These folks are new again to the City of Mesa contracts for supplying road closure signs for the COM. I called to confirm the delivery of the signs several days in advance of our neighborhood event and the whole process went off without a hitch. The signs are in great condition and also light easy to set up. Much appreciated is the road close sign itself is a separate item making setup easier. Upon contact with dispatch to check on the delivery, it was like taking to your next door neighbor, she was a pleasure to talk with. Again, no problems. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the company directly and they handled this situation quick and professionally. They also informed me that that employees actions DO NOT represent the company and that it would be handled. So thank you to roadside traffic for resolving this as quick as you did!So just now at about 4:20pm, one of your employees (heavy set hispanic male) just stopped me outside my house while i was walking my dog (crossroads 2nd avenue and Lebaron in Mesa) and asked me if I knew where he could buy some meth. I am absolutely appalled by this. I would really hope this man is terminated because I dont feel safe knowing there is a meth user not only operating a vehicle, but casually approaching women asking if he can buy some. This is absolutely unacceptable.

They have a worker that Walks in front of cars causing the drivers to slam on there brakes I witnessed this yesterday. Unfortunately I take this road and it happen to me today and it was the sam man and he had the nerve to hit my car as I started to proceed with his hand. I called in and the customer service guy didn’t care told me if I wanted to speak to a manager I’d have to call back in at 9:00. Showed no empathy or sense of urgency to get it resolved. It’s dangerous for his employee.
