I had to go to the pharmacy in the back and one of the staff in the pharmacy was super rude to me for no reason. Then I apparently had to pay for some of my prescription so I said I thought that my insurance covered it all and she stated it covered all except two dollars like thank Sherlock thats pretty easy to figure out. Ive always had a problem with the pharmacy honestly. Super rude people. The upfront staff is nice but wow the pharmacy needs to cool their jets

If I could give no stars I would. The employees at the pharmacy don’t know what they are taking about. One of the workers at the pharmacy wouldn’t take my secondary insurance because, “ It’s the same thing.” I don’t have proof of this but I’m 95% sure that they gave my sons prescription to the wrong person at the drive through. Ive also been waiting 5 days for them to fill a prescription they said would take 2 hours.

Extremely rude and unattentive pharmacy. Disgusting behavior, gossiping loudly about other coworkers, ignoring customers, downright nasty to customers...acting like theyre doing you a favor by acknowledging you. Honestly, they need to clean house in the pharmacy, Fire half of the rude and useless, self important slobs. Never answered the phone, on hold for an hour, so went in person. Swearing in front of customers, trash talking their coworkers...Disgusting!Open bag of chips for snacking right where they give vaccines...they dont deserve the jobs they have. Never again will I EVER use this pharmacy for anything!

Nobody ever picks up the phone in the pharmacy leaving you on the phone for 20 minutes is like normal for them they are so inconsiderate this is the slowest store Ive ever had to deal with.

Staff inside is Great!!! But I’ve been on hold today TWICE, hitting 30 mins each time to ask one question about a medicine interaction!? Grr

Loyal customer for years. Lots of turnover on employees. Photos service slow. Rx usually ready when promised. Prices on the high side. All the wasted paper with coupons is frustrating. Lots of free parking. Bums tend to hang out outside from time to time.

Trying to transfer a prescription so I called the pharmacy (on two different phones), and was on hold for over 45 minutes on each phone. No one ever picked up! Save yourself the aggravation and get your scripts elsewhere. I called the CVS in Lenox, their pharmacy answered right away, and took care of my prescription.

It’s always something at this pharmacy; your insurance isn’t on file, we need prior authorization to fill this script (even though it’s a standing order and has been for the last several years), it’s not ready yet (even though the script was sent over to be filled hours ago). I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes for them to tell me that a script that was sent over 4 hours ago isn’t ready yet and told me to go back around and wait in line again and by the time I get to the window it’ll be ready. I had to go inside anyway to pick up a couple other things and figured I’d get the script inside, nope, the in store counter was equally as long as the line of cars outside. They had one person running both the in store counter and the drive thru and before I came inside I had to CALL the store after sitting at the drive thru window for 25 minutes for the person to stop ignoring the window just to be met with attitude and was told to go wait in line again for a script that should have been ready hours ago. I pushed the call for service button just for the person to ignore it twice. Definitely transferring to another pharmacy because this has been a huge waste of time and a joke.

Never answers the phone this is ridiculous

Ive been on hold for the pharmacy for an hour, every day for a week, with no answer. Someone picked up today only to hang up on me. I called the front store to help and they passed along my phone number, but no reply call.

They didnt have my medicine in the pharmacy. Still waiting 7 days later for cvs to get their supply truck in. This is the third time this has happened here at cvs on west street. Ive been having most of my meds go to Walgreens on North St. They always have what I need in stock. Downfall no drive threw.

The pharmacy was very rude to me and my partner. Never again.

The Pharmacist and her staff were very cordial, helpful, and accommodating when I needed help, while visiting from out of town, and found myself in a problematic situation. I cant thank them enough!.💕 N.Judd

Worst customer service. Even if you call 3 days ahead, they will tell you everything is all set and your prescription is ready to be filled, but when it comes time to refill, theres suddenly an issue and they need to call your doctor 3+ times, send insurance paperwork, etc.. Last time I had to wait 3 days without any medicine because of their disorganization. Avoid if possible.

Wow... Customer service is well I guess the most accurate thing to say is non existent & or beyond horrible. The lack of assistance was honestly welcomed after experiencing the extremely rude and down right awful service I was finally able to pry out of them after the 13th time of asking for it. I won’t be returning I’d rather not hand money to someone after being treated so horribly nor wait 45 + mins at the pharmacy to be told my prescription is to early to fill something I was assured would not be the case before handing over said prescription when I asked the pharmacist.Truly appalling

On my last visit the was a few problems. One staff member Im sure there was help but a tech named Kyle seemed to go beyond his duties and did a wonderful a most appreciated job in helping me receive the medication which I really needed. Thank you.

Went in there December 24th to buy candy and a few things for relatives. Candies were marked buy one get one free and buy one get two half priced, however once I checked out at the register none of these discounts had been honored as they were advertised putting me well over $100. I told the cashier to take all of the candy off, she had a bad attitude (girl in her 20s working there around 12pm-1pm on the right side when facing the counters) then proceeded to try to place my receipt in the mug I’d just purchased because god forbid she take a moment to place it in my hand. Please be aware of your signage and please get rid of that girl.

Always open! Prices are high though, and long line to cash out.

