I received a phone call because the arrangement I ordered uses peonies and that particular flower was not available. The floral shop offered to replace them with roses. My friend received her arrangement and I have to say for a first time user I was pleasantly surprised. The process went smoothly and the arrangement was stunning. It was an uplifting breath of spring for all your senses!Thank you!

Katherine was very helpful & gave great suggestions and my sister absolutely loved her birthday vase arrangement. Called from Montana for a floral arrangement for a friend in New Jersey. Gladys was super sweet and patient on the phone, lovely to work with. She sent me a photo of the bouquet she put together and it was stunning. I highly recommend this florist.

Absolutely terrible,I understand we are in a pandemic, but there was no excuse for the flowers to be dead on arrival.They came in a BOX, CRUSHED, they not only charged me an extra 30$ for the no contact delivery But these flowers were terrible. I wish I could post a picture. The sunfowers pedals are falling off, I WILL be calling soon for a refund. This was like setting 70$ on fire.

I wanted to talk to a real live person in a floral shop who is friendly and loves her work. I called this florist. I am out of state and the cheerful woman who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. She went several times to see what she had in the shop to answer my questions, and she was not rushing to get on to something else. She told me that they would deliver my order later that day. However, the beautiful plant was delivered before noon, and it made my sick friend so very happy. I am very happy with this really nice hometown service.

Fantastic service even during busy times. Website is very well maintained, store itself is very inviting. I called and placed an order for 2 bouquets and within an hour i was able to pick them up. This is going to be my go to place for flowers.

Have sent arrangements from your shop 3 times in the past few months. Each bouquet was artfully arranged, and the flowers used were very fresh. Delivery is also prompt. The shop is a real treasure!

I live in Texas and my parents still live in NJ. Its mothers day and the flowers I initially ordered from one of those 1-800 numbers places were not going to make it even after they were guaranteed. I called three other local Florists in the wayne area and no one wanted to help me get flowers to my mom on mothers day. I called Pompton Lakes Florist and spoke with Melissa. She was so empathetic and willing to help. I mean I know she was super busy being mothers day and all, but she took her time with me and assured me that she would get my mother flowers today. I am so grateful that there are still people like Melissa that care enough to help someone she doesnt even know, in a different state no less, on one of the busiest flower-delivery days of the year. The new owners are very nice and I was pleasantly surprise that the flowers stayed fresh and lovely through Sunday, the 26th of February. (We still have 5 of the dozen that are still viable)Absolutely amazing to have the flowers last so long.
