This is my only favorite AT&T Store! Maurice is the BEST rep!!!! I always look for him and try to wait for him. He is fast/efficient! We are in and out. Never have to wait or take all day like other locations. He ALWAYS tells us about the deals and the best way to manage our account, save money and choose the right options for us. He is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything Maurice!

Very slow service, waited over 30mins just to be seen. Customer service is also poor. Employees were rude and the one helping me had an ear bud in for our conversation and actually stopped what he was doing two times to take out his phone and change the song he was listening to.

I spent two days on the phone with at&t customer service trying to de combine my bill but had no luck. I was frustrated and ready to drop their service. Then I came into this store and was assisted by Josh. He was very helpful! It took him 2 days but he was able to de combine my bill so I could move forward with purchasing a new phone. I really appreciate the time he took to help resolve my problem.

Transfer over to their network...but lack any color options for phones.Only basic black.Their people forced me to a new phone.When I had a Samsung 20fe.To Samsung 21.I asked for a blue one and they said I could have use the phone I had after they transferred it to a basic black phoneIk the S21 is better but, that wasnt the point for me. It was more sentimental.As of now not happy with the service.Couldnt just order a s21 ultra blue model.Bet if any actor athlete or the president went there I bet the manager would do so.

Purchase a power cord for my phone. They didnt have the replacement screen protection for my phone.. My is cracked!Call the company they dont have it anymore my phone is over 2yrs old. How wonderful for them.. I paid for something I cant get because the company put a time frame on what phones they would still make the protection for. If I had an iPhone they seem to cater to all of their needs.👎 Mr. Maurice was very nice and helpful, as much as he could be... Thank you.👍

My husband & I recently came in and had a wonderful young man assist us in trading in & upgrading our phones . He was very pleasant , helpful and patient. Thanks Josh . I went back to give proof of AARP to get a discount on monthly Bill. I was helped by Eddie , who was very thoughtful and helpful and kind . Nice to have 2 employees that I don’t actually mind giving out reviews. With how crazy this year has been , nice to have kind people out there assisting us .

While trying to set up internet for myself and dealing with unexpected cancelations, disinterested phone support and just a lot of frustration, I called this store. The service I received was nothing short of phenomenal. One of their reps, Jessica showed a determination to fix my problem that you usually just dont see anymore. She single handedly saved the day for me and I couldnt be more grateful. Great store!

Had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional employee by the name of Eddie today. Eddie truly understands providing an excellent customer experience and his high energy and positive personality was refreshing. Personally coming from 25 plus years of executive specialty retail management, Eddie is the type of employee I would have tried recruiting in the past. Two thumbs up and definitely 5 stars for Eddie. Came in to the store for a new iPhone and was greeted by Josh . He explained all my options and even went over my current plan in detail. I was switched to a much better plan that actually cost less. Robert, manager of the store was excellent and also very helpful.

Matt & Josh were AMAZING!! I had called to replace my case and was getting ready to leave. Matt saw me sitting in my car and came out to ask if I needed any help. First thing walking into this AT&T I was pleasantly surprised about how cleanly and organized the store was. Especially in this time with COVID-19 being an issue, the clean store and hand sanitizer at every table was much appreciated. I was helped right away and asked to speak to the manager about an 6-month ongoing issue dealing with international charges. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this issue myself via the customer service number with no luck. The manager, Robert, was more than happy to help, and took hours out of his day to ensure this issue was finally resolved. This may be the best customer service I have ever received! Robert went above and beyond to help me while also continuing to service other customers. He genuinely cares about the brand & reputation of AT&T. Seriously what an amazing worker all around, this guy needs a raise!!

But here they assisted me for over a hour with my business account got all they equipment I needed. I had a AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Useless visit when the store guy cannot activate a sim card. I had to call att customer service in front of him to do so. Then he literally abandoned me. Worst store ever.

Maurice was very accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. I have been with AT&T for at least 15 years. Never had a issue with service or quality. Maurice talked to us about our options in phones and plans. He helped us in picking out phones and a plan for my family within our budget. I would recommend AT&T to family and friends, in fact some of my family members are with AT&T.

