Visiting family from out of town. This place was suggested for their sandwiches. Ordered the smokey and boy did it NOT disappoint. Bread was fresh, lunch meat was not super salty and employees were extremely nice. Wish there was a place like this where I live. Will definitely be returning here when back in the Pitt area again. HIGHLY recommend from an out of towner.

Its a neat local grocery store. My girlfriend and I stop here to pick up drinks and snacks whenever we get take out nearby. They have a pretty decent selection for being a smaller!

After three bites of my Bryant Street Market sandwich, I realized I had to write this review.This is truly the most friendly and well-stocked market Ive ever had the pleasure of shopping at. And the cherry on top, of course, is that they make fresh, delicious sandwiches to order!TLDR: This is the type of market that the entire city mourns for when shut down.

Honestly 1 of the best deli sandwiches in the city. You must try either the roast beef or the smoked turkey.

Best reuben in the city, hands down. I love a good reuben and havent found one better. I order fairly frequently and all the employees are always so kind and helpful.

Convenient store to have in the neighborhood when you’re in a pinch for something, or in need of an awesome sandwich. I stop in at least once a week for something and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.

This has been one of best places I have ever shopped at! Everyone who works there is very friendly and really enjoy helping their customers. The selection is great for a small market and for the most part I can get everything I need there for a good price. The deli is wonderful and the sandwiches are some of the best I have had. Overall a great place to shop at with that small town feel. I recommend it to anyone!

So grateful to have Bryant St. Market in the neighborhood. You can really get everything you need here if you dont feel like going to the grocery store.Also love that they carry local brands like Millies and Leonas ice cream, Enricos Biscotti, Goat Rodeo cheese, local milk and eggs, etc.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The people are great... Quite but really nice people. Sandwiches are arguably in my opinion the BEST! Bread is great, meat tastes delicious, and the sharp cheddar is AMAZING!!! pretzels are very good also! Havent been in there in awhile but the cookies wrapped in plastic wrap are super good! Lol I could go on about this place all day. I MISS YOU GUYS!

This was the first time I was there. You can find a wide variety of necessities & everything easy to find. The workers were busy taking care of the customers needs.

I loved stopping by the market for a few things while out on walks during COVID, but was disappointed to see that there are now people inside without masks drinking coffee/eating? It seems like too small of a space for people to safely get groceries while there are maskless people inside.

Its small but it has some good stuff like a little Grocery store, a laundromat and other things.

Always pleasant, great staff, very clean and no complaints. Love the fact that the store is always full loaded with anything you need, never under stock. The staff and owner is so kind to every customer, its just like the TV show CHEERS, WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME...

Nice place to stop and meet up

We were traveling through and found this little neighborhood market and went and got sandwiches for lunch! They were phenomenal and the employees were so kind.

Love, love, love this market. They have some great local and organic options. I alwasy love getting their locally sourced honey sticks. The main reason I go is for the deli sandwiches though. They have a great selection to pick from. Their meat is always delicious and their bread and veggies are always fresh. Go get yourself a pilgrim on a kaiser roll with whatever fixins you like and you will not be disappointed. You can also call ahead for them to make your order if you are in a hurry. Sometimes it gets a little busy for lunch.

Great place, they have a lot of unique selections for various foods like having different brands of soda besides Pepsi or Coke products. The deli is very nice, it is mostly stocked with boars Head brand cheeses and meats. The workers are very nice. One special thing the have is 100% pure tangerine juice, not a huge difference to fresh squeezed orange juice but is very good. Considerable amount of fresh and or organic products.

I live in the neighborhood and this is a really nice spot. The place is a tad overpriced, but convenient if you live nearby. Their collection had always struck me as a tad eclectic, which I love. Also during the cold months when La Scalas is closed its nice to get my local ice cream fix here.Only con is some of the employees arent really friendly or personable. Looking at these reviews I see its towards everyone, not just me so carry on your surliness.Only suggestion: I like the produce basics, though would love someday to see an option of kale or cabbage which are my veggie staples besides peppers and onions.

