You guys did a good job! you put a smile on my face when I saw my car fixed, looks like new! My car also had a big paint dent on the right side fender which insurance didn’t cover it. But the guys from Crash Champions Collision fix it for me for free. They deserve a huge thumbs up! Also thank you Luis for your help!

Our vehicle was vandalized. They didnt bolt the panels back to the vehicle. They replaced a tire on the vehicle that is 4-matic, didnt balance or align it. The adhesive that was poured on the car wasnt addressed. They took forever to do what little was done. The vehicle had a ceramic coating on it, which was originally acknowledged then after we complained about the delays, they stated they didnt remember having the conversation. The accessories on my rims are coated with red that was scraped off either by tools used to remove on when they replaced them back on. I could go on but this is enough. I chose them because of their ratings so wanted to provide my experience so no one else has to endure the nonsense. Vehicle was in the shop from June to August and its not even close to being satisfactory. Oh they acknowledged several times that they drove it while they still had the slashed flat tire on the vehicle to verify if they should outsource it for any tank contamination.

They replaced a lift gate on my car. Everything is crooked and gapped more on one side than the other. The door doesnt latch properly sometimes now. Im expecting water damage due to all the gaps. The glass in the lift gate is crooked and has a huge gap in one side. You can look in and see the window adhesive. The bumper they replaced doesnt match my original one and the rest of my gray trim. It is now black and they tried to tell me my trim is sun faded. Nope it was always gray and I have pictures to prove it. The back up sensors in my bumper do not work properly. I almost hit my dog finding that out. They put different parts on my car than the ones on the estimate. They didnt replace a part that was on the estimate to be replaced. On the final bill they just skipped that line. Before they started work on my car they agreed to give me my parts backand I only got some. I did receive a couple spliced wiring harnesses that they couldnt verify were my original or from the replacement lift gate and bumper. Im now having other electrical issues that never existed before they touched my vehicle. They had it for 2 days longer than they were suppose to then denied me from seeing my own vehicle.They assured me they sent my car out for an alignment but never provided proof even when ask to well before hand. Then an invoice was created 5 days after the work was supposedly done. I can go on and on. Absolutely horrible

My car was in wreck, they repaired and put it together like it was never in an accident, fit and finish just like brand new everything aligned, couldnt tell where the new and old paint meet, and they provide lifetime warranty on the workmanship. They did update me on the progress so its a plus. Will recommend this body shop to anyone. BTW, the rims are different because Ive already installed my winter tires but they did replace this one rim with a brand new one.

This was my second repair at Crash Champions. Both of my experiences has been great! I was treated professionally and respectfully both times and have been pleased with the repairs. My car was restored back to new condition! Highly recommend!

My car was repaired by crash champion due to a rear end collision I was involved in. When picked up my car the interior had a white film of dust all over. There also was white paint left on the steering wheel. The manager looked at the paint on the steering wheel and took fault for causing it. The manager stated that they would repair my steering wheel. They are now avoiding the issue and will not call me back to have my steering wheel repaired.

Well, they installed my wipers upside down after repairs. Obviously didn’t test their repairs. How can one trust their entire work over the most MINIMAL item? Especially since the entire back of vehicle was replaced. (Photo is screen grab from video of wiper in motion) will never return.

My vehicle was rear-ended recently and I contacted a few collision centers for repairs. Of course everybody was booked two weeks or more out due to the current parts shortage--at least thats what I was told by another collision center. I went ahead and scheduled repairs with Crash Champions as they had the best customer service. Im really glad I did as Juan was so courteous and helpful. They were able to get me in for repairs early and they kept me updated through all of it. My SUV looks fantastic and the paint job is seamless. Im so thankful for Juan and the Crash Champions team!

The staff at Crash Champions is amazing. Quality work, caring staff. They really worked hard to reduce our time without our vehicle and cared about the hardship of being without our vehicle during the required service. They care about people and treat clients with respect!

