Family owned business with the Jason’s dad and daughter there they are all super cool. Sometimes I come just to take in the fresh smell of gun powder.

I had never known about Brunos. Heard about them on a forum. One of the members posted that they had something I needed in stock. They did so I ordered. Website was east to navigate and checkout was a breeze. Two days for order confirmation. Waiting for delivery and understanding these are odd times and could take longer than expected. I will visit them again when searching for supplies. Cant give 5 stars until I have history but initial impressions are excellent.

Awesome selection with mostly good prices. The older guy (guessing the owner) was very nice and helpful. However, his son was standoffish and was openly being a jerk to a young employee. Probably best to keep him in the back fulfilling online orders rather than up front.

I used to like this place and thought they were great. Recently they had primers in stock and were charging over 300% mark up on normal priced. I know with a slim market prices go up, but not that much. Made me feel taken advantage of and because of it they have lost all my future business. I would rather order and pay hazmat and deal with upstanding people rather than those taking advantage of shortages. Too bad. I thought they were decent people.

Walked in to look around, never been here before. There were two employees berating each other. Absolutely ugly. Was going to buy some brass. Dropped the brass and Walked out. Ill never go back.Why youd conduct business in such a manner is beyond me. It was quite uncomfortable being around that in a retail enviroment sooooo...I left without product and money in my pocket.

Just like Disney for reloading. Super friendly staff. Great prices. They have almost everything except lately with industry wide shortages. You know they’re good when employees from Cabela’s recommends you. The also are precision specialists for bench shooters.

Good honest people, I know because I have purchased from the for the past 2 years out of state phone and online and they have pulled through every time. I will continue to buy from these people in the future. The few negative feedback you read are because of the overwhelming orders and the covid virus and people expect 110 % service, it is impossible to please everyone!!!!

I ordered ammo from them .. after I ordered I contacted friends about it so they could order to .. well after a few days and they said it was out of stock !! Well after my friends said their orders shipped .. tried to resolve issues with them with no success..I don’t recommend this company at all they go against there own words when they say they fill orders as they are received

Purchased some reloading dies online from Australia .223 Rem Ackley Improved, Bruno Shooter Supply is extremely responsive to emails and very polite, my package arrived in good condition, took a long time due to COVID-19 but Im sure if that wasnt affecting worldwide shipping I would have had the product much sooner.

Ive been shopping at Brunos for about a decade. I cant speak highly enough of them for their knowledge, selection, and service. P.S. If you havent tried their plastic solvent bottles, youre missing out. I think theyre the best anywhere.

Love Brunos, we have bought lots of components over the last few years between family members. I live in Colorado and find that Brunos (family run)have excellent customer service and prices. I appreciate each one of you and your attentiveness to cost, shipping etc. I had ordered 20 boxes of bullets at what I thought was one price and then I get an email with an add that said they they were on sale for 5$ cheaper a box. I call Brunos and they had already made the adjustment for me that saved me approximately $80.00 A 5 star place for me for sure. Thanks again Brunos

Hidden gem for reloaders, Phoenix is very lucky to have access to a shop like this huge selection to choose from and very well stocked even during the 2020 gun panic, forget sportsman warehouse or Cabelas where the employees dont know anything about reloading or paying for shipping from online retailers Brunos is a better choice excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and has everything you need.

Brunos is the place to go for reloading, cleaning supplies, and help with reloading options, tips, recommendations, industry preferences for powder performance, die sets, etc. They were the only place in town who had powder, bullets and primers in when the rest of the Phoenix area had next to none. If you need reloading help, just explain that to them up front. Otherwise, they may assume you know what youre looking for because a large majority of their customers have their own specific preferences and many years of experience. Dont be shy, they will help.

The place to go for those that know. They have what you need. If you are new to reloading, you will get great advice and product knowledge you can count on. Not like the counter guy at the big box place.Just stop and pee first because they don’t currently have a public restroom.

First time visit, wasnt sure about the place, but really nice. Its in one of those industrial park areas so you walk into an office and they have a sign to go back and everything was laid out out nice. The staff was super helpful, even though they didnt have what I wanted in stock, they were able to give an approximate time when they would get another shipment. I will return even if not for the part I needed.

