My mom Gloria just left your store. I just called her to see if she was able to get new phones and service for her and my dad. She was so happy with the young man that helped her get it all done. She was late getting there and was there about 5pm -730 because she needed help getting the new phones set up. She and I really appreciated the patience and kindness he showed her. I highly recommend this place.Thank you againAndrea

Okay so if this review was solely based on Lewis it would be five stars for sure he was great friendly super helpful and has always seemed eager to help with any problem Ive had unfortunately it isnt just about the one staff member so this is what I will say I dont know the ladys name that I spoke to but she was not someone you would want to run into when purchasing something she was not friendly and seemed annoyed the entire time I spoke with her I had went in there to get a screen protector put on my phone and it turned out she didnt even put it on correctly there were air bubbles all in the top of my phone which eventually led to my screen shattering when I dropped it from about 12 in from the floor not a good experience however I have been on metro for 4 years and I like the service the particular store I went to I was just not satisfied with the manager Im pretty sure as what she was and this has been my experience all three times Ive had to come in contact with her from now on I will be directly asking for Lewis if I go to the store at all

My wife and I added a line to our account and was supposed to receive amazon prime for free but never sent the link to active the service but when we called to inquire about the issue the lady said we had to come in the store so they can charge a $15 service fee to walk us through it and all we needed was the link and when she finally sent the link she sent a higher service which added $20 to our account and wed told her thats not right . She said she added a coupon and metro doesnt know how to add properly. So when does adding a coupon add $25 to a bill??? The lady was rude and acted like things was our fault and we was doing it wrong. She needs better training.

I am very disappointed in the Customer Service at Metro by T-Mobile. When a place of business, of any kind, makes a mistake or there is a mixed up directly caused by said place of business. They should make it a priority to fix the issue on their dime. Unfortunately, all employees, including upper management here at this location have continued to pass the buck. The issue has still not been resolved and Ive been now told after 5 weeks of story after story and excuse after excuse that they wont be doing anything to make it right. Very Very disappointed.

Please check your service area when I got out there and they said I was covered when I got home they said from customer service by calling them they said I would have poor service on my front porch inadequate service in my house I would have to drive 5 miles to make a phone call but the customer service agent said oh yes were fine you should have no problems within 2 hours are returned back to the store receive my money back and went back to Verizon the coverage is very shity should we be careful if you live in a rural area cuz you have no coverage
