You might have a positive experience with selling a car to Valley Car Group of Arizona but otherwise should not do business with them. Their use vehicles are not reliable, and they will scam you out of your unused GAP insurance even if paid in full. I am not the sole claimant of this groups malpractice. Others have reported their fraudulent activity to the Better Business Bureau and it is worth doing your research prior to engaging in business with this company. As it stands I am not a victim of theft from this group and will be submitting them to the authorities.

If you’re anything like me (a very skeptical person) you may think Valley Car seems too good to be true. They come to you to buy your car and pay you on the spot or send a check to your bank if you have a loan.We were trying to sell our truck private party and Jayson reached out to my wife about purchasing our truck. The only info my wife gave me when going to meet Jayson was “somebody messaged me and wants to take a look at our truck. He is going to reach out to you and let you know where to meet”. Jayson reached out and we planned to meet at the local chase bank (I had no clue he was from valley car when we had planned to meet).When Jayson pulled up and I learned he was from Valley Car, I was a little (or a lot) skeptical. He took a look around the car, asked me some questions and decided to buy my truck. He said we could walk right into Chase bank and get a check and send it to the bank that I had a loan through. We did all of the paperwork right there and he even gave me a ride home! They even paid me more than Carvana offered for my truck.Moral of the story: these guys are awesome and Jayson is super down to earth and a pleasure to work with. They aren’t your typical car sales guys. They care about you and not just buying your vehicle. I would highly recommend responding to this company if they offer to buy your vehicle.

When making these types of transactions, I always have concerns about being scammed; I was especially concerned because my daughter would be handling this transaction without me. Those concerns were immediately diminished upon talking to Jayson over the phone, and when my daughter met Derek (another co-worker), she had the best experience. They were absolutely professional with this transaction. There was a situation where the title wasn’t in her name, so they suggested meeting at the DMV. They knew what would need to be taken care of, and they research the closest DMV for us. I highly recommend these folks, appreciated the extra mile they went to search the DMV, and when they did meet with my daughter, they didn’t try to make an additional offer, they accepted the amount we were asking for.