I have used them three times this particular one one time it started out with a decent amount that they were going to charge but once they put the car up boy they found a bunch of other stuff and cost me almost $7,000 to fix the front end of my car. Then the one part that they needed to put over my computer was backordered and its never been put on yet they ordered it I went in it was the wrong size Im waiting still and its been months and months since Ive had my car fixed and paid for then come to find out they charge me for a new reservoir for my windshield wiper fluid but put my old one back on and it has a crack in it and does not hold the liquid so now I have to have them repair that. When I did take it in for them to put the cover on the computer and it was the wrong size they put my car back together but they didnt put it together right so when I go back again they have to do that I dont think Ill ever take another car there and that makes me sad because I had really good experiences the first two times but at a different location than the one in Plainfield

They did excellent job for repairs , painting and cleaning but very bad in timing. They wasted my four days by keep telling me that my car will be ready this afternoon and we will call you later today. Their later today never came for four days. I could not finish any chores by waiting to pick up the car later. I had to go out of town for wedding and have to cancel it because they told me that if my car is ready I have pick up within 24 hrs. And also rental car needed to be returned because insurance company won’t pay if my car is ready and I won’t pick up.I was really upset for that. If they have told me it will take four extra days then I could have attended the family wedding in Indianapolis

They did such an amazing job on my car! I mean, look at that before and after! They did such a good job, helped me with any questions, and were so quick and effecient even though I turned my car in Christmas week. They were nice, and also knowledgeable in everything. Thank you guys so much!!!

I love this place it’s like every time something is wrong with my car I go to them and get it fixed they stand behind the life time warranty I know almost all the staff here from Terra to Luis to Israel they treat me like a staff member and go far and beyond my expectations of level of hospitality repairs on my car are always on point they treat my car like a star in the shop and me as well I can go on and on on writing on how good this people are to me and my car and how very awesome and friendly they are I would not be able to finish I truly recommend this shop always

All around, this place is excellent. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and very skilled in breaking down the details of the repair process without ever condescending the customer. My body repair was done a day early, and it looks fantastic. While accidents are something we’d all rather avoid, this place and its excellent staff will take care of you if ever the need arises.

Luis and the entire team at Crash Champions operate at a higher level of professionalism than all the other body shops Ive been to. Their facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly, well educated and have great customer service. I live 30-40 min away from Crash Champions but it is worth the travel time for great service. Thanks!!

This was, hands down, the best automobile service I have ever gotten, bar none. They did everything they said they would, called when they said they would, talked to me at length on my options and did an excellent job. And when they were done they detailed my car inside and out. Was side swiped on the way home from vacation which did about $4000 damage to the car. Geico recommended I use Crash Champions and I could have not been more pleased. I took my car here about a year ago to get my car fixed and the service was fantastic and I came back a year later due to a rock destroying my oil pan. And this was the worst experience, I did not get any call updating me on my car. They tried to do insurance fraud. Claimed I needed a new engine when I did not. I had the car checked before I took it there. My husband went to the shop to get answers and they kept changing the diagnosis and refused to show my husband the defect on my car. I will not be coming back here.

I went here for repairs after the front right end of my car got hit. From setting the appointment for drop off to picking up my car, everything went smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They even helped coordinate my rental car from Hertz which arrived not even 10 minutes after I arrived to drop off my vehicle. They also texted me updates daily so there was no question of when my car would be ready (and my car was even ready a day early). My car looks amazing now and when I got inside, I noticed the whole interior was cleaned very nice! 5 stars, would recommend!

The paint doesn’t match the rest of car. My head light has a stain from the inside, it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. They have not returned my calls after I contacted my insurance and completed a survey. Not happy at all.

Customer service was great. They buffed out some scrapes/scratches and aligned my bumper no charge! It was very much appreciated and I would definitely recommend coming here.

The BEST place by far! My car was repaired by Crash Champions after damage from a construction site. Ive gotten 3 estimates and not only were their estimate the lowest, the way the whole initial process was handled is beyond my expectations! I would have chosen them even if the estimate came in the highest! Courteous, organize, respectful, and kept me updated via text on the process. They washed, waxed and most importantly, they repaired my car responsibly. Oh, they even provided me a vehicle for 3 days (the time it took to repair damages) free of charge! Simply impeccable service!

Excellent Body Shop, Oscar and his team are great. Brought my Black 2015 Chrysler 200S that had been hit in the rear and had hail damage to them to repair and got my car back on time and looking better than it did when I bought it new. Set me up with a rental car immediately on the spot.I was so pleased with the service and work they performed that I brought them my wifes pride and joy a 2001 Tran Am WS6 that needed the hood and behind the T Tops repainted as well as needing a complete buff due to a bad experience going through a brutal automatic brush car wash.The car was restored to looking the best it ever has while not breaking the bank for the repairs. I highly recommend using Crash Champions.