Great place to load up on reloading supplies. Best prices anywhere! Not a full blown retail store. Mostly do internet sales...so they are busy filling orders when open....so for pricing best to check their website on yer phone rather than pester the dudes there.

Pretty good place typically has a large selection. Im guessing its a father and son. Son was generally pleasant to deal with on all times I have been there while he was working. Lester I think his name is guessing thats the father seemed disinterested and slightly condescending when I was looking for items not related to benchrest calibers.

Thought I should leave a review after reading these others I have personally been to the store they left me alone I dont need all the attention as others do I like to browse and when I did ask for help they were perfect got the stuff I needed and was on my way who could ask for more !!! Then one day I called with a question and talked to some guy sorry didnt get his name but what a great guy to talk to he bent over backwards to help me, Im sold on Brunos store maybe the bad reviews are just to scare you off so you dont buy all the stuff they want. But if you need it they have it or can probably get it for you .

Been here several times. EVERYTIME the guy behind the counter has been short, uninformed and provided little to no customer service. Hopefully he can make a living on his online business, because he clearly wants no walk in traffic.

Love Brunos. Usually has all powders in stock. And always has time to answer questions.

They have knowledge, experience and the stuff you need but the customer service depends on who, if anyone, acknowledges your existence. Sometime the smugness of the counter person seems unbearable but if you can stand that, I do recommend this place for serious re loaders and precision shooters, but it takes thick hide to go in.

I cannot believe what just happened over the phone.....I called asking for gunsmithng services.The man I spoke with asked what I was looking for. I explained I wanted the barrel of my rifle stamped with the caliber. He said it was too small of a job for him and he wasnt interested. He also didnt have any references. If you like crap customer service this is the place for you.

I recently purchased a Redding 7 turret press online from Brunos. Not realizing that I did not ask for delivery I checked the website for tracking and unfortunately ordered a second one. The following Monday I was contacted by Mr. Brunos himself for order confirmation of the second press. Around five minutes later he called me back to notify me that I had in fact ordered 2 of the same reloading presses.The next day I received one press and was fully refunded for the second 48 hours later. It is definitely awesome to know that there are still honest business owners and businessesout there. I am seeing some of the past reviews. It appears to me that those reviews misunderstand the nature of this shop. I am a long term customer and love this place. I am in its target demographic, It is a store that caters to high volume, knowledgable competition and general shooters. Its not a Sportsmans or a standard gunsmith shop. Its not a small gun shop. Its a specialty store for walk in and mail order. The owner builds some outstanding custom rifles for bench rest and high power. He does not repair rifles. They have a large selection of small bore competition ammo. They stock large quantities of available reloading components, powder, bullets and primers. If I want 16 lbs of powder for the upcoming f class season or 2000 Berger bullets this is the place. If my barrel suddenly shoots out I can pick up a barrel today at Brunos They sell competition rests, optics and other specialty items. They are a stocking dealer for Kreiger barrels, mostly in competition contours and they stock some actions for custom builds. They stock some McMillan stock blanks for competion applications. The prices are competitive and walk in and online customer service is excellent. If you fit the demographic you will like this place. If you dont you should shop at a place that does fit your needs.

World class reloading supplier. Walk in store is not fancy, just full of just about anything you need for reloading.

Powder prices are a little high especially when looking at 4+lbs; 8# jugs at Brunos are at least $50 more than you can find online (before Hazmat fees). The 1# jugs are somewhat reasonably priced. Primer prices, least for CCI, are similar to online prices but without the Hazmat fees. Bullet prices are a little high but still bearable.Theres not much to the shop; its just shelves and shelves of shooting supplies.

Support your local business they said, pay triple the price for primers and double for powder at Bruno`s is what they forgot to mention. Yeah yeah supply and demand and scarcity, suppliers aren`t charging triple wholesale pricing. I won`t support businesses charging Cheaper Than Dirt prices.

Will never do business with them again. I checked out. The next day recieved a call saying my order couldnt be shipped for that price because the box was too big. So my options were cancel the order or pay more for what I already paid for.
