I purchased a residential car lift to hold 4 cars in my 3 car garage and Nick Stallone was the best customer service I could ask for. I didn’t even have to ask, he knew what needed to be done to make everything perfect for my needs.

I would give this rating less then one if it was an option. Was in the market to purchase new porta-cool coolers and new lifts for my auto repair shop. Paid for the coolers and cooler covers on site, after a few weeks, two of the cooler were defected but, the manufacture was great and upgraded the coolers to the next big size and gave us new upgraded covers. Went back to Doehrman Company to return the smaller covers still in bag and they refused to return them cause the manufacture gave us new ones. Doehrman sells Porta-cool coolers, it was the manufacture that was kind and took care of the shop not Doehrman. Doehrman also never gave us a quote for the lifts which was probably a blessing. I went with a company called Lift Pros, they were professional and prompt, spent over $46,000 with Lift Pros and very happy. DO NOT USE Doehrman Company.

I have been involved with this company for over 30 years as an agent for AutoNation and other dealer groups. Outstanding service and excellent installations of air compressors, lifts, tanks and lube equipment. The best in the area for automotive equipment. The other review complains about not referring other lift installers. There is major liability involved in installing vehicle lifts. You dont refer installers for that reason.

Slow to respond to anything. Terrible customer service on the sales side. Service has been great, sales not so much...

Great service and help loading the lift into truck

Would not help me with installation because i did not buy the lift from them and would not even recommend someone to help i found 2 other shops ready and happy to help me. When i told the other shops about these guys they said Yep we hear this all the time Moving on.
