When I came into the store looking for a updated laptop, I experience the best customer service ever. Not only did I get the help that I seek but I was helped by a knowledgeable employee Brady. He was kind and enthusiastic. He knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me different options to choose from. He also had a great sense of humor and his customer service skills were great! He gave me a great deal of reassurance that I made a good decision with my purchase. So far so good! If I could give 10 stars for that alone I would!

Brady made my shopping experience quick and efficient. He was able to answer all my questions and inquiries about the products I was looking for. Not only did he display great professionalism, his knowledge base left me feel confident with my purchase. I strongly recommend asking for Brady when you enter the store. I’m very pleased with the service I received at this location from one of your employees by the name of Brady. I’m not a big fan of shopping for appliances at all. Brady made the whole experience very smooth. He was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryer I wanted. He also told me about 2 other sets that wasn’t on my radar, which one I actually really loved. Although I didn’t purchase that day. My husband and I are coming back on the 26 to purchase with Brady. We just moved into our forever home and we’re furnishings the whole house new. Brady will see a ton more of us. He definitely goes above and beyond.

I had such a great experience when i went here. I was greeted by an associate named Brady and he was so helpful from when i walked in up until i left. I explained to him what i wanted and he knew exactly what to do to help. I ask lots of questions and he was able to answer all of them lol without getting annoyed. Bought several appliances online & all but one was delivered. I tried reaching people in various PC Richards Departments for a week and a half until I had the good fortune of speaking to Carolyn at this store. She made a few calls, called me back and got a delivery scheduled for the missing item. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and was able to quickly get me what I needed. Cant thank her or recommend her highly enough!!

This is one of the better P.C. Richard & Son that I have been to. The sales associates there are very helpful but Brady went above and beyond to help me find items for my new home. This store is very carefree and has no since of accountability for the inconvenience they causesI ordered a refrigerator back in October of 2020 Im still without a refrigerator its now February 2021. I have purchased a total of three different refrigerator the first on of cures was on back order the second was to big to fit in my house so they measured told P.C. Richard the measurements. I received a phone call from P.C. Richard told my they had the measurements for me to come in and pick out refrigerator threeI go they showed me a refrigerator they said would fit in my house I said ok purchased it in formed them I live on the third floor and that the delivery guy was very annoyed one he got to my house a saw that I lived on the third floor of an house. rep said it would b ok not to worry so I set up a delivery day for Feb. 24th. Today is now yes 24th the delivery guys come walk up to my apartment and say it wont fit in. I say thats not true you guys measured this is what P.C. Richard said I needed. the guy said it wont fit goes back outside to the truck across the street and would not bring it up. I called P.C. Richard they put me on a long hold. delivery guys drive away. i hang up call P.C Richards again and ask for a refund. They tell me I have to come back to Watchung store. I go ask to speak to a manger spoke with a guy named Kenny said he was the store manger but could not explain to me why this the third refrigerator that they measured for still wont fit he looks me in my eyes and says he does not know. I am a minimum wage worker I have been buying fast food since November 2020 Im spending every little cent I have to buy fast food all because P.C Richards does not care about the inconvenience they have caused me just as long a they got there money. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY EVERYAGAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT AS WELL

Caroline at the watching NJ store in the watchung square mall was very helpful.I had gone in to look at washing machines and wall air conditioners.She spent a lot of time explaining the different features of the washing machines.and even though i didnt buy anything i was so impressed with her knowledge that i came back the next day and bought a window air conditioner for the upstairs of my house to suplement the central air downstairs. Caroline even made sure it got loaded safely in my car as she explained it was company policy to be sure the customer didnt injure themselves.Caroline was so helpful that i would shop at this store again.

A couple weeks ago my wife and I went to PC Richards in Watchung to purchase a refrigerator. The salesman Chris was EXTREMELY helpful and he made it an overall amazing shopping experience. Although we were indecisive, he was extremely patient with us and was able to provide us with a fridge that fit all of our specifications. He even gave us a call a week later after it was installed in our home to make sure we were happy with our selection. Tom Forkin was such a joy to work with. We were renovating our kitchen which meant time to upgrade the old appliances to new. I was very particular with what I wanted, needed counter depth fridge (where some sales reps didnt know what this was) and searched everywhere. He took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us with our package. PC Richards is the only choice for me when it comes to any appliances for my house. Go see Tom, you wont regret it. Our dryer ended up being defective but they had a replacement delivered to us in days. I would highly recommend PC Richard and will definitely continue to use them when we have more upgrades.

I was looking to buy a new air conditioner for my home as my 20 year old unit decided it had enough and was ready to retire. I went on-line to make a purchase with the unit measurements needed and then what plug-type was required. I initially ordered a unit but then decided to use the Chat on the site for assistance.It was to my good fortune that the sales expert that responded to my Chat inquiry was Caroline as she took all my info and then informed me that the unit I purchased was not going to fit in my wall and not in my plug type. She then scoured all inventory to find a unit that would meet all of my requirements. Now this didnt just take days, it took a little over a week of her calling the warehouse and the vendors to finally obtain for me a brand new unit that would meet all of my requirements and be delivered before the end of this month.Caroline was extremely compassionate in my plight of finding the right air conditioner and she did. Diligent, trustworthy, and caring as she showed me the customer so much respect and patience that for all my future PC Richards purchases, Im going to utilize Carolina as my go to sales expert for them.
