We had some services provided and strongly recommend J & J equipment. they are Friendly and professional

They installed my truck mount and left a gas leak . Owner was rude and said I was crazy . The smell was there . He is crazy , treats his employees bad . I have found a much better place for service of my truck mount with much better customer service .

Couple weeks ago I was in the middle of the job when my cleaning machine shut off. I went straight to Jay jays without even calling them 1st.Johan got me in right away and identified the problem within 2 minutes.Johny and Omar, Very polite and amazing technicians, Fixed it within 30 minutes. Thanks to these 3 amazing gentleman I was able to finish the job after an hour! I had also bought some nice pieces of equipment here for the price that was a lot better than anywhere else, Not to mention that service prices are best around.Entire experience from start till the end with nice young polite lady at the register was just amazing!!!

These guys are a top notch cleaning equipment repair shop. After getting disappointed by Aramsco on Roeser, I stopped by to see Juan, and he fixed all the issues on my extractor in 15 mins flat, for half what I was charged at Aramsco. Aramsco had my machine for 5 days, misdiagnosed the issue and replaced a part that was never broken to begin with. Its J&J or bust for me, from here on out.

This guys do a GREAT job fixing my equipment, now I can work pretty well with my machine.
