HUGE shoutout to IRIS!!! My mom and I went last night last minute shopping along with many other people. Iris was the only employee to be found on the sales floor. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect costumes. Keep in mind she was attending everyone else and running back and forth for costumes. Thank you IRIS you have a wonderful spirit. 🎃
We went in and after shopping around, Michael was at the register and checked us out. I am so pleasantly surprised by his amazing attitude. His personality was a breathe of fresh air(even under the mask). We did a balloon order and he helped us by making us feel like we were the only one in the store. His awesome personality made us feel so welcome. I didnt notice that the line formed up a little as we confirmed our order and details. Thank you Michael for helping make my life easier and more pleasant.
In the midst of graduation season the line was decently long, but the employees worked quickly and were very helpful and polite.If possible, I would highly recommend pre-ordering balloons because as a walk in I had to wait 15-20 minuets since the customers ahead of me had a large order.
They dont sell baseball cards any longer anyhow do you need a balloon Party City is a place to go.
They have a system in place....sanitizers, social distancing. I came in at 3:00 p.m. Seems everyone was purchasing balloons. Long line, but line went smoothly. Awesome cashiers!

Why customers have to hear about the lack of team support this location is dealing with on a busy Sunday.I waited on the right spot to pick up some balloons that I paid earlier that day, I saw them ready next to the counter. 2 employees were helping new customers to fill balloons they just paid and didnt wait.. while I was standing there waiting for my order.. after a while I had to interrupt the very interesting conversation about color matching and ask about my order and mention that they were supposed to make line after myself.. the employee didnt care.

The worst ever!! Placed an order online for balloons and chose to do contactless delivery but that didnt happen. Pick up time was 11:00, I got to the store about five minutes early and called, no answer. I calles a different number, busy. So I called the first number again and still no answer. Let it go through the ringing/phone message a few times before going in the store. Once in the store, complete chaos and no organization. I stood the very long line for balloon orders, meanwhile listening to the phone ring, probably because other customers were calling to try to pick up their contactless orders also. My pick up time was 11:00 and was contactless but instead not only did I have to go in the store but I ended waiting 36 minutes to get my order. And it cant even be blamed in social distancing because there is none of that going on here. After standing in line for 36 minutes, I get told that theres another line for contactless pickup orders and those people are still waiting. This was an absolute waste of my time and I will never use this party city again!!! And then when I requested a refund I was told that I would have to wait for them to cancel the order and to just take down my order number which was unacceptable. So they actually wanted me to leave the store and wait for my refund but I put a stop to that and demanded my refund before I left the store seeing as though I was highly inconvenienced.
One stop shop for any type of party. You can find some better deals around but if you are in a rush or like going to one place this store is it. Lots of balloons to choose from, themed parties and Halloween goodies. Very helpful staff
Lots of variety for parties. I found stuffed bunnies for the baskets. I enjoy coming here. The only suggestion I have is to have more cashiers open. There is always one cashier and the lines get long pretty quickly.

This is my local Party City. I shopped here for performance costumes and for Halloween. Big shout out to Daryl. Hes always on top of his game and his customer service and appreciation is off the charts. He makes it a good time every time I shop here.The only reason I took a star away, is because the costume sizes skip a size 7, and that happens to be the size I need. 4-6 is way too small, and 8-10 is way too big. I will keep shopping here for sure.

Had a great experience today, since its the graduating time for almost every school. They have balloons up and ready to just grab and pay. Employee on the front was very nice and polite.

I understand coming in at the last 30mins of closing is inconvenient for staff. (I remember retail) This however shouldn’t change the fact that you don’t converse about your customers in front of other customers. Especially when you’re complaining about them. The associate assisting me was -helpful during her conversation just unprofessional.
Mostly overpriced stock that looks cheap, and a bit overpriced. Not much variety nor very knowledgable staff.
Its easier to order or call ahead for certain party favors

Ok...gezzus so the story Is too long but heres the short version, customer service training for management needs improving if they want me to ever shop there again, until then Ill buy the same stuff for half the price online

The staff has always been great at giving me ideas for my kids parties. The size of the store now is amazing.
I visited to get my gf ans myself halloween costumes, they actually had a large variety of costumes cheap and expensive, a little on the expensive side (but still less than halloween popup stores) and also pretty much dirty due to the amount of clients and the lack of staffing. Probably avoid the hassle and just buy online...

Today I went to order some bollons for my daughters party their was three employees there, the one on the register looks to me like the manager. I requested help on the bollon area and thge lady on the register looked at me very upset. I was a bit upset myself because my daughter and I waited like five minutes to be notice. I ask her is she was mad and she said Im sick like it is my problem. Custumer service, priority number one. This is the first time that we are treated this way..
They charged my credit card twice! And, the staff, which included the cashier assisting me, were having inappropriate conversation... to make matters worse, when I called-in to dispute and address the issue, I was placed on hold and no-one ever returned. I had to call back to find out that the manager forgot I was on hold.Theyll never get my business again!
Party City is my go-to for anything decorations costumes. Love just going to see the stuff that they have with the family
Disappointed. Online said all balloons were available. In store alot were low stock or not available. Need to update online inventory.

The cashiers were really rude. One of them was giving me a nasty stare..and the customer service here is really bad...they were rude and having inapropiate conversations...i asked one if the girls a question and she completely ignored me.......some of the girls were helpfull but still i am a Customer and i shouldnt have to deal with their crap!!!!!!!!😡😡😡
This must be where the pros shop cuz they have everything one can imagine. First time in a store like this and ...well i just had no idea these specialized items were available to the average joe Jeg skal like this will only for the weak part I was in shock and awe!

Customer service was horrible. Aside from the fact that its fall break from schools and they only have 2 employees working with a ton of people in the store...store is a hot mess right now and employees werent friendly at all with their Straight annoyed faces and ugly attitude.
Nice employee at the register how ever AC turned off or not working and the store was very warm. Unpleasant environment.

Horrible. Stood in line for 20 minutes trying to buy a few helium balloons for my kids birthday, only to be told it would be another 20 minutes . . . to get helium. What? How long does it take to squirt some gas in a balloon? People behind were grumbling too. Didnt matter, the cashier couldnt figure how to run my card correctly (theres nothing wrong with my card). After four swipes, I walked out in frustration, with no balloons. Have a party coming up? Just order your supplies from Amazon or other reputable outlet. The party is over; Im never, ever going back to any Party City. A lot of tacky commercial junk that you dont need in any case. This store is a time-wasting joke.
Went to return 3 items with a receipt which was a debit card purchase my wife made for $19 and they couldnt do a cash refund. I had no card on me other than my PayPal card which they processed the transaction with and didnt have access to the money until 4 days later. Stupid store policy.
