We love every product we have tried. They are very helpful with what you need or are looking for but not pushy for you to buy products. All of their supplements are made from quality ingredients. Love the body scan machine so you know exactly where your body fat is.

I am a big supporter of local families and their businesses, so I went in after my workout to just check the place out. Husband and Wife are the franchisees and everything is very simple with only caring Max Muscle supplement line. However, the owner asked what I take, but he didnt like that I dont take supplements and that I tell people supplements are called supplements for a reason (supplement to your nutrition). Nobody can argue that the majority of your nutrition needs to be the first priority and then you can look into supplements if you feel you need more of an edge, simpler prep, or find they work wonders for you somehow. He asked me a few questions, I gave him my opinions and research I know (which is very basic and common sense) and he used the whole time to prove me wrong. Just looking at the ingredients of each supplement they are not much different than ON Gold Standard Whey. Maybe they are different than some of the well known (legit) supplements, but he never really got to that. They were a bit pricey, as well. All in all I spent about 45 minutes in there just listening to him reprimand my beliefs and facts I have read, while he tried to show me facts out of a book that talked about macro nutrient studies. In my opinion, terrible customer service. Having worked in the fitness industry and been part of the industry for even longer, I really hope they dont treat all their customers this way. I also hope they dont take advantage of people who dont know much about nutrition, let alone supplements. Supplements can work great, some work better depending on the person and circumstances. However, your Return on Investment matters. Dont buy supplements and expect results. Use supplements once your nutrition is under control and then, dont go spend a bunch of money. Do your research and get the best bang for your buck. Still support small family businesses when you can, but if they treat you terribly take your business elsewhere.

Nice location and nice store but the prices compared to online is ridiculous. People do yourself a favor and become educated in supplements and buy online for a fraction of the cost. If they offered a price match you would deserve a 5 star but the fact you wont and want to cheat the uneducated makes you very bad people.

They actually have people there that know about every product and u sample what u want before you buy!!! People are missing out going anywhere else. The worst max muscle I have ever been to and I have been to many. They will not honor coupons from online!!! Which Which is there choice but instead of coming to a solution he doesnt want business! Once sponsored by Max muscle of Albuquerque I know the max muscle name and he doesnt come close to deserving to carry the name. Would spend my money anywhere but here
