Cleaned and checked my hearing aids quickly. Made a minor adjustment to the program for telephone. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Haley Wright has been a gift in so many ways- always patient and helping me navigate the program for my new hearing aids and teaching me a little at a time so I’m not overwhelmed. Helps me understand what is being adjusted and why. Such a kind woman. Diane, reception is always sweet and kind and keeps me engaged when I check in early and makes me feel welcome. I love all the care and support and safety precautions in place. My exam was very thorough. I was given information on the condition of my hearing and allowed to try out hearing aid to demonstrate how my hearing would be improved.with them. There was information given without pressure to purchase. Im very satisfied.

As a young adult needing hearing aids, the process can be quite daunting. Fortunately, with a short phone chat, then followed up by my initial appointment, my nerves settled. I’m very impressed with Luz and her staff. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She understands my concerns as questions, and does her very best to accommodate me. The devices I bought are awesome, however, the experience I’m going through is nothing short of amazing. 5 stars plus.
