was right. Joe was EXCEPTIONAL. He listened to me. He worked out the problem with me. He offered a few ideas. Then he asked can I call you right back? Of course you can I said. A few minutes pasted and he called with the solution. He called and arranged for a very nice young man Greg (who also works for ABC in a different department) to come to deliver to us. ALL in ALL a shout out to Katie, Greg and ESPECIALLY JOE. You all rock and it is people like you, that are willing to go the extra mile, to make your customer happy. That makes for a good experience and return customers. Purchased a refrigerator three weeks ago first delivery attempt the driver said the refrigerator wouldnt fit threw my door went back to the store remeasured the refrigerator and found out that it would fit rescheduled the delivery for the next week same drivers came back out this time with a horrible attitude never attempted to even try to fit the refrigerator threw the door the guy just looked at the door and walked away and said it want fit how does abc warehouse keep someone like this guy on the payroll should have been fired

My husband went to pay our layaway off and set up a appointment for delivery of our stove. Oh its not in stock they will call you. So I called today and he talked down to me because I had a layaway. Until I mentioned I didnt like his attitude. Was only trying to find out when they would be back in stock. So I can get my stove. Very disappointed in tone my husband and I got on more than two occasions. This was the Chesterfield store!!

Buyer beware! This is not the ABC Warehouse it used to be.They were more than willing to take our money, but when their delivery service dented our new fridge it was a different story. Customer service came to a halt. Phone calls and lies....The salesman actually wanted me to use the manufacturers warranty to replace the doors. We had to wait two weeks for them to pick up the damaged fridge , all the while not using it because they would not take it back if we got it dirty! They offererd 160 off to keep it , but the damage was mainly on the front and pretty scarred up. Plus, this was not the model ordered in the first place. We will never shop there again. Corporate offices did not respond to calls.

**No Stars**Dearborn ABC Warehouse Manager has the worst customer service skills possible! I called the store inquiring about a TV. When I arrived at the store to purchase the TV. No one would honor what was told to me. The salesperson admitted to telling me the price, model and size of the TV. I then asked for Corps # and the Mgr took the number back from me and said the Regional Mgr was on a medical and to get out of his store. GET OUT NOW!! I will be writing a detailed letter.

In Regards to the Canton Store.We just purchased almost 6,000.00 worth of appliances and furniture from this store. At first Larry and Ryan the store Manager were great. Ever since they got our money we can not get ahold of either of them. We have left nemerous messages for both of them and no calls back. I have texted Ryan who is the store Manager atleast 20 times and no replies since the items have been delivered. All of of furniture that was delivered came damaged, I sent photos to them to have them replaced, and have not heard a thing back. We were promised 2 king size pillows because we were such great customers.. Ha ha well we didnt get those. The customer service is HORRIBLE! And for the store Manager to not respond to your calls or Texts is even worse. Thats a horrible Manager. Spend the extra 20.00 and go to Best Buy where the customer service is way better. I am tempted to Return everything I bought their and give my 6k to someone who takes care of their customers!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Went to their canton store and the sales rep tells me they were instructed not to sell to me at all. Says I have returned too many things. I return a TV they sold me broke and canceled a few orders. Oh and spent about 3k plus at their stores. Amazing the manager himself was just as rude and told me he would rather not see me ever come back. The regional manager that called was extremely nice and professional.

I brought a freezer with a warranty the repairman said he couldnt fix it i called the Livonia location the guy was very rude and short with me I called the Southfield location they picked the phone up and hung up i called a second time they just didnt answer so I called the Farmington Hills location once again rushed off the phone half answered questions i cant believe this company has no good employees with proper phone etiquette

Bought a 24 inch TV woth DVD. Paix cash for item , was told not in stock. Asked salesperson for the floor model, was told not store policy. Asked to when model would be available for pickup, was told next shipment was due following Tuesday. Went the following Wednesday and was again not in stock, again was told they would get their delivery Friday from Dearborn and be available Tuesday. Called today and still my merchandise has not arrived.Was again told it will be available on Tuesday the 22nd! Why can this not be recognized as a total collapse on Service.