Rude Pharmacy

Well I use to be in LOVE with CVS!! Until I moved to Pittsfield ! Idk if it’s just this location but since I’ve moved here their “manager” is never ordering the right amount of meds for the store!? This is the second time in one month where I’ve went to the store meds aren’t ready and WONT be there for ohhhhh like a week!!! Then I have to stop what I’m doing call my dr have the dr re send out a script to another pharmacy!! Not cool will be switching and it sucks the Walgreens in town feel dirty and ghetto but at least they have the medications one needs....get it together cvs I miss you grr

The worst possible customer service, my prescriptions are suppose to be on automatic refill yet it never happens. They have been charging a copay when my prescription is suppose to be covered completely by Medicare. Very deceitful forced to use them because of contract with insurance company.

The front end staff are very pleasant and friendly. The actual pharmacy staff is ridiculous. My doctor called in a prescription at 11am, I went to pick it up at 5pm and it was not I the system. I was told they do NOT answer the phone because they are understaffed so when I arrived I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. And the tech had a horrible attitude. I will be conducting business elsewhere!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Can’t even answer the damn phone - waited on hold for 10 minutes before I just hung up because I know they stand right next to the phone and don’t answer it.Now I’m going to have to drive all the way across town after already commuting home from work in North Adams just to wait in line forever I’m sure (happened multiple times before) just to cancel a prescription that shouldn’t have been filled.HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!!

This may be the worst pharmacy in America. Weve been going there because its convenient to have a drive-through. But after four years, we are done. We have had MANY problems with prescriptions: not being filled in a timely manner, losing orders called in by physicians, and filling prescriptions with generic alternatives even when the prescription said no substitutions. Nobody cares or even apologizes when you complain. The management does not take their responsibility for peoples health seriously. The place should be shut down.

Trying to fill prescriptions there is a nightmare and the wait time when you call is ridiculous. We will be going elsewhere maybe with fewer customers they will do a better job.

Found what I needed. Some big dope followed me around rather obviously like I was going to steal something. Rude.

Excellent staff. Busy but quick at the registers

Pharmacy area is always crowded. Funny smells on chairs. Floors are disgusting. Havent seen the place clean in at least a year! Staff seems over worjed and frustrated. They call out names but nobody is available to give you your prescription.

Usually, this cvs pharmacy is only a bit understaffed with slightly lengthy wait time. No big deal. Tonight, I was walking my dog and remembered I had some Rx to pick up. We walked down to cvs. Lady, my hound dog, sees a man and of course wants to say hi. He’s standing out front of cvs with tattered papers in hand, looking lost and desperate. He’s just been discharged from the hospital he tells me, and has no money or place to stay. His copays would have been covered by mass health but he’s also disabled, which means Medicare part B kicks in first and copays are 1$ each. He has 6 essential medications for his wellbeing but can not afford even one. I offer to buy them for him. We walk to the pharmacy counter. I ask for my prescriptions and to pay for this man’s as well. They tell me no. They tell me they are backed up and it will take two days to transfer his prescription from rite aide to their store, never mind that I’ve had prescriptions transferred from out of state in less than 30 minutes. I tell them these meds are essential to this mans recovery and wellbeing, they say that doesn’t matter. I ask if I can prepay. They say no. The man states that “ people just don’t care”. I want to say “I know” but don’t. I pay for my meds and take out cash for the. This will pay for his prescription but not the loss of dignity for having to ask me only to be turned down by a nameless face behind the counter. One star for reminding me of the state of this union.

Pharmacy is always insanely busy, but the hours and drive up pharmacy are the most convenient in town.

Ive been going to CVS pharmacy as a customer for years, and it was rather enjoyable. However, with the new management, the place has gone straight to hell with medication orders backed up for days. I went yesterday and found out that my order that was called in Thursday was not done yet and decided to sit down and wait. Another customer came up, and it was the same thing for her. she left pissed.Ive dealt with Michelle and her attitude is like a sewer and the more you talk with her it stinks. I just wanted my meds and get out.Cassidy, Ive seen her act completely respectful towards the elderly by talking down to them like children and having an attitude like mini Hitler.I would rather watch two Midgets sit on a counter and dry hump then sit back there and wait for my meds.

Customer service is very poor there is only 1 person Ive seen that smiles the rest r very rude no smiling.i called Tonite a women answered said hi only once I said my name she hung up.i called backed said I need to do a phone number change and plz dont hang up she said we say hi a couple of times and if there is no answer we hang up I said u said hi once.plus to the first time she never even said hello CVS how may I help u.never said sorry or nothing.i understand being over worked but that is no excuse to be rude to customers.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are slow and always understaffed. I have had to wait at least 20 minutes everytime I’ve gone whether in store or the drive thru. Just awful awful service.

Erractic. Sometimes the service is good. Other times real bad. There are a few people that work in this store that clearly do not want to be there. And the pharmacy staff seems rushed and preoccupied. I go to this CVS because I have to not because I want to.

Pharmacy has worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The staff is friendly but it always takes at least an hour to fill a prescription and they end up losing the script half of the time.

They never answer the calls and it can take a whole day for them to fill up a basic antibiotics prescription for children.

Friendly staff, slow pharmacy but thats to be expected
