The man that answers the phone calls at this packaging company is extremely rude and arrogant.If u dont want to answer questions for customers nor have people skills then why do you answer company phone calls?Please put someone to answer phone calls with manners, proper knowledge and people skills.The website for ordering Kraft bubble mailers does not offer an option to click for purchase. It remains idle. I tried many times to explain in the past. I did place my order with him after giving him all my instructions .(BASICALLY DID HIS JOB FOR HIM) He was just too quick to hang up.

ACE packaging is the place to go for your bulk packaging needs. Today, I received an late order from a major online retailer... let sent me the wrong bubble mailers that were far to small. Since they were late, we had 100 orders waiting to go out.I searched for bulk packaging stores nearby and ACE packaging came up. Upon calling, the lady was super cool and understanding of my situation and need for mailers today. She checked to make sure they had them in stock and told me that she would wait for me to arrive as they were about to close.Thirty minutes later, I pulled into the lot and she came walking out with my bubble mailers - all 500 of them! I was blown away that she was so willing to wait a couple extra minutes to get me the items that I needed. This kind of service is hard to find and should be commended. She could have easily said come back in the morning, but instead she went out of the way to make sure I got what I needed. Due to her actions, over 200 more face mask will be going out all over the world first thing in the morning. Thank you for supporting our small business and getting us the items we needed.And YES, we will be coming to you from now on for all of our box needs.

I found this company on Google after extensively searching known home improvement stores for a box at the length I was looking for.Unknown to me this company is a supplier for customers wanting to buy their products in bulk (think Costco) regardless the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and gave me some advice on how I should go about shipping my large item.I informed them I really needed to purchase a box because I needed to fulfill my order since it had already been paid for but they informed me it would be costly for me to purchase and have them build a stand alone unit ($30 to $45 depending on the material used). I was desperate to get this box so I informed them that the cost didn’t matter and I would take the box if they would build it. I don’t remember his name but the manager or possibly the owner stepped out of his office and went into the warehouse area returning with a box, a bit bigger than the one I needed and a huge oversized roll of bubble wrap. (Probably like $50 to $60 worth if purchased from a home improvement store)He said it would probably be better to take the box and somehow cut it down to the length I needed or just packing more protective layers with the bubble wrap.I asked him how much the total cost would be and he said none at all. It was on the house, he politely asked if I would just tell someone about him and the company, so here I am writing this review and I will definitely send anyone who is looking for supplies his way.If you are in need of supplies I highly recommend you visit this place. They even have a website with straight forward pricing.

I sell on eBay all the time and this is where I get my boxes, packing peanuts, staples, bubble wrap and packing tape. Like Costco you have to buy in bulk to get the best buys. You cant beat it, truly!

The best in Arizona, I have worked with at least 6 different packaging suppliers over the years and these guys are the most dependable with the fewest number of backordered items, and next day delivery on most boxes. The staff is always friendly and most of them have been working there for many years, which tells me they like their jobs and must have good management that values a good employee.

I placed an order for a roll of foam and $5 local shipping around 10:00 am on Wednesday. I received two emails just shortly after I placed the order, one that confirmed I placed my other and the other one that I have been charged. So I and called in Thursday to get an update to my order and was told that it is scheduled to ship out on Friday. After not receiving anything on Friday I called and left a message asking for an update on my order. My order finally arrived the following Monday with a packing list dated the 17th which was Friday. And yet no call back to the message I left. So I called in today only to be told that they didnt have the item in stock and that they were expecting it on Friday. So I asked why nobody contacted me, and was told that they assumed that somebody would. Lesson Learned. I gave this a local business a chance and they not only dropped the ball, they didnt even attempt to remedy the issue.

Great place to shop for shipping boxes. Prices are comparable to Home Depot. Needed double sided boxes, they were able to get them by next morning

Outstanding place for bulk shipping needs. Very large selection of boxes and shipping materials for bulk shipping when you need a 10+ boxes or more. A little difficult to find since its an industrial front just look for the sign.

Its really sad when you want to give your business to local companies, but they just cant be arsed to answer a single message you send them.In addition, their website states its SSL secured, yet when you get to the page where you would enter your credit card number the page is unsecured - at least when i visited it.