A great, family owned, Michigan company! They definitely have the best prices on appliances, televisions, furniture, bedding, home audio, and car audio. The best part is that when you spend your money at ABC Warehouse it goes to employees who live and work in your local community. That means the money you spend with ABC Warehouse will be put directly back into your local Michigan community. An awesome company and great Michigan owned business!

How do you give a -5 stars?? We spent almost 3500.00 on a stove, washer, dryer, couch and mattress set. We have a service repair order in for the mattress already and its only 3 yrs old. Over an 1 1/2 sag in the middle. Its been over a month and we still havent heard from these people. I will NEVER buy here again. Wal Mart has better merchandise and it lasts longer.

If I had the option to put zero stars I would because they dont even deserve the one star i have given them. I have had the worst experience with the Dearborn location and the corporate office. All managers including the corporate manager and the head of the corporation were very rude and definently unprofessional. From the Dearborn location to the head corporate, they are not very good at keeping their promises. I have been lied to several times resulting in several inconveniences. No one seems to care about customer satisfaction. I was accused of being dishonest though I sent video proof to the head corporate of the problem that i had encountered. I do not appreciate being accused of lieing. All I want is what I was promised. I am a customer. I shouldnt have to provide proof of what I was promised. Just know what ur telling the upset customer and keep ur promise. Its ur job as the head corporate leader to remember your own words.

The lima store is the worst for customer service. We were in there yesterday to purchase a dishwasher and microwave but couldnt get anyone to help us. One salesman was playing on his phone. He looked at us and continued playing on his phone. There were 3 salesmen at the counter but only one was ringing up a customer. There were 3 of us customers waiting to get a salesman to help us. How this store stays open I dont know! Poor management and customer service!We drove 65 miles to the Ft Wayne Indiana store because we always get excellent service! This store is the best.

I thought I would share a Horrible experience at the ABC Warehouse in Sandusky, OHIO,I went to the store looking for a 65 Inch 4K to replace my LG TV that lost video,They had serval on display,although none were hooked to cable,I told the sale person I wanted a TV with A 5 star rating,he replayed this LG 65 8000 was a 4 and a half ratings.I trusted his remmendation ,simply because I had purchased many other items at that location.Long story short it was not a 4 star rating and the picture was unacceptable,I called the sales person back and told him I was not happy,he replied he had been fired and to talk to Rich Boggs, so I called him ,he was very rude and said he would help me finally,but it was going to cost his store money,So I made a appointment to resolve the problem this morning,As I arrived at the store he was very cold and combative with me.He told me they don’t look at ratings,I told him I had made it very clear to the sales guy what I was shopping for.We argued ,( which I thought was very unprofessional)I suggested a partial refund,He gave me a $200.refund and was very nasty,at one point he told me to call the fired employee to get a answer on why this happened.I will not never enter that store again.The manager clearly needs some training.Signed by a Vietnam Army Veteran.

They love to tell tails and pass the buck that is for sure! I spent 4200 on a stove I order from them on September 27th it took them 22 days to receive it just to be the wrong one and they still have not picked up the stove from my house which they were supposed to pick up on October 20th when I called and ask why they didnt come they told me they moved the date pick up date again for Tues, duh arent you supposed to call the costumer and in form them of this switch. And to top all this off I was offer a $25 gift from there store mind you I STILL HAVE NO STOVE and no real answers from them every single person has given me the run around! Refund my cash now please all done with the drama from your Flint location! And I spent cash no credit cards and altogether that day I spent 6300 cash. So please I want cash back! Omg now that you have to come get your stove back your going to charge me a restocking fee because it is the wrong stove I will be contacting my lawyer today I posted this 2 weeks ago with no resolution to this problem and I even agreed to pay the installation guy myself! Total unacceptable and unprofessional of your company!

This used to be my favorite place to shop for appliances but now I really hate it because of their sales rep.. They would call me repeatedly nagging me to purchase a extended warranty when I continue to tell them Im not interested.