My experience with crash champions compare to other services was not the best it took more time than estimated missing screws when vehicle was received and one headlight was not working while trying to get it fixed with the shop hard to get a hold of people to fix it and also hard to get it schedule to repair it.

Less than manufacturers quality and service

They left markings/warping on my car that wasnt there before. When I asked an employee about this, he claimed that they were already there, but when he showed me the photos from the initial estimate, the marks werent present. This was unfortunate because everything else about the experience was great

Called Crash Champions because my hood was stuck open after an oil change. Maurice took my call and told me to stop by. Not only did his team fix it, but they refused to charge me, and also explained exactly what happened. This place is ok. My car was totaled out by the insurance company. When we went to clean my vehicle out I seen my personal items thrown on the grass and ground. I was already upset that my car was totaled and then to see my things thrown on the ground was disturbing.

I cant thank this team enough. Joe is incredible. Took my X6 in for body work. Due to Covid-19 one of my parts was backorder and delayed. Joe stayed on top of everything. He called the minute my part arrived, finished the repairs and as an added bonus, Joes team installed my trailer hitch for FREE! (I went to 2 other shops that wouldnt touch the trailer, one was even at another crash champion location. Joe checked for safety first, then ensured the trailer was installed correctly) Thank you!

Crash Champions did an amazing job with my Mazda CX 5 after I rear ended someone. They matched the color perfectly, called me with updates every step of the way, took care of the vehicle in a timely manner, and Sean and his team provided excellent customer service and was very personable. Great job on my Infiniti fender repair! Efficient with great communication, and convenient location. Minor scrape when I picked up, and they immediately took it back and corrected it. Enterprise rental car rep was at location to easily set up my rental.

My husband wrecked my car and Crash Champions was a preferred vendor for our insurance company. They were easy to work with and helped me understand everything that was going on. Mark was honest and made sure we were treated fairly! They did a lot of work and communicated with us even though they ended up not getting a good paying job because my car ended up being totaled. Definitely recommend them!

My experience was great until you have to bring your truck back because it wasn’t repaired properly.Thee service then changed very quickly from excellent to HORRIBLE. I am so dissatisfied they acted like this was my fault and kept questioning me on what was done at there shop. Well they have the paperwork so they should now. This is the second time I had to take it back. I am still not happy and the headlight that was replaced still does not work . They replaced my front bumpier and headlight. Well to me the lights should work and the bumper should appear seemless. I would not recommend this place and will advise my insurance company to remove you as a place to bring our business to. I was told a manger would call me since the headlight is not working. But it’s been a week and no manager has called. This is really horrible service. I will now call my insurance company and take it to a different body shop to get fixed right the first time.

I brought my car to crash champions after being rear ended. Agustin handled my repair from start to finish. There was already a rental car at the shop when I had dropped off the car. The whole process took about 2 weeks but I received regular automated text messages on the progress of the repair. I would definitely recommend crash champions.

The people at crashchampions were very honest and helpful during our darkness hours. We had just lost our son and then a kid hit our car same day we made funeral arrangements. Everyone was thoughtful kind and showed so much respect. I will always use then to fix my vehicles. They kept me posted and updated on the work. You couldnt ask for a better company and employees. It is a tough business dealing with insurance companies but the guys at Crash Champions do a pretty good job of it. After some issues with repairs related to my insurance company pressuring them into using aftermarket parts, Crash Champions, and more specifically Joe, the GM, were as accommodating as they could be. I was frustrated but they did everything they could to make things right. The next time I need my truck repaired I will definitely be back.

Great job on my car. I was rear ended and decided to bring my car to Crash Champions due to their great reviews. They didnt disappoint. I mainly spoke with Juan throughout the repair process. He explained how everything would work and kept me up to date on the status of my car. Juan informed m that some pieces on my car could be repaired while others needed to be replaced. I was concerned that my bumper wouldnt come out well since it was a piece that was going to be repaired. When I got my car back.. wow. Couldnt even tell there had ever been damage to it. It looked brand new. Would definitely recommend crash champions to anyone needing body work. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant, they were professional and the quality of work is great.
