The only place to get what you really need, when you dont want to go to the hardware Mega mart. Or get covered in dirt and dust at Home Depot. Most of the employees are knowledgeable if not they will find you the answer. Very nice selection of Fasteners oh, nuts bolts and screws nails and other things. Prices are higher than Home Depot and Lowes. But you have to pay employees if you want them to actually know what theyre doing.

This is our go to for keys that need to be copied. I rarely have to go elsewhere because they have most types. I inadvertently posted an earlier review saying something about great selection of craft beer. That was a review for a different place, obviously. I apologize for any harm this may have caused.

This Ace hardware store is so convenient and has a wide selection of great products. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If your tired of the Home depot, Lowes not having anyone to help you then head to Ace hardware in Pittsburgh.

Great little local hardware store, not as big a stock as the big contractors stores, but most of what you need for small projects and lots of little bits and pieces you cant even get elsewhere.

Ran in to buy some AA batteries. Line was long but moved well enough. Didnt have much conversation with the clerk. He checked me out and completed my transaction.

Robert is very helpful and knowledgeable not like some of the clerks there. Many times you ask them a question and they give you a I dont know look.

I had been looking for large mason jars for months, and finally found them here. I called ahead, and they kindly put aside two boxes for me at the front counter, so all I had to do was go in and pay for them.And they charged me $1 per box less than the advertised internet price. It was about a third the price of what they had on Amazon.

Pittsburg ace is always my go too. Its local and they are always nice there. As soon as you walk in someone says hi can I help you. They are friendly and have no problem helping you find something. Been going for years and never had a bad experience. Ace is a little more expensive but ill pay more for what they bring to the table vs homedepot where you stand there for 30min for help or search the store tracking someone down.You really just cant beat going to Pittsburg Ace.

They help me quickly correct some of my DIY project mistakes. Usually have what I need quickly. Dont mind to pay a little more fir the convenience of having them so close to home!

Always my go to spot to get hardware needs quickly and easily. Always someone there available to help too not like the big home improvement stores where you can never find anyone to help and have long lines

Nice staff but some of them arent very knowledgeable about their products so it would be better to train your employees to go ask somebody else or even ask the customer to Google it rather than to give the wrong information . But they have a decent selection and theyre super close by my house and reasonable priced

Always friendly customer service I been a customer for quite a while now and all I can say is that you can buy anything for your house also they have a free membership which you can use to get discounts.

They always know their merchandise and if they dont have it, they tell you where to find it.Good people!

Great place has everything you need . i purchased a new kitchen faucet and i wasnt sure it it would fit . and if i needed to return it i would have to have a receipt so the nice lady taped it to the box for me so i wouldnt lose it. Awesome because i usually end up losing receipts. But i didnt need to return because it fits and looks amazing. Great customer service here. And i love that

I always go here when I need something. I would have given them 5 stars if they kept their hardware drawers organized. A lot of stuff are misplaced, making it actually harder to find what you need. Theres also a time when I had to come back twice because a key duplicate they made for me did not work. But overall, this is a good hardware store with lots of stuff and nice workers.

Needed to repair a kitchen Faucet. It required a special tool and Jimmy was able to take me directly to its location and I was able to buy just that one tool and not a whole set. I was in and out in a very short time.

Me & my grandfather got a couple sets keys made for us here. Loved the fact they had all sorts of styles & designs to choose from. I dig the whole custom key area in this store & lanyards. The service was good as well, dude had a sense of humor. I also like the nick- nacks you can buy at the register.

You can fill up on propane there and all your Hardware needs are there for the most part its small so the variety isnt large its for little things like nails and get your keys cut nice folks!!
