Zero stars! Terrible company. Not professional at all. So far all of the plants except the box wood have died. Mike came out and was very professional and actually showed up to the estimate meeting. So I decided to move forward with what I thought we agreed on. The estimate I was sent looked good . I was so excited to finally get some landscaping done. Then it all went south. The guys who came out were laborers not landscapers. Planted almost everything in wrong spot. They were supposed to remove rock so I could have a walkway installed and they didn’t even remove all the rock as seen in pic . They complained the whole time of having to do rock again this week. Bothered my neighbors in the middle of job, which I heard about . They even moved and played my basketball hoop and left in yard when done before completing the job. I get it they wanna take a break or even after done , sure go ahead and play but maybe Ask first and put things back where you found them. What rock they did move they just put in front of pole barn not where I had asked on my invoice. My husband even tried to tell them they were planting wrong. They didn’t listen. Then I get the bill. The new invoice after I complained has the places they planted not the one I signed where it talked about what me and miike originally said. I could pull the old invoice anymore . Strange. I called them out and refused to pay for work that wasn’t right. They never came back out to look at the bad job or fix. This was 3 months ago and I’m just now getting the updated bill to pay for only plants. We have since moved and unplanted and replanted everything ourselves. Would never in my right mind use this company again. My boss is big in the Plainfield community and I have let him know and showed him pictures so he will be spreading the word about this company also. To anyone who has gotten great service from them that’s great cause I’m not sure how! This has been the worst experience using a landscape company. I used to work for a landscaping company in Florida and this is craziness how they work. I’m paying only for plants that have now died . Lesson Learned!!
We had Integrity out a few weeks ago and had issues from the get go it seems. We are just getting out to do the first mowing of the yard due to a patio install as well and we really got down to look over everything since I was tending to some flowers. We know we were likely one of their smaller jobs but that doesnt mean we shouldnt have received the same customer service as everyone else. We entrusted this to them and had to call them back out due to the mess they left (mulch and rocks in thr yard as well as piles of debris left everywhere). They also didnt finish a few things nor do a good job on a few things as well. So since being out in the mulch and rock beds today, they did NOT put down weed barrier everywhere as the contract stated. In fact there was only 1 or 2 spots it looks like they MAY have put it down. Now we have weeds growing where the barrier didnt go. Plus some of the plants they had to come back to fix from the first issue still werent pulled all the way out. The edging that was supposed to be done as natural edging still isnt done right. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends. Very disappointing since we spent so much money on this job!

Came to complete job in a timely manner and for fair price. However, upon picking up our old landscaping rock they blew a bunch of rock that their equipment did not pick up into our yard. Now my husband has to rake the yard to get the rock out to avoid damaging our lawn mower and the rock killing our grass.
Integrity outdoor solutions, LLC provided a superior service to our home. The guys there looked professional throughout their duty and stand out above the crowd. I highly recommend using them for any of your outdoor needs.
