The people that work there are wonderful!! They know what you are talking about, even when you are not sure sometimes what that thing is your husband sent you to get. Helpful, kind,smiling nice group they know thier stuff.

Mike Vandi and his crew are the best in the business. It’s no wonder all the professional repair shops call them first and you see so many quality NAPA AutoCare centers around. The only one star review I see here comes from a self admitted employee of a direct competitor who shouldn’t give derogatory opinions about something she clearly has conflict with. She definitely should back off the nasty rhetoric seeing as she very likely has never done business as a customer there and is therefore unqualified or capable of giving an unbiased opinion.

Extremely ignorant. They only help the people they know. As an employee for Advance Auto Parts, I know how you’re supposed to treat people... and this is NOT HOW. Every single employee gave us attitude and didn’t help us AT ALL. If they didn’t mix paint, we wouldn’t have came.