Took my friend over to replace her SIM card and finalize a new phone set up. We worked with Maurice who was AWESOME! Professional, patient, and really helpful. Definitely would return to this location after such a positive service experience from Maurice and fellow staff.

Almost cancelled my service with AT&T. Marcus who is the store manager, was able to restore my faith and trust. Today was a real reminder, that it is the employees that make the difference in a company, not the company itself. This is an awesome AT&T store. The technicians here are great. Amanda assisted me resolving issues with syncing my watch and phone and setting up the number sync feature.

We have been going to this AT&T store since it opened years ago. The staff there is ALWAYS helpful and informative. In particular Tiffany, the manager and Michelle, an associate really know their products and programs, and share the information in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended!

I want to leave a huge shout out for the entire crew starting with Markus to Amanda. Their is also Eddie, Josh and Alonso. I have been in unique situations with these guys quite often, but they always make sure my business and family are taken care of on all ends. This includes cable, phone(s), internet, tablets, and even drones(a short little fling I got caught up in😂). Don’t ever hesitate to bring any situation to them. This store will get it done. Sometimes with money, sometimes with out. Will be with them til I retire.

You need a cashier at this store. Maybe they ring customers and sign people in. So many people showed up and waited and walked out. A few customers that just were buying a case & power cord walked out from waiting. I just wanted to pick up my phone that I bought from att online and chose to pick up at the store. I guess I know now to ship it since it wasted an hour of my day to wait to just pick it up. And you need a kiosk so guests walking in can “sign-in” to get help. And maybe manage that better to ask customers if they need tech support or just a cashier to speed things up.

Despite being directed here online, they told me they cant take my payment with a check. I dont understand why theyd make paying a bill so difficult. The online information is wrong.

Its been a while since I have bought a phone in store. But, I came in today a little in a rush b/c of a flight I had later on in the day. I just wanted to pay the ~$1000 for an iphone and leave I was second in line, but after a 30 min wait decided to leave. As a walk in i understand I may be subject to a wait time but I feel there should be some alternate procedure for people who dont need to talk about plans and just want to pick up a phone/case and go. Will buy the phone online dont come here as a walk -in.

Scammy, predatory business! I cannot believe how horribly I got screwed over by this place!!! I was going to buy an unlocked refurbished phone online but went in to find out what a new phone for me and my mom would cost on a payment plan. I told the guy we spoke with what we were looking for and that it had to be unlocked.A month later we get the bill and it is $200 over what they quoted us! We call customer service and complain for an hour and finally get the charges reversed. Next month, $100 over what they said! Same story, I call and complain, eventually get charges reversed. Been ok since then.Now I’m in Thailand and just found out that my phone is locked and they want $500 to unlock it!!!This place is the biggest scam and as soon as I pay off these phones I was tricked into buying, I’m leaving AT&T for good!EDIT: and now I find out that my phone’s IMEI is reported lost/stolen... did they give me a stolen phone?! What kind of scam are they running here?!?!

We went into the store to buy a new apple phone the day it came out. Also, wanted to change our tablet to an iPad and to get the new watch too. we are always looking for the newest technology. Left the store with a phone, ipad pro 2nd gen, a pencil for the iPad, and cases for everything. Was told all of this was the newest and nothing was coming out.Then we find out today that a new iPad will be released at the end of Oct. We call the store and were told that because we are3 days late on the return policy that it’s too bad, nothing we can do. 3 DAYS!!!! That is really bad customer service. I am sure that if you wanted to keep business in your store you could have done something. If I could have given “0” stars I would have.

Friendly staff at first but thats the only postive we had at this store. A bit slow on looking up the account details for us. Looking to upgrade but quickly realized that going through a chain store is a ripoff. After that was out of the window, the salesperson proceeded to advertise us internet and tv. Seen this twice at this chain location. Definitely pushy, try to avoid.

I have been going to this location for years for my AT&T phone.They do a good job and try to accommodate your needs.

Not helpful at all. Went in for a return covered under the warranty, they made us wait 2 hours for them to do nothing and then gave us a wrong phone number to call saying that number would resolve it. Once in contact with AT&T customer service over the phone, they told us that all the information they needed for a warranty return should of been collected in store, but they never even asked to see my phone. Terribly managed.
