Very poor craftmanship...These are brand new lights that was out of the box and this is the install of those lights that was broken and given back to me with parts missing upon picking the bike up, the light fell out of the bike because the bracket that hold the light in was not install which came in the box brand new but no where to be found...POOR CRAFTMANSHIP....wires wasnt hidden are ran throughout but on the out of the forks....this is what 4500.00 dollars of work and 7 to 8 months later gets you at this place,so be aware if your bike requires detail and attention going to this place...Dont expect what you pay for if its not a oil change are tires....Very disappointed and half these people given great reviews either didnt get alot work done here are they are friends and family of this guy...Be aware of ratings only look good ONLINE...And some how you calling to check on your bike are converse about what you want done are options is not needed even though its your bike and your money paying for it....They take on more work then they can actually get done and if your bike requires more then a oil change are a tire you will get what they feel like given you after your money has been spent....Lost a good customer to do volume that he actually cant handle ...Im honest always as a man should be and I dont expect nothing for free and I expect everything that Ive paid for....PERIOD!!!

I took my motorcycle to another shop and they said it needed two new tires even though my tires were fine, and said it would be $550. I took my bike to The Wheel Shop and they replaced just one inner tube and said it was good to go. Just saved me $450. Quick repair, great service. Ill definitely be taking my bike back here again.

Excellent shop. Knowledgeable & honest, gave me multiple options and didn’t price gouge. Accurate estimate & very reasonably priced. Had my bike in & out in a matter of hours. *Hopefully* I don’t get another flat anytime soon, but I will definitely return for my next set of tires.

I was a little spooked after getting frustrated as 6weeks turned into 2mo. at Arrowhead Harley Davidson. Came to the Wheel Shop and got my part within a week! Gonna get new tires next week in a day and I believe her, Her being the well read parts and service person behind the counter. Im a happy customer.

Shaun, and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Shop also has a great feel, and aesthetic. I would gladly recommend the wheel shop to any rider!

These guys are awesome, very helpful, and they get on the road asap. I would always recommend them especially if you like getting your bike back on the road within hours and days instead of weeks.

Been going to the wheel shop for years. My last experience was excellent. My bike stalled had it towed to the wheel shop they came right out and figured it out. Not sure if the guys name who worked on my bike but I cant thank him enough got me back on the road.

Prices are way too highCharge me $75 for 5 bolts to take outOf a back rimI That was Off the bike that I brought the rim in myself do they even own an air compressorYou would think they would have! You would think they would have an impact wrenchWith the air compressor with the pressure to pull off boltsThe motorcycle tech there strip the bolts out with a smallBreaker barAnd then told me that I strip them all out Definitely not a place I would recommendTo anybody

Got a flat tire on my first ride in Phoenix. Pulled into the wheel shop and he had a new tire on my bike by the end of the day. Super cool dude. No bs. They have a good selection of parts on display and custom pieces available for upgrades.

They were very good, expensive for two new tires. Im afraid to see what fluid and filter changes will cost.

I have been going to the Wheel Shop since 1974. The have done all my wheel and tire work on every Harley I have owned. I done go anywhere else. I trust them and they always do a great job.

Be careful before agreeing for addon repairs. Cost me over $50 for a simple break bleed.

This is one of the best motorcycle shop s in Az. Theyve been. In the same spot seance 1972 so that should say something. I dont let many people work on my bike but this place I trust and they earned it. Its good to know a motorcycle shop thats ran by motorcycle people. Ive been going there for years and will continue too.

Hello! I’m new to the area and stopped in on my way home from work to get a price on some tires and Im glad I did! The staff was awesome. Parts girl was super welcoming and knew her stuff we compared tires and prices and she got me an out the door quote no problem. The mechanic seems top notch also. Glad I found my new shop.

In the past I’ve had excellent customer service from the Wheel Shop. Unfortunately my last experience was very disappointing. I had a wheel in my possession that I already owned and wanted to put it on my 2011. The Wheel Shop told me they could not install it as it was for a pre-2008 bike, and would not fit on my bike. They then offered to sell me another wheel, and since I purchased my first one from The Wheel Shop, I proceeded to order the wheel they recommended. Upon receiving the new wheel, I took it to the dealership who said they could not install it either as it was the same exact make and model of the wheel I originally had that I was told would not work. The Wheel Shop sold and recommended to me the exact product I already owned which they stated would not work. The Wheel Shop would not take it back because of the policy that the wheel was altered due to the bearing being removed. I understand the policy, however the wheel would not have been altered by the dealership in the attempt to install, if the correct one was sold to me for my 2011 in the first place. I felt that was a deceitful act to sell me the exact wheel they were aware that I had, and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Alex and Sean, I cant speak highly enough of them. Very helpful, did anything to help me reach the goal I set on myself on my bike.

This place has made a complete 360. Tried coming here before and left with a bad taste in my mouth found out my favorite mechanics are working here now and they’ve really gotten the shop together. Good job guys

I thought was a good tire store, I ordered 2 Comander 2 tires paid cash I called two weeks later and they didnt know who I was let alone receipt for tires took 2 more weeks finally got tire in after I got flat tire.Never going again didnt save any money driving my truck to work next time Harley dealer.

The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and prices are competitive. Shout out to a man that goes by the name of Sleeves, even though he was a very busy man, he answered all of my questions with out hesitation, and I had aLOT of questions lol. Sleeve is very knowledgeable in TIRE SCIENCE he would make a great go to person for any questions about motorcycles. Remember folks Always check your tire pressure for long lasting tires and Safe Trips.

Was able to walk in and get a new tube installed and wheel balanced right away nice people to deal with and prices are reasonable, had a chance to chit chat with the man who does wheel truing, not many of those that can do that, but i would recommend this shop with any of your wheel needs or tire needs they have a good selection in stock.

Walk in on a Saturday and I was treated great from the moment I walked in the door. I had work on my rear tire after getting a piece of a razor blade; and purchased a new front tire. Both Frank and JR; from my first telephone call earlier that morning to having both of them bang out the tires quickly and efficiently. JR also gave me an idea as to when my brakes and other service items should be finished.Ive been riding and commuting for about four years; two of those in Arizona. The only unfortunate point is that Ive just learned that The Wheel Shop exists. Ill say that theyve earned my business for years to come. A hearty hand shake and a smile in todays world goes along way.

The wheel shop has a new owner and a new manager (Sleeves from Ramjets). If you want it done right the first time than this is the place and Sleeves is a walking encyclopedia for Harley Davidson so you know you wont have to worried about getting the wrong part, unlike the new young guys at Ramjets that dont know anything!

My boyfriend usually gets great service, this recent experience has really made me mad..... After having the bike a week not to mention we furnished the tires and rims, the wheels were put on crooked, the oil was not changed, the other things we needed were not done ....we are going to Sturgis for the first time and needed the bike seviced...we paid the bill of course but coming home and having to redo the tires and servicing the bike , i believe we should get some kind of store credit and an apology.....we will continue to go to this shop, but this visit i couldve done without....anybody going to Sturgis be safe and see you then.
