Water is always cut off due to main pipes being corroded and filing up with mud and clay, causing the pipes in my unit to clog up and poor out dirt water. Don’t let maintenance in without someone home they will steal your items, I had a gold chain and Diamond pendant stolen from my unit. Quick to give you notices and charge you. even tho I asked and confirmed with the manager on site to have my classic truck parked in my own space. (I have classic Insurance so I don’t move it often) Once I moved out it took them more than 8 months to send my deposit back had to speak to 3 different managers because they could never keep one in. Never answer the office phone and voicemail is full. Unsafe area when pool was being remodeled. (Open pit no barriers) Work orders where not attended to. (Screens not installed no pressure in kitchen faucet and bath tub electrical problems etc.) junkies will walk around and look in and around your unit for items. Do not recommend living here.

Terrible experience! Moved in here July 2020 paid one months rent for deposit. Okay I didn’t mind since my mom lives there for a long time now. & after the first week , some workers got my brand new car splatter with while paint on a mango color car !!(very noticeable) and the manager MINERVA said that none of her workers were paining near my mobile home!!! Now I have to come out of pocket to get a new paint job on a brand new car!! Not to mention that the water 💦 turns off all the time ! & super Nosy neighbors That will peep 👀 into your window !
