Today was my first time visiting this store. The customer service and attention to detail they give each customer is superb. I had two very small jobs (a copper trim piece for a hood and a stainless piece for a remodel redo). Chad was extremely patient and took the time to make sure the measurements were 100% accurate. Overall a great experience. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone that needs metal work!

Stopped in a few times now to buy some scrap materials for test pieces to Tig weld. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. Definitely my go to place for all metals from here on out. I’ll drive out of my way from where I live to go here instead of other metal suppliers. Not only are the prices for everything great but the selection is too.

Excellent customer service and prices. Chad and the staff were extremely helpful and took their time with me even though I had a relatively small project. I had them cut some 45s for me that made putting the project together a breeze. Their prices for both the steel and cutting were great. They were a bit of a drive for me but it was worth it and I will go back again for future projects.

I was looking for some steel pipe for a small project I working on. The guy was friendly and took me to the back to help me find what i needed. They didnt even care that I just needed a small 3 piece. They cut it for me and the price was great. Defenitely go there for all my metal needs.

First visit on a Saturday and traffic had me arriving right when they closed, but the staff did a great job helping me find the sheet metal I needed and even educated me on the stuff I should not use. Great experience and look forward to buying again.

Good prices on there steel, and great customer service..

We recently needed a stainless steel backsplash for a new much larger range. Metal Supermarkets had a great price and we decided to try them out. Oh my! From the beginning they did everything to make sure our little backsplash job was done right and gave us very helpful suggestions. They really listened to what we wanted and double checked their information. Unfortunately, a mistake was still made on our order and we were even more impressed than we were before. They immediately apologized, went over all their notes again the redid the job overnight, were sure with some overtime involved. The next day they seemed as pleased as we were with the results. The backsplash is just beautiful and looks even better than we imagined.
