Update : 8/7Was back in the area on business and stopped by. Wow. Loaded up. Weller Antique 107, EH Taylor Barrel Proof and EH Taylor Single Barrel. There were more I wanted but I busted my budget on those three. BTW - his prices are fair not like some shops that severely mark up bottles well over retail. Very happy I found the Pit Stop Spirit Shop and hope I have many opportunities to visit in the futureOriginal Review : 6/7Hidden gem. On business travel in CT I made a pit stop into the Pit Stop Spirit Shop and was happy that I did. Great selection of bourbon - I saw many hard to find bottles on the shelf, including Blantons, Weller, EH Taylor Single Barrel and Henry McKenna. Owner was knowledgeable and very helpful. Well worth the stop.

Enormous selection of bourbon and beer. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to always go the extra step, whether its ordering a particular wine from the other location or jumping online to research what youre looking for. The employees give the same customer service one could expect from an owner.

Anytime Ive been here they are helpful polite and priced decently. Theres a wide range and variety of alcohol here for your shin dig. If your driving route twelve in Plainfield and need a nip beer wine or like to make mixed drinks, stop here.