This store is ok especially if youre at the laundromat next door and need something quick. However the employees are rude. One star for convenience, but I definitely wouldnt go out of my way to get to this store.

Nice mix of junk food and organic foods. I love that they have a bunch of locally sourced products and finds you cant find just anywhere, while not making you have to go elsewhere for your soda or candy fix. All the grocery basics and then some.

Great little grocer in highland Park. Perfect for those little things you forget! A little pricey but thats why its called convenience store! ;) :P Do not miss their sandwiches!! Deli meat cut right in front of you on daily fresh bread! I recommend the highland Park Reuben!!!

Wonderful grocery and wine bar and restaurant in downtown. Good take out of hot and cold items, salads, entrees, and desserts. Good place to dine in a casual atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!

Bryant Street Market is a great local grocer. I’ve been coming here for years and have always left satisfied. They sell a lot of local ice cream brands like Leonas, Millies, Rivendale and La Scolas. All their hot sandwiches are very good. The staff is very friendly. Now if they sold craft beer to go that would be even better.

A great part of the community. They have most Staples, even if youll pay a little more than a larger grocery store. Fantastic and generously sized sandwiches and plenty of local goods!

Dirty, seen mice and roach. Way overpriced. Paid 7.99 for a case of water in an emergency situation. You do have mice and roaches, there was an inspection recently done...and yes I paid 7.99 for a case of Aquafina water. Im sure you remember because I even made a comment at the register...how about pricing your items so people know what they are paying for.

I live very close to this market, and shop there all the time. The quality of the food and the people are outstanding. If you need an excellent sandwich or a can of soup, these guys will take care of you. Dont forget to buy a fresh homemade soft pretzel while you are there!

The Bryant Street Market would receive a 0/5 stars, but there were a few employees that promoted the rating. The older white lady, and the boy with the green/black hair are always so kind and respectful. But the older white man who NEVER looks happy to see customers is utterly offputting. He rudely asked me to move my vehicle from the lot because his van had nowhere to park on the street. Not to mention, the deli fruits are ALWAYS spoiled. The prices are insanely high and the items are low quality. If it werent for them being so close to my house, they would never get my service!

Pretty good! Everything there is mad expensive but they do have a lot of organic and vegan things. Very convenient if you dont want to go to the grocery store but still need to pick up some things.

This little place is overflowing with quality little products that you wouldnt find elsewhere. I like all the red ribbon drinks and the tuna melt sandwich. Delicious.

Surprising selection for such a small store. Has some local bread from Allegro Hearth that you cant find at bigger stores. Dont expect to do all your grocery shopping here, but its really convenient if you live in Highland Park. Employees are nice.

The Market provides its customers with consistently prompt and friendly customer service. They sell it all, from delicious made-to-order sandwiches to grocery essentials and coolers/freezers stocked full of lots of choice selections like locally produced soda, pierogies, and ice cream. If youre looking to try a sandwich, I recommend the Smokey or Owners Favorite.

I absolutely love all the local options they carry! Ice cream, beverages, produce, and more. They also carry some cheaper name brand items too if you prefer that. The employees are always super nice. :]

Nice store, rude owner/manager. We parked our RV in the shared parking lot while using the laundromat. He very rudely asked us to leave. We were taking up a number of parking spots, but it was early morning and they weren’t even open!

Great staff, good selection. They have a selection of fresh baked goods (which do sell out, so go early), and the pretzels are a highlight. They also carry Leonas ice cream sandwiches and a number of small batch ice cream pints.

Axels pretzels are true German pretzels, freshly baked several times a day. I have been to Germany several times and these are THE BEST pretzels Ive ever tried!

Great quality charcuterie, croissants and baguettes for a fair price...Its a good convenience store with kind service though pricy in vegetables and fruits as they support the farmers products...Nonetheless, in an emergency, its very convenient no matter the extra cost.They also deliver groceries in the neighborhood ordering a day in advance which is super convenient for the elderly or when you are sick.
