It is hard to find a good drip coffee at a specialty coffee shop, but this one didnt disappoint. The coffee was a perfect temperature and had a bold flavor. The staff was friendly and the decor was inviting to just sit down and relax. Great place to visit to support local businesses as well.

Delicious, so friendly, and a simple menu that they execute perfectly. Highly recommend the small batch ice cream that they serve and the nitro coffee. Plus an affogato as the perfect afternoon treat!

Had a drip coffee and a cinnamon bun, both were great. Staff was super nice, shop was clean and the decor was cool looking.

Wow, where do I start…. The coffee was delicious, their pastries were delicious(bacon and date scone warmed up was the best!) but what I think made it so nice was the service!!! All the employees were working so hard and they were all so nice! Erik made our drinks and boy they sure came out delicious. His friendliness was so nice for our first visit. The inside of that place is BEAUTIFUL!!! Looks like something that should be in Los Angeles, they have a nice indoor seating area and outdoor area. Definitely making another visit soon!!! Great service, great drinks, great environment!!

Got the nitro cold brew. It was solid.Overall seems like a good coffee place that would be considered “third wave.” Definitely the best I’ve tried in the area thus far.Also, the inside decor is really cool, & close to the beach.

This great little coffee place is near the pier and by the new Pismo sign. Inside is chic and great coffee. The service is excellent. They were open early today and offered to double cup my coffee and make it extra hot so it would survive walk all the way back to the sea crest and still be hot for my hubby. I’ll definitely be back!

Just like their Avila Beach location this is a nice place where you can relax in their cozy environment and people watch or better yet look at the Pismo Pier Plaza Project take place which can be less relaxing if anything. However, theres nothing the coffee shop can do about this. Their drinks are good and priced fairly considering their location .Would be nice to be able to visit this place after work hours but they close early so dont expect this to happen. Their hours Mon-Thurs from 7am-2pm and the rest of the days theyre open until 5pm.Only feedback I would provide to the employees is when they are faced with several customers they should have a better system to track down what customers ordered specially when multiple drinks were placed in the same order they can tend to forget about the rest of the drinks.Other than that, get out there and enjoy some coffee at this cozy place.

Great coffee and pastries. My personal favorites are the Gibraltar and morning bun. The staff is very friendly and gives great service. Quickly became our favorite morning stop when at the beach.

Great friendly staff but the breakfast burritos for 10 bucks was downright disrespectful. Reheated and prior frozen my stomach was destroyed minutes after.

Great little coffee shop with a killer ocean front view. Massive open air space with plenty of seating, good light, and electric plugs. Staff is friendly and the coffee is perfect. Plus an amazing patio for nice weather.

Stayed at pismo for 3 days went both mornings at 7am closed, went at night closed.I don’t understand what’s so hard to update your new hrs or having a sign up saying your hrs by the window.

I tried Kraken today for the first time. I enjoyed a large latte with vanilla. Not too sweet, perfect brew. Service was fast and my drink was delicious. Ill be back!

Was just there and the barista was extremely rude. She was cutting us off, interrupting us, and tried to rush us out after we paid when we wanted to shop a little. She then got the order wrong and took so long, at least 15 minutes, to make the final drink and didn’t even apologize for the wait, which she forced us to wait outside for. And we love the Avila Beach location and the service is always good there! Add-on: there is so much coffee grounds in my drip coffee!

At least for my taste, the coffee is consistently bitter. I am local and there are many more places to go with better coffee. That said, they operate from an awesome location with seating overlooking the Pismo Pier area. I found the pastries are fresh and they have other options to please your taste buds.

The coffee doesnt taste good. It is very acidic. The location was nice. However, if the coffee isnt good, why go?

They basically dont believe in creamer or sweetener, so I hope you really enjoy strong coffee. Their Espresso is very good but the sizes are kinda small (for the price). Had the chocolate croissant and it was very good.

I think this is the only coffee place at the beach. They offer a lot of different dairy milk alternatives. The coffee was pretty good - I got a white chocolate mocha with oat milk. The aesthetic is very unique and fun. They do get pretty busy at times, but I guess were at the beach so what are we in a rush for? Friendly staff that were very helpful. Great place overall, highly recommend.

Inconsistent. Baristas are sick of tourists and get unnecessarily snarky and rude.While in Pismo Beach for a wedding, I stopped at Kraken on a Saturday to try it out. I was happily surprised when they said their macchiatos are traditional style, and sure enough the one they made me was the best I’ve had in a couple of years. The presentation (half the enjoyment) was solid, too - great stuff. So, I went back on my way out on Sunday, and ordered another macchiato: traditional style, for here. They served it up in a throwaway to-go cup, and were dismissive, sarcastic, and rude when I politely said the order was for here.I get that it can be annoying to deal with tourists all day long, but this wasn’t a complicated order, I was polite, I had already tipped well, and now I don’t want to go back.

Wish there were more choices and sweeter options!! Otherwise the mocha is alrightish

Visited ever coffee shop in town, this one has the best espresso. Locally roasted, single origin beans, dialed in grind, friendly service, and the nitro lemonade is rad.

A cafe located in Pismo Beach, California, USA. Located right in front of Pismo Beach. People lined up to drink coffee. Usually in Korea, restaurants located in resorts and tourist destinations are not very common, but in the US it seems a little different (not Rushmore).Visit in the morning to taste a latte and some bakery. The beans are roasted directly, but they are medium. It tastes softer than expected by roasting. I dont think I make the bakery menu myself, but it seems to receive and sell, but its delicious. Almond croissant and latte go well together. The store is open to the beach, so it looks good to enjoy the scenery while hitting a drink.

I loved this coffee! Warm place. Friendly manager! I recommend ! Do not hesitate to tell him about the final of the World Cup :) he is Croatian but not a bad loser! :)
